An excellent tool for both individual and team organization
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has transformed my documentation and productivity. The AI features that save my time are an incredible tool. I like the way you can add additional items to projects, tasks, and subtasks. Notion is also very versatile and gives the user a greater sense of autonomy with the appearance of their notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are very few things I don't like about Notion! I'm not a fan of subscription-based services, the AI is very limited even when paying. This issue of subscription and having to advance to keep using it doesn't please me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Essential for organizing my personal and work projects. Writing long documents, documenting research results, with the help of AI is simply fantastic.

What do you like best about the product?
With Notion, I can maintain organized my digital life, schedule and homework. I am a dietitian, and I also use it for creating a “webpage” for each client, to share lectures, and to be certain we are on the same channel, and they love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I get oversaturated when I try to organize things, and it overwhelms me to see a lot of visual noise. Sometimes I have troubles placing images, and I hate the synchronization with Apple (for subscription s).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily share notes about meetings, and about 1:1 nutrition counseling sessions with my clients. I can also make it look professional, and I spend less time writing emails in English (that is not my first language).
I also love that I can share large files. Oooh, and now that is in Spanish is easier to my clients to understand.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is ergonomic, very practical, and above all versatile. I use it for all aspects of life to schedule my appointments and organize my meetings, but also to track my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find many flaws in Notion.

Notion allows me to centralize everything and maintain a clear organization in my notes. It's a great app.

The ability to have no limits. With Notion, we take full advantage of our capabilities, being able to generate a lot of value for our daily life and productivity. I highly recommend it.

Not having an active referral plan with delivery of benefits.

With Notion, I keep my ideas centralized in one place. This has greatly improved my organization and time management.
Great for note taking and general organisation, AI is flawless.
What do you like best about the product?
The AI capabilities are as good as they come at this point. Makes doing research on specific topics extremely efficient. Actually found it to be more intuitive than using ChatGPT due to its relevance to your working Doc.

The absence of AutoCorrect is a real downfall. While a spell checker is integrated, the fact you have to manually correct yourself rather than having the option for the software to make the most logical correction itself is a real let down. Please add!

Easy and intuitive to use and the grouping abilities are impressive.

Plus account can upload pdf files that are bigger than 5 mb.

maybe can consider add more background colors? Or enable users to add colors themselves

Notion AI : Feature for writers
What do you like best about the product?
As of now, I like the Notion AI the most but before that also Notion was my single place for all my notes. I like the way it is designed as it caters the need variety of user.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would have been great if it also supports backlinking feature.

It helps me capture all kind of notes be it personal or professional. It also helps me write articles for medium. Specially its newly launched AI feature.
Charging & Refund Policies are a Joke - Support very dissapointing
What do you like best about the product?
Yes I like notion but the Charging and refunding and Support are a joke and really annoying.
What do you dislike about the product?
I got Charged for two users which where not a member of my team. Just changed the domain name of Google Business and notion added two users. I got without notice chraged 1 year upfront without any notice after conactingg support they told me I had to respond in 3 days. They didn't respond in weeks. No a Product is just as good as its Support is. Leave the hands off notion.

The best feature of motion is for sure the freedom of note taking and customize

I don't really like the way that notion work in the sharing mode, and how you can share your work with others

For sure, Notion, even better with the introduction of Notion AI is helping me saving a lot of time, even for base thing as note-taking or school project management
