Solid all-in-one workspace

  • April 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The biggest strength of Notion is how intuitively it lets you organize documents. I've been using it consistently as my main note-taking and document management tool, and the structure of pages, sub-pages, and databases makes it really easy to keep everything tidy without much effort. The flexibility of blocks lets me build anything from quick notes to structured wikis in the same workspace, and the clean UI makes it approachable even for people who are just starting to organize their digital life. For anyone new to documentation tools, I would recommend Notion without hesitation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The native AI features inside Notion rely on token consumption tied to the paid AI add-on, which made me hesitant to use them regularly. I ended up rarely touching Notion AI because the cost-to-value ratio didn't feel right for my use case. Connecting external AI tools through APIs is also less smooth compared to folder-based alternatives like Obsidian, where local files and community plugins make AI integration much more flexible and customizable. For power users who are comfortable with computers and want deep AI tool integration, Notion's closed structure can feel limiting. A more open approach to external AI workflows and lighter pricing on the AI features would make a big difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the everyday problem of scattered notes and disorganized documents. Before adopting it, my information was spread across different apps, folders, and quick memos that I rarely revisited. With Notion, I now have a single workspace where meeting notes, project plans, personal knowledge bases, and reference material all live together with clear hierarchy. The database views also help me track tasks and content in a structured way without needing a separate project management tool. The biggest benefit is the time I save when looking things up later, since everything is searchable and linked. It has become my default place to think, plan, and document.

Scalable and Secure, but a Steep Start with Templates

  • April 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the idea that the platform can be scalable, the security is up to par, and the features seems to be always evolving.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was complicated as a new user to get started. I felt like the templates were lacking on the simple ones and overly complicated on the more sophisticated ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me centralize all my notes for clients into one platform now that I finally have it setup.

Notion’s Flexibility Keeps Everything Organized in One Place

  • April 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is how flexible it is. I can use it for notes, tasks, and organizing information all in one place, and set it up in a way that works for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t like as much is that it can feel a bit slow at times, especially with larger pages. It also takes a while to set things up the way you want, since there’s not much structure by default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me keep everything in one place instead of scattered across different apps. I use it for notes, tasks, and general organization, so it’s easier to find things and stay on top of what I’m doing.

Quick, Easy, and Professional Document Creation

  • April 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion to create guides and idea decks. I appreciate how quick and easy it makes the whole process. The fact that it can be accessed easily through a link is very convenient. I like how simple it makes designing a decent-looking deck in no time. I also find it useful that I can embed links and images to original sources, which can be previewed directly on the page. Notion makes onboarding documents easy to go through with minimal effort to design them better. Compared to Google Docs, I find that Notion offers a cleaner and more professional look.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limited number of documents I can create in the free version. I have to reuse the same pages and clear them out to use them in the free version. The paid version is a little expensive for an individual to use by themselves if the frequency of use is thrice a month. The UI for a new user is slightly difficult to navigate through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Notion is quick and easy, making it simple to create and access guides and idea decks with links. It helps streamline onboarding documents, presenting information professionally and efficiently.

A One-Stop Productivity Hub for Work and Personal Dashboards

  • April 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion seems like a one stop shop for all sorts of tracking and productivity. I use it to create dashboards for work as well as personal life. It has definitely improved my life
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is kinda hard to learn and understand. I had to watch a lot of youtube videos to learn. That is something notion lacks in. They should include a 5-10 second tutorial for all sorts of features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is more or less keeping me on track in my life. After using Notion, I make some good dashboards and track my fitness goals, work tasks and my daily activities in general

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and flexible it is to create pages, add comments, add things like images, tables, links, icons.
UI is also very pleasing and I like the minimal design style
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I just want to type a slash instead of a command. Recently the UI has changed a bit so it was confusing and hard for me to find the search bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us with writing and organizing documentation. It makes it very easy to find documents and search across all of them, and decide who they're shared with. I also like how comments appear in the doc in a non-obtrusive way

Comprehensive Project Management with Strong Collaboration

  • April 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion very helpful for collaboration and providing the context of full business dealings. It makes it easy to go from meetings to strategy to tactical outputs, connecting various elements of the business to deliver a comprehensive result for the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would suggest that Notion allow more capability for design so that documents can be presented to the client without having to be transferred into Canva or Google Docs, even just a simple ability to upload a font or bring in a brand color would be extremely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for project management. It's very helpful for collaboration and organizing the context of full business dealings, allowing us to connect various outputs and elements of the business for a comprehensive result.

AI-Enhanced Guidance with Room for Improvement

  • April 29, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion's AI tool because it allows me to ask questions or relay queries and it leads me to accurate information that might help in advising patients. It provides direction and gives confidence to the advisers so they know they are taking care of patients correctly. Once I understood Notion, it became very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI tool is only limited to a few prompts. It doesn't allow you to work through the entire shift or workflow. Also, Notion is more like a search engine that is not versatile in a sense where it speaks to you directly, or it understands you as the user. On what you usually ask for or what type of person you are in referring to understand exactly what prompts or questions do you have for the actual search engine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides direction and confidence to advisers, helping them inform patients correctly without needing constant communication. The AI tool answers queries and guides on patient care steps.
