Easy onboarding, great templates!
What do you like best about the product?
Organized, nice to have all documents linked to each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI is not included in the business plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Able to keep all documents in one place, one of our priorities was getting organized and have all SOPs in one place. This has helped a ton with Onboarding and Education!
The AI changed the game.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact I can get AI to just answer my questions. If my boss needs an answer such as when was the last time you contacted X I can easily get that information without having to cycle through millions of pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI does sometimes crash, but I’m guessing that is to be expected given it is so new and it’s infancy with a quick refresh it’s back up and running and I have full faith in it again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have potentially saved thousands on notepads, I hate my handwriting and Notion keeps everything in a really classy easily laid out and sexy way that I can easily show my colleagues, my manager even my clients on an iPad. It has completely changed the game and so many of my clients and colleagues are now moving over to notion.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to truly personalise my notetaking systems was my ace to never lose track of what was important during my time in school. So much so that it has steadily taken more responsibilities in other areas of my life.

I wish there’d be more efforts towards the calendar app on other devices and integrations, could really help

Efficient notetaking and searching, and intuitive project managing

The styling options and ease of use for creating articles and storing data in databases.

It’s a bit heavy on the browser version and can crash sometimes. Desktop version is more stable.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how customizable Notion is and the ability to link everything. It helps centralize everything in one place, making it an excellent tool for internal knowledgebase, documentation, processes, project management, and meeting notes. My team switched from Dropbox Paper because of the better features in Notion, and the initial setup was pretty easy.

It would be interesting if you could customize the font, but otherwise no major complaints

What do you like best about the product?
I’m obsessed with how Notion lets me bolt together pages, databases, kanban boards, and calendars like a box of digital LEGO bricks. In one tab I’m sketching quick notes, and in the next I’m pulling those same blocks into a filtered dashboard that tells me exactly which student needs a nudge today. Real-time collaboration, endless templates, and delightful slash-commands make organization almost… fun.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once a workspace swells with big databases, loading a page can feel slower than dial-up—especially on mobile or flaky Wi-Fi. Offline mode is still a bit “hold-your-breath-and-hope,” and the jump from free to paid tiers hides key power-user features behind a steeper paywall than I’d like. Throw in limited native automations and occasional permission quirks, and there’s definitely room for polish.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company has used Notion for many years and we were one of the first adopters of Notion AI. As a fast paced startup, it's important to be able to quickly summarize and search for processes. Notion AI makes this really easy. It's also quite cool that the AI syncs with Slack, which makes it very easy to find information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is not my favorite. I find that it is a little difficult to create custom pages and wish there were more templates and pre-built pages to go off of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion offers a one stop shop to document all company processes. The AI helps us sift through years of collected data to make sure that we are getting the right answers quickly.
LOVE Notion and Now Notion AI!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is amazing for making knowledge bases. Everything is so customizable, it feels like it was custom-made for my company. Because we get to design it exactly how we want to!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a chat feautre for support. But that's it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to have tons of info in one place and our team knows how to search for that info. What used to take a while is super easy with Notion AI.
Accessible tech for today's times
What do you like best about the product?
I am a huge fan of Notion! I love how accesible it is for a non-technical person to learn the tool. I appreciate the simplicity of the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Notion hasn't capitalized on the opportunity to structure knowledge management from ChatGPT or other LLMs. There's such a huge opportunity here, and it's Notion's to lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the problem of organizing my operations. It makes it easy for me to know what I'm doing, how I'm doing it, and why it's important. That benefits me by freeing the mental space that information would take up otherwise.
