Pretty much enjoying Notion everyday!
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked that you can create a relational database, and even make a connection between pages and sync them without a need to update both pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use a macbook and the Notion app on macos gets little slow sometimes. And it takes a little while to open up a new tab on the Notion app.
Lastly, I understand that there's quite limited space when you're using Notion on your phone but sometimes Notion on your phone can't display most of the information, which seemed to me there's a lot of room for improvement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm an international phD candidate student, and I often struggle to write a formal email until these days. Then the AI writing feature came out and it really benefited me on writing emails.
Also, as a phD student and a research assistant, sometime I have a several projects running at the same time. It is really difficult to keep an eye on all the progress and details together. But one of the Notion template became really useful regarding managing them and all the to-dos.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion, the way I can easily organize things depending on what I need, and it integrates very well with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is that I can't see the carousel-type images.

Have organized the tasks and information of the projects in which I work.

The ability to upload most of my tasks/projects into Notion and use all of its features, especially the "AI writing assistance," to bring it to life and make a genius out of me is fantastic!

Chat GPT I believe has more refined search output compared to Notion AI

It provides me with the ability to present my task or project in a very professional format and style. Also the AI writing assistance provides me with a customizable result.

Tab overview is not as good as on Trello, UI seems a little outdated.

What do you like best about the product?
I so appreciate the richness of functionality and modularity of the software, as well as the minimal design that allows clear visibility of everything and few distractions. I use it for both work and study and love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
ChatGPT's AI integration is excellent, however, maybe since there is an ongoing subscription that I am paying for, I would also introduce the updated version of ChatGPT.

ChatGPT's AI integration is in this sense extremely useful, but apart from that Notion allows me to organize notes, thoughts and pages in a customizable and therefore potentially orderly way
A general data room for the whole team in new project
What do you like best about the product?
For my new project, I decided to use Notion as a system for general information management. I created a Data room for a small team, which combines individual data in the Notion structure, links to cloud documents, and links to resources on the Internet. Thus, I got a single entry point to the project for any team member with a manual structure and interactive tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the full-featured trial period to understand how the features that are limited in the free plan actually work. For example, how will a page look like if I want to share it with team members but limit the ability to change its structure. At the same time, retain the ability to fill it with information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single entry point to the project for the entire team. This saves time on unnecessary communication in the process. It also has a convenient task management system that I can customise for each individual process. The most frequently used is the Time-line view, which allows me to make decisions quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
I believe Notion has great potential to further enhance its project management features. It would be fantastic if it could incorporate functionalities similar to tools like Wrike, offering robust project tracking, task management with dependencies, sub-tasks, and task assignments.
Also, seamless integration with Google Docs would be a game-changer. It would be incredible if Notion could fully integrate a spreadsheet into a Notion page, allowing for synchronized updates between Notion and Google Docs.

Notion is helping me have a centralized tool to create knowledge-sharing pages, which can incorporate other synced content blocks with other documents, avoiding redundant documents and also make sure that all blocks are updated simultaneously.

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of configurable views for specific kinds of data. Therefore you can have a condensed page with a ticket board, pictures from your phone, an article, a calander and a roadmap.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the flexibility means that information could be anywhere. This is partly a matter of consistencyt and cleaning things up, but there is no defaulting of a structure before there is a real need for the ultra flexibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The challenge of having one place for all your information of several formats that your team uses on a daily basis. This is partly a replacement for google docs for small documents and brainstorms, partly a replacement for trello for smaller subjects and partly a replacement for your whiteboard. Also partly a replacement for slack for durable information and conversations.

Sometimes after writing prompts, answer is not very clear or not wanted

Helps with manual writing, able to produce notes from just simple prompts

The Notion AI, the AI writing Assistant, is super helpful. From brainstorming to correcting my grammar almost include everything I need.

1. Every time I open Notion need to wait for the response. The user experience is not that smooth.
