All-in-One Workspace That Transforms Team Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Notion gives me one place to think, plan, and get work done. I use it for everything—strategy docs, project workflows, meeting notes, and GTM plans - without jumping between multiple tools. I love how flexible it is; with databases, linked views, and templates, I can shape it around how my team actually works. Once it clicks, it becomes our home base and cuts out noise, because everyone knows exactly where things live.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, the layout can feel overwhelming, especially for new users, and there’s a short learning curve. The heavy use of keyboard shortcuts may also be unintuitive for those who prefer using a mouse, but with a little practice, these features start to feel natural and actually improve efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Notion, my work felt scattered and disorganized, with information spread across too many tools. Notion helped simplify this by bringing everything into one centralized place. Features like real-time editing and shared pages make collaboration seamless, keeping everyone aligned whether we’re working on a blog or another project. Its flexibility allows me to manage both my personal productivity and team workflows effectively in the same platform.
User-Friendly CRM and Data Room with Powerful AI Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for almost everything, including as a lite CRM and data room. I love how it makes document creation and data storage easy, as well as the ease of sharing. The AI tools significantly speed up documentation by allowing me to quickly review outputs. I also appreciate the user friendliness and how the initial setup required no effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI hallucinates and says it can't do things when it can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for making and sharing documents easily and storing data. It speeds up documentation with AI tools, making processes quicker and user-friendly.
All-in-One Organization That Adapts to Your Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is that it lets me keep notes, tasks, projects, and calendars all in one place, fully organized in a way that fits my workflow instead of forcing a rigid structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that sometimes it feels a bit overwhelming and complex, especially when setting up more advanced databases or integrations. There can also be a learning curve to find where certain options or views are, which makes the initial setup slower than it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me solve the problem of having information scattered across different tools by centralizing my knowledge base, projects, and daily work in one place. As a result, it is easier to stay organized, find what I need quickly, and keep my workflows consistent across clients and projects, which saves time and reduces context switching.
Efficient Idea Storage with AI-Enhanced Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I love the possibilities with Notion. It's extremely powerful, allowing me to create multi-page wikis and databases to store lots of info in an easily readable way. The AI makes it much faster and better at creating pages than I could have done manually. The databases are great as a storage unit for all the pages I work on. The multi-page feature is fantastic for viewing them individually. The AI also made the setup much simpler, which might have been too difficult otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI cannot make templates for a database. It can make the page, which is great, but when you tell it to make that into the template that you can use later for all the new pages, it makes you manually copy-paste it into the template section. The page can be created through the AI, but a template cannot be saved through the AI, only manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for live note-taking and idea storage. It quickly creates pages with AI, simplifying setup. I love the ability to make a multi-page wiki and database, storing info accessibly.
Easy Content Creation, But AI Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to write content compared to other document sharing tools available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their AI capabilities are not good. Does not integrate well with Claude Desktop.

Versatile and User-Friendly with AI Edge
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion helps keep everything organized. I appreciate the flexibility of the features and how easy it is to use. I like how it can do many different things and I love the AI aspect of it. Notion helps me process information more easily with the ability to have spreadsheet style, Word document style, different emojis, and clickable links all on one page. It's more efficient and effective compared to when I used to use Google Docs. I think the initial setup was pretty easy. I liked that it came with the little tabs that give you a welcome to Notion and the database basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only been using Notion for about six months, and I think there are still so many features and capabilities that I haven't learned yet. I tend to lean on the AI to create databases for me, and I feel like if I invested more time in learning how to do it myself, I could probably ask it to do even more. I'd also love to use the calendar and mail features more and figure out how to record all my meetings. I know it has the capability, but I'm still trying to figure out how it records a meeting if it's not actually in the Zoom meeting. Having a mini introductory training course with modules and tasks would have helped me learn the best tools Notion offers right from the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to keep everything organized. It combines spreadsheet and document styles, making data processing easier. The AI assists in creating databases and linking items, reducing the need for constant research. It's my go-to for personal planning and client marketing hubs.
Customizable AI Agent = Gamechanger--Needs Better MCP Connection
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion and Notion AI every day to keep track of and interact with my tasks, projects, notes, and resources from the internet. While I've used the paid versions of ChatGPT and Claude in the past, Notion AI has become my main hub for anything AI-related. Through Notion AI, I've been able to create a personalized AI agent experience--and I power that with additional support from Claude, which can be linked via Notion MCP. This way, I can use different personalities for different outputs I want to create with the help of AI--like being able to shift the tone for a professional message vs a message for a friend, in exactly the way I would write--by setting and picking the correct mode easily. Notion AI helps customize outputs in ways I haven't seen with other AI services. I also use it for easy data crunching for strength training, which saves me about 20-30 mins per week. I upload screenshots of my exercise plan for the upcoming week, plop in a prompt I have saved into Notion, and it generates a custom plan for me so that I can just look at my Notion and find the correct weights that I'll need every day. This reduces a lot of friction for me, which helps me actually get to the exercising bit consistently! Setting up Notion with the AI agent system I purchased was pretty simple and has greatly enhanced my experience. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys experimenting with systems like this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the Notion to Claude integration work better. Sometimes the MCP is connected and other times it'll just drop suddenly. If your WiFi kept dropping suddenly, it would be really annoying, and it's like that. I'm paying $240 extra per year for Claude and find it a valuable addition to Notion AI, so I do get rather aggravated when it keeps dropping--and reconnecting manually doesn't always do the trick. I'd say the integration with Claude works about 50% of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to track tasks and projects, manage notes, and customize AI tasks. It personalizes outputs in a way I haven't been able to do with other AI tools, which is huge--it's like having unlimited memory settings. It also manages my weight training and is basically my brain hub these days.
Comprehensive and Insightful, Yet Requires Effort
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Notion for managing my team and organizing meeting notes. I love that it provides the ability to have all my meeting notes in one place, with an AI summary and next steps feature. I also really like its comprehensive reach and consider it a knowledge management software that makes all the difference for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes a little difficult to integrate into clips and collection of future oriented activities. It requires some effort to set up, and its comprehensive nature demands intentionality to establish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion keeps all my meeting notes in one place and provides AI summaries with next steps, enhancing organization and team management.
Customization That Perfectly Fits Our Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion is fully customizable compared to other similar apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love Notion Page structure but sometimes it complicates things at least for me. There is a novelty with apps like Obsidian where I can easily capture a single note but in Notion its a page which feels heavy. It might be more of a psychological thing when it comes to these note apps where I lean towards traditional single note structures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is one of the best collaborative note taking apps on the market and I have used pretty much all of them. We use it at our firm to keep the design team in sync. It is only two of us but it helps with meeting and project notes. We are also going to be using the AI integration instead of one-off modal chats with free ai tools like ChatGPT. That way we can build shared workflows in our AI processes going forward.
