Great tool with awesome AI features
What do you like best about the product?
We use Notion for our internal knowledge base. It was easy to implement the tool and organize the information to our needs.
Notion is very user-friendly and offers a wide range of tools for storing and visualizing data, such as tags, chapters, workflows, lists, custom fields, etc.
Our team uses Notion daily. The 'Ask AI' feature is particularly useful for searching for specific requests within the vast amount of information in the knowledge base. Personally, I also enjoy their AI Writing Assist, as it always delivers the results I need.

Primarily, it functions as the internal knowledge base, and we appreciate its simple content creation and organization capabilities.
Its AI Writing Assistant also significantly enhances writing by adjusting the style of the text and shortening or expanding it as necessary.

Excellent Note-Taking Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion to take notes and create documents. It's super easy to use and I love the ability to bring in other documents, webpages, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! I wish there were more ability to edit text (fonts, etc.)

I've started to use the AI writing assistant to help get started on new projects and tasks.

The learning curve is steep, but once it clicks in your mind, it's very powerful.

Easy and useful
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can give it a topic and it easily creates me a outline so that I can save time. I'm able to focus on the important parts of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish that it was a little more knowledgeable.

It lets me focus on my priorities and taking out the stress work.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very powerful note taking application with sooo many awesome features. Basics of note-taking and page creation are intuitive. It's the advanced features that take more time to master. Being a student and an working professional it helps me in making my projects plans and even plan my day in a organised manner. The templates makes my life so easy and there are so many varity. Generally it's costomer support is via forums and has the huge template ecosystem. it is now my daily driver for personal and professional work. I really like notion , the ui/ux is so good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I mostly time waste my time in tweaking layouts and connections rather than getting actual work done which i don't like. I strongly believe its not for those who primarily use Notion for simple note-taking or basic project management because it has many features like relational databases, complex formulas, and rollups will demand a lot of time and experimentation to master. I feels like it is those who are tech-savvy and love tinkering. the Ai writting is not free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Notion my notes, ideas, and project details were spread across multiple apps like Evernote, Trello, Google Docs, etc and now i can simple write down in a single place and save my time and mental energy. features like nesting pages, habit trackers and many more makes my life easy.
Good for organization and writing
What do you like best about the product?
I like having documents organized and embedded in one another for copywriting and site mapping. I also love writing up documents and reports and sharing them as a live view link; it can look super professional, and it's easy to use. The task database is really flexible for your needs and customizable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though Notion is great for getting organized, it's easy to waste a lot of time "optimizing." Sometimes, a sticky note is just faster, and it's easy to over-customize and build things you don't actually need. It's smart and capable, which is great, but it's easy to build the "task manager to end all task managers" and make something too complicated that you don't actually need. The templates are the same story.
Secondly, the AI isn't as intelligent as I would like it to be. It doesn't see the whole picture of all the documents in the workspace, but only works with whatever is on the page you're currently on. It doesn't make databases or pages, which I find limits it to a semi-handy writing assistant. As a writer, I don't think the writing is good enough to be that useful. The AI is a nice thought, being embedded in the program, but it's a little disappointing, honestly.

Actually i think it doesnt has a lot of tutorials of how to, it is also friendly but if you don't know about technology you will have hard times getting through
Review for Notion
What do you like best about the product?
As a Project manager, it helps me in managing alot of tasks through different templates ad cards provided by notion. I find it easy to use as well as no rocekt science is required to understand its features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find its UI a little boring and also notion doesn't support notification as a popup so it can become miserable sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps organize the whole project from the initial stages to final product. We can easily track every single thing. The best part is templates.
Best Product for Document Management and Project Planning in you Organization
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility to create template for anything on your own or from pre-existing templates is really great. The project management and task tracking templates are veryt great. I also like the ease of use and navigation once you are comfortable with the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is a bit steep. Creating templates at start is a bit difficult to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our organization uses Notion for as a knoeledge management tool where we keep documents - operational, legal and general for our clients from more than 160 countries. Notion makes it very easy to navigate to different documents and use it for our own knowledge or to share with the client. I also like the AI feature of Notion which I use to understand a few terminologies without even navigating to that particular document.
