Centralized Documentation Made Easy

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy Notion is to use and how you can build on it. The AI features seem to be coming along nicely, and there are many customizable options. The import feature is also really useful, as it allows me to take our documentation and upload it easily. Notion provides a centralized location for keeping our documentation that is easily shareable while also protecting our information by keeping visibility limited to certain parties.
What do you dislike about the product?
The import feature sometimes messes up the formatting and images. That can be time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides a centralized location for our documentation that is easily shareable and protects information by limiting visibility. I love how easy and customizable it is, and the import feature is useful for uploading documentation.

Perfect for Centralized Sales Workspaces

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for my sales work, and it keeps all of our information in one space. It kinda acts like our entire service is in Notion. I love that I can pull anything I need from there for my day-to-day tasks. It's pretty simple, and everything I need is found in Notion. The workspace tab is perfect because everything we need is in there. Even though I don't use it all the time, when I do, it's a smooth service and has everything I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion keeps all our information in one space, especially useful when dialing or making calls. I can look up questions instantly and have everything I need for my sales workspace.

Transformative for Business Operations

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find the AI tools in Notion really helpful. Setting up Notion is so easy, especially with the AI tools. Everything about it is good, and I appreciate how it helps organize tasks, manage projects, and keep information practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the AI tools, like chat and ABT, could use more details or improvements. I'd like to see maybe some deep syncing and more making modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I solve a lot of work problems with Notion, especially related to managing customers.

Notion’s Flexibility Keeps Notes, Tasks, and Projects Perfectly Organized

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is how flexible it is. It lets me manage my notes, tasks, documentation, and project planning all in one place, which keeps everything together and easy to access. I also appreciate being able to create custom pages and databases, since that makes it simple to organize information in the way I prefer.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Notion is that it can feel slow at times, particularly when I’m working with larger pages or databases. I’d love to see performance improvements so navigation feels smoother and more responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion addresses the problem of scattered information by bringing notes, task management, documentation, and project tracking together in one platform. For me, that means I can keep everything organized in a single workspace, rather than constantly switching back and forth between multiple tools.

Versatile Tool for Dynamic Knowledge Management

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the structure of pages in Notion, which feels like the convergence of a file organization system with the functionality of a word processor, spreadsheet, and webpage all in one space. This makes it highly versatile for various tasks. The AI scribe for meeting documentation is a feature I find beneficial, especially because I can easily make corrections to summaries, like spelling specific terms or people's names. Additionally, Claude works really well with Notion, and I document all my Claude projects and work in Notion seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found things like integration with Google Calendar or Slack to be useful, yet. Maybe I'm not aware of the benefits. I have a feeling the bottleneck to me and my company getting more value out of Notion is to learn more about what you can probably already do on Notion. It's sometimes difficult when you don't know what you don't know. I know there are many Notion training resources and no shortage of templates etc., but the reality is that it's difficult to make the time to discover new things because there's always more work to catch up on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for meeting documentation with AI scribe, which allows easy corrections. We've replaced Salesforce with a custom CRM on Notion that's better for us. I document projects in Notion, finding it works well with Claude.

Notion Keeps Our Notes, Tasks, and Docs Centralized

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I hate fragmentation (spreadsheets here, notes there, reminders somewhere else). Notion works well for consolidating notes, task tracking, reference material, lightweight documentation, etc. I like the centralized control and visibility, and that that means centralized and visible for my team too. Great for process-driven, repeatable tasks (i.e. compliance calendars, task and evidence tracking.)
What do you dislike about the product?
Permissions could be improved. And it’s easy for people to overshare or duplicate content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single repository for most of my work. Not scattered amongst other tools and libraries, I can build and model my things in the way I need and not have to use as many disparate platforms.

Perfect Note-Taking for ADHD with Outstanding AI Features

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion incredibly helpful for keeping everything organized for me in one place, especially since I have ADHD. I love how it holds my reminders when I’m forgetful and also takes my class notes. The AI meeting feature is literally the best; it summarizes enough detail and captures 2+ person conversations well. It’s fantastic for summarizing key points without the fluff during my law school lectures and cold call dialogues. The initial setup was simple and easy, thanks to using a template. I’ve even had a couple of school friends adapt to it and I always recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion needs autocorrect badly. I also do not like the pricing and that will be ultimately why I will stop using AI meeting. If school is the focus, the business account is just too expensive for the average student. I would love for it to sync with my iCloud calendar but when I attempted it was too many errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep everything organized, manage reminders, and take class notes. Its AI meeting feature is great for summarizing detailed lecture dialogues, capturing key points effectively.

Powerful Tool for Planning and Productivity

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion's clean UI UX appealing. I like the combination of markdown and easy tooling, where I can use markdown features like ### and then effortlessly add a table. The initial setup of Notion was pretty easy, and I like it, even though there may be too many starter templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a bit clunky on the up start load, and the database feature is slightly hard to learn, but maybe that's fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me with planning, productivity, documentation, and tracking.

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
helps me stay organized -- use it for meetings
What do you dislike about the product?
its kind of hard to use the templates - it took me a while to figure out certain aspects of it / not SUPER easy to use. Would make it easier.

AI-Powered Organization with Customization Features

  • March 12, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the AI built into Notion as it helps organize a lot of information into one place. The ability to create personalized pages and customize them is really useful to me. I also thought the initial setup was pretty easy and appreciated the training provided by a Notion account manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are almost too many use cases for Notion, so sometimes it's a little difficult to really organize a lot of things. Even though I know Notion can help with this, it's something I've struggled with nonetheless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize my tasks and to-dos, and its AI helps compile scattered information from our intranet.
