Flexible Workspace with AI-Powered Enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of Notion, which allows me to incorporate it in different tasks and organize information with a wiki. The AI feature has now gotten pretty good, and while it requires organization and upkeep, it's incredible to use for organizing knowledge throughout my workspace. It's super helpful to be able to pull together all the stuff we've considered before and write update emails easily. I can add tasks really effortlessly and have all the key fields built in, which is very useful.

I wish Notion had cleaner AI-triggered workflows. It still requires a lot of organization and upkeep. I also think there should be better organization or self-organization of content.

A Versatile Powerhouse for Remote Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its flexibility, allowing me to build and integrate it with multiple systems. The Slack integration is particularly useful because we can easily send Slack posts, like internal requests or custom workflow posts, into a Notion Database and automate the alerts. The initial setup of Notion was really easy because of the way the system was built and the helpful training videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Slack - Send to Notion feature is still manually triggered and I need to build Notion Database logic to fill some of the properties. Would love to have those automatically handled via Slack Workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides scalability for a remote team, serving as a single source of truth for documentation and delivering cost savings. It integrates with Slack to automate alerts and manage internal requests efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?

If the note has lots of data in it, it might randomly scroll up when you are at the bottom of the note.

Documenting processes at work in order to work faster the next day. Documenting the software flows.

Versatile Hub for Marketing Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to manage my entire marketing workflow. It's my central hub for social media calendars, tasks, project tracking, KPI dashboards, and overall work management. It helps me stay organized, structured, and aligned across multiple initiatives. I like its flexibility and customization; it lets me build dashboards, trackers, and workflows exactly the way I need. This flexibility helps me centralize everything in the system, connecting tasks, projects, and KPIs, and improves visibility, especially with its AI support. The initial setup was easy, and once I built a structured system, it became intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes performance can slow down a large database, and advanced automations are not as seamless compared to more specialized tools. Faster performance with a large database and smoother filtering would help. Strong built-in automations and more advanced native integration would also make it more powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to manage my marketing workflow as a central hub for calendars, tasks, and tracking. It keeps me organized and aligned, enhancing visibility with its flexibility, customization, and AI support, connecting tasks and projects efficiently.

Centralizes Info, Complex Setup for Beginners
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion is continuously improving. I really appreciate being able to keep all of our information together in one place, unlike some other programs where everything tends to be scattered. In terms of features, the one I like most are the databases. Being able to set up different information systems and connect them in ways that suit our workspace is particularly valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something about Notion that doesn't work as well for me is the Notion calendar. I wish the calendar on the phone was a bit more robust and similar to the experience that Google Calendar provides. As well, some of the setup for Notion databases can be kind of complex. But once they're set up, then it works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us centralize all our information and keeps our projects on track. It also serves as our home for SOPs and project planning, making it easier to keep everything in one place compared to scattered alternatives.
Seamless Ticket Management with Quick Edits
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can edit any document very quickly in Notion without needing to go to a separate page. It's useful for saving time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if I like that I can or anybody can just start editing any document that I worry about. Like, the documents maybe should be locked by default and only allowed access if somebody requests access. Maybe.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to handle support tickets efficiently by accessing information from Jira, Slack, and company docs, saving response time.
