Highly Customizable, Requires a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to track my projects with my team at work. Notion allows me to organize my workload, set deadlines, link important URLs, note important information, see what my teammates are working on, access information for projects if I need to come in, and lets my supervisor see what my workload is to assess business capacity and evaluate the need for new hires. I really like its fully customizable interface to build different page formats for different kinds of projects. It allows me to create tables for project trackers and to create new fields, with custom metrics. I can fully tailor each tracker sheet with metrics most relevant to the projects. Notion is a more well-rounded tool that served more purposes and was easier to track than spreadsheets on Google Docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a somewhat steep learning curve that makes it hard for all of my team to utilize it, simply because of the time commitment needed to learn it for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize workload, set deadlines, access important information, and track team projects. It's vital for workload assessment and business capacity evaluation.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how Notion helps me keep everything in one place for my business. The organization offered by Notion is outstanding, and I love how easy it is to use. The AI tool is a fantastic feature that makes tasks simpler compared to using Chat GPT separately. Additionally, the initial setup was easy, and overall, these features enhance my experience significantly.

I use Notion for having everything in one place. The organization and ease of use, plus the AI tool, make it easier to manage tasks without needing to leave for other apps.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its ease of use and the ability to quickly find answers. It's easy to navigate the interface, making my work and AI projects much easier. The setup was very easy too, as it was straightforward to jump in and navigate without needing much training or teaching.

Sometimes the login process takes an extra step or two.

I find Notion improves my time management efficiency and makes it easy to find answers quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
How personalized it can be depending on your needs and how well it integrated with other external platforms and services that are used within my job role.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its very detail oriented and a little complicated to use some times, specifically when you are building out a dashboard from scratch.

a platform that is dynamic enough for the company and ifferent departments to work on and have access to. helps everyones needs all in one.
Highly Customizable to Fit Our Needs
What do you like best about the product?
Very customizable to what we need it to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a bit complex. Aesthetically, perhaps not the best either. Also, I wish it had positive feedback when clicking and completing task. In the same style as ASANA.

It's helping us to be organized in our media planning and buying agency. Helps keep things from falling through the cracks.

the meeting notes function is very accurate

There is a steep learning curve, and you cant nest tasks within tasks

Customizable, Clean, and Perfect for Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion looks very clean and is so customizable. It helps my team stay organized and track tasks effectively. I work in advertising, and it's great for tracking campaigns and having pages connect with each other. Notion automates things that otherwise I would have to track or connect by hand. The initial setup was very easy for me as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I sometimes miss the ability to cut chunks of cells like I can in Sheets/Excel.

Notion helps my team stay organized, track tasks, and connect campaign pages, automating tasks I'd otherwise do manually.
UI/UX Delight, but Updates Create Clutter
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for Knowledge Management, and it keeps me and my team in sync, which is really helpful. I like that the experience feels as seamless as the UI/UX. When I open the platform, it looks great, enticing me to use it more often. Also, the initial setup was super easy and felt like I didn't have to do much at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a huge fan of all the new updates. Everything seems a bit cluttered now and hard to use or keep up with everything going on. The left sidebar has so many things that I can click through, and it makes me feel overwhelmed.

Notion keeps me and my team in sync for knowledge management and looks great while doing it.
