One place for everything
What do you like best about the product?
I love how versatile notion is and I use it for planning, keeping my essays and school things oranized, and the ability to share with others is perfect. I haven't found another program like it
What do you dislike about the product?
There are just some tricky things that I wish were different but it might just be preference. I love the option to have columns, but sometimes I want to have one long column on the right and a block of four next to it, which you can't do. Basically the ability to have Colums within columns like a mosaic, sort of.
You also can't use functions in tables, that's one thing that's making me still use sheets for more complicated work
There also isn't quick access to highlighting text and changing colors instead of having to go into the drop down menu every time because that can get tedious when I'm switching back and forth between colors

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to use multiple programs to manage all my things and now it's all in one place, so I can make it my home base for everything. It's so easy to manage and is pretty accessible. The AI has been a savior for needing to come up with quick blurbs all the way to long paragraphs, but there are some patterns that I've recognized that I have to manually remove because it can make things sound repetitive such as using too many transition words and adding summaries and conclusions after when unnecessary

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a word processor and more that minimizes distractions and pushes forward to get to a complete idea which helps with productivity and planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a visual person, and I appreciate more freeform spaces that allow me to move my idea around and have more creative control over how my planning and writing spaces look and feel. Notion is a bit limited in that regard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving the problem of having a one stop shop hub shared with a team working on the same project. We can writing and project manage in one place and that is helpful.
First stop for idea capture, notes and draft reports
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible and forgiving nature of Notion means that I can start any new idea or project there and organize it into a document that continues to evolve and flourish.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was Mind-Mapping native to Notion, as that is where I start to separate ideas, then later expand on them once I am satisfied the flow works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have lots of ideas. Notion helps me organize them, develop them, re-organize, then summarize and write more on the topics that I am a subject matter expert in. That is, digital transformation.
Strong powerful potential
What do you like best about the product?
The database features, relation and rollup, button and possibility of automation

In the folder structure, the database page and a single page look the same which can be confusing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The database features to structure pages and similar type of knowledge base in the same database make it easy to maintain and reduce duplicate and human error.

not good that i can't go back ( apple z) on mobile, neither choose the text formatting. i use a lot in mobile.

Pragmatic tool for organizing data and AI
What do you like best about the product?
I am a business consultant. For my business, it is important to offer my Clients an easy cloud platform to manage their projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The print quality of the pages can be improved. Additionally, it is impossible to remove the database fields from the print.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion's AI is very useful for improving the quality of texts, obtaining information, and increasing efficiency.
Notion is the best tool for content training and project management.
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use, a friendly app that you can "master" everything in under a few hours. What I like best is how easy it is to turn Notion into a wiki-like platform. I tried some competitors and they're far behind. The Notion AI helps you create content quickly as well. Instead of taking one hour to create content, it takes me only a few minutes now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The text colorisation, the font, text size, etc. It's one of the thing that we miss the most. There is not so much use with Slack connexion, I think there is something to do with Slack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything is centralised in one place, no more google drive docs scattered everywhere. Every team has a section with its content. It's easy and quick to read.
Notion helps tidy up my college
What do you like best about the product?
Heavily customizable. I can customize notion how I wanted and change to what's bringing the most for me. And now, notion ai has an ai feature that really help me to improve my college notes writing, fact-check it, and summarize my notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to add a handrawn notes, like a simple prototypes sketch or a lecture that requires to draw a flowchart. Notion doesn't really has that feature without relying on other service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI helps me improve my horrible typing and grammar when the lecturer is talking really fast. Notion AI also helps me prepare for my next lecture because I can easily writes some notes down with the help of notion AI, and then crosscheck it when the lecturer explains that particular part. After that, notion AI can help me write a summarize of my notes and keep track of what's important to bring up some questions for the lecture.
I use Notion to document my work as a design leader: new features, sprints and design team tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion for its diverse templates that make documenting tasks much easier. Additionally, I really like the new artificial intelligence integration feature that helps me correct spelling and grammar errors while documenting.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion, there is nothing that I find problematic in Notion. Occasionally, there may be issues with site stability or integration with artificial intelligence, but this happens on all platforms.

With Notion, I achieved various business goals. As a design leader, it allows me to showcase my work and that of my team, as the documentation supports the work done in front of the client.

Everything about notion app is great. I'd like to use the AI to analyze another page and summarize it in a new page.
