Notion: The ultimate tool for personal organization
What do you like best about the product?
As a Notion user, I love this platform because of its versatility, intuitive interface, real-time collaboration capabilities, integrations with other tools, and its scalability. Notion perfectly adapts to my needs and allows me to organize, plan, and collaborate efficiently on all my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a Notion user, I must admit that although it has many advantages, I also find some limitations that I don't like as much. One of them is the initial learning curve, as it can take time to get used to the structure and way of working in Notion. Additionally, as more content and blocks are added, the platform can become slow and difficult to navigate. I have also experienced some inconsistencies and errors in data synchronization and loading, which can be frustrating at times. Despite these limitations, I continue to use Notion due to its benefits and the flexibility it offers in organizing my work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of information dispersion, offers flexible and customizable organization, facilitates real-time collaboration, provides automation tools, and generally improves productivity. As a user, I benefit from having all my notes and projects in one place, with the ability to customize and structure my work in the way that best suits my needs. Additionally, collaboration and automations help me work more efficiently and focus on important tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion's flexibility and easy-to-learn program allows for my team to take control of their own workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Project Management is not the easiest to do on Notion. Calculations and formulas are too hard to use - requiring us to use Google Sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps to centralize all our team's documentation and project content. Instead of looking into folders, Notion's system allows for simple filing and searchbility.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion has come a long way since it first stepped onto the scene. I'm impressed with their direct outreach to customers to hear their needs and quickly turn around solutions. The ability to create quick pivot tables and their newer AI tool is also very cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I originally used it for many personal needs; as it grew, we explored using it for business purposes as an alternative to other task management systems. In short, although they quickly turn around functionality, it feels a bit slow to improve/stabilize with our needs. Ultimately I've stuck to using it in my personal life but paused to include it in our business practices. One huge issue that will continue to prevent us from considering it in the future is their refrain from building an Airtable API.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is a great sidekick for task management, and their AI tool is improving slowly but surely for our needs. I like that they're also continuing to build more and more integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
Constantly update to get better, what i like the most is the database function. I manage my notes and tasks using the database, and the rollup and relation are real good for that purpose, you must give notion a try!!
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing is that the apps interface of IPAD OS, even I got the mouse for it, its hard to resize the table or database column. The computer version of apps is much better.

its easy to share notes and tasks with my colleague, and we can publish to the internet when necessary. It also give us automation by apps like zapier or integromat.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an essential tool for everyday work. With it, I track tasks and project activities, write emails and documents, and summarize complicated concepts, thus facilitating all my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a more complex interaction with AI and the ability to insert fake people in projects, in order to create a financial planning for the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to have many different tools to do everything that I now do with Notion. It is now practically my only tool and I use it especially because AI helps me complete some tasks more quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some times the screen freeze and I'm not able to continue my work; Notification about new features stick on the screen, and it's not easy to remove, which can be annoying.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that notion is always working on improving the experience for the user.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of the subscription model for productivity tools. While the updates are good. I might prefer a one-time payment with additional purchases for updates after a year or two.

I helps me keep track of the varied types of research that I conduct without becoming overwhelmed or unorganized.

What do you like best about the product?
The levels of customization you can use for organization for anything pertaining to your life is to be desired whether it be for school, work, gym, financing, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is quite a big learning curve for Notion as there's so much to do and so many functions, but this could also be seen as a good thing as well. For me though it is often overwhelming in how you want your stuff to be organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is providing me with a strong electronic platform to take notes for my prerequisites and now for nursing school. It has also helped me organize anything school-related such as scheduling, misc resources, and as a to-do list.
Notion AI Writing Assistant is Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredible how Notion's wizard interprets and relates each block to get better AI results. Very useful for writing tasks and searching for content or context of the topics we are addressing.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can continue to improve by adding more variables. You can also add the option to generate again with AI, without removing the previously generated block.
