I love the AI function
What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI function and I love the templates

I think the templates are a bit sturdy, also the font should be bigger

One of the standout features of Notion is its customizable workspace. I can create databases, templates, and custom dashboards according to my specific needs as a psychologist. Whether setting up a database for client profiles, creating a task tracker for appointments and deadlines, or building a knowledge base on therapeutic techniques, Notion perfectly adapts to my workflow.
Collaboration is easy with Notion. I can invite colleagues or clients to collaborate on specific projects, ensuring a smooth focus on teamwork. The real-time editing and commenting features make it easy to provide feedback, share ideas, and keep everyone on the same page.

What do you dislike about the product?
Notion has an integrated AI system that aims to facilitate and speed up some tasks, such as automatic file classification and tag suggestion. While this feature can be useful in many cases, I have experienced some issues with its accuracy and performance.
At times, Notion's AI system can make mistakes when classifying files, resulting in incorrect organization of information. Additionally, I have noticed that the suggested tags may not always be relevant or accurate, which requires manual review and correction on my part.
Although I appreciate the incorporation of artificial intelligence in Notion as a promising feature, I hope they continue to improve it to ensure greater accuracy and efficiency in the future.

As a psychologist, I used to have trouble with my important information being scattered across different platforms and tools. That's when I discovered Notion, and it has been a complete game changer for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Hyperlinks are great. I use it for academic research and have created databases for knowledge about different subjects, images and frameworks for writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The database cannot be exported that easily from excel

Ability to work on the cloud in a notetaking environment that is flexible, database-oriented if needed and customisable.

I love how you are able to create templates that can be easily accessed and used between multiple people.

I feel some of the formats are kind of outdated and should be given more ways to lay out a page and use different fonts.

Able to write daily tasks and use it as a space to communicate what tasks need to be done between co-workers

One downside could be that at first it is difficult to navigate and see how it works

One of the most significant problems Notion has successfully tackled is the issue of scattered information. Before discovering Notion, I found myself juggling multiple applications and platforms, each dedicated to a specific task. This fragmentation led to confusion and inefficiency, as I constantly wasted time searching for relevant information across various tools.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI was a game changer, it helps me summarize and paraphrase texts, extract key ideas, it can answer my questions about pretty much anything and it can even generate / explain code.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't export a page and its subpages as a pdf (I think it's only available for corporate plans)
Also I don't like the limited capabilities of the mobile app. In general, you get like 80% of the functionality. Besides that, it's a pretty helpful app.

Notion is a great productivity tool that has saved me a lot of time.

Notion AI cannot recognize data within database very well.

Document translation, document formatting, personal database, etc.
Notion is kind of an all in one solution for most of your documentation and management needs
What do you like best about the product?
Just how wide the use cases for notion are. I started using this for documentation first, then setup projects on top of it with task management and tracking. Even my personal portfolio is hosted on notion.

I can't find a fault. Love just the product.

I love that it has so much functionality on the landing page. The project management is incredible and there are so many different features. The built in AI also makes the workflow so much better

There honestly isnt much that i havent enjoyed, everything was great! I can see its use in every way

It was great to manage tasks and work under them. It helped me stay on track and reach my objectives in a user friendly place
