Great tool
What do you like best about the product?
Better and better, and now, with the use of AI to help us, it has become even more practical to work with practically everything necessary within Notion. I need to switch products less and less to manage the day and produce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, however, as with anything in life, it can always improve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralization of content, activities, projects, To Do lists, and now, content creation and publication schedule. I am also using it to share an online knowledge base with other colleagues.

the template and plugin make it best as a structuring tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimmes it becomes difficult to devise your own template amongst complicated plugins avaialable already.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides a streamlined and structured plugin platform for the management of notes and projects. Community inclusion is also an interesting feature.
Fast, efficient workflows that aren’t bloated by inefficient code. AI accelerated that further.
What do you like best about the product?
Clean UI, dynamic content embeds, strong formatting structure. Superb (best in class) AI integration. Strong integrations with 3rd-Party platforms like Google Workspace, Figma & more. Superb ability to quickly & easily integrate code into wikis & user guides.

What do you dislike about the product?
Relatively limited functionalities with 3rd-party databases. Contact lists (as databases) for syncing directories with directory/provisioning services, are clunky.
Relatively unknown tool with few (as far as I know) training resources, like easy-to-understand videos makes it challenging to bring in external stakeholders to support.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Building dynamic, strong & thorough (+ accurate) wikis via the integration of the Anthropic AI tool for generative content support & amplification of productivity for writers/stakeholders.
Decent program for creating company wiki.

Easy to present text-heavy information in a format that is legible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting pages can be tricky at first, but that is just part of the learning curve.

Notion is solving our company problem of not having a centralized place for company data and docs.

Nothing. Notion nailed it with AI. Whenever I need something in Notion, I got what I need!

I'm a developer, and Notion helps me with the code parts and insights about how to do some tasks. Furthermore, I never research on Google again because the first place I study is here!

The Notion is a very useful tool for HR specialists in the informational technology sphere. I use it for different purposes - to handle my day-to-day tasks, store entire information and build strategy goals and so on.

Still do not have clear navigation through the projects and pages; I need to use the search engine to find something I need. And think about how to improve it for the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I store a vast amount of information regarding the tasks, people, projects on different stages, texts, specifications, policies etc. It really helps me greatly. Navigation needs to be improved.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility to improve automatically my writing by using the AI feature. I mostly use a page for writing several kinds of messages and has the AI to change the tone of voice and correct the spelling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more database options were enabled. It would be better if I could connect a certain category of a database to a text or to another page.

What do you like best about the product?
New Notion add-on AI Writing Assistant is an exceptional tool, as it helps me organize my work and team projects. It speeds up and helps with the process of brainstorming, organizing ideas, classes, projects, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI Writing Assistant takes all the information on the Notion page. I will be great be able to use the AI assistant in a specific block of text content on the page will be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI Writing Assistant has helped me to optimize the process of organizing my ideas and research in Notion pages when I'm working on a new project. It has given a boost when it comes to planning. Being able to make quick prompts and have the result directly on my notion page save me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I used notion ever since I started university, with the addition of ai I realized that I can cut so much unnecessary typing of information by simple instructions of ai -> I would appreciate addition of flashcards by any form or shape.
What do you dislike about the product?
Optimalization on Mac software could be better, sometimes when I switch from app to app it freezes due to high memory usage, I don't know if it's just me. Another thing is make it smoother to launch, time to time I get white screen without content

Combining all the materials into one place, it's super organized - another addition of somehow linking iPad note taking application into notion -> I hate endless uploading of notes from iPad to notion (notability)
