Best tool to organize plans and evaluate them.
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to see the broad picture of my database. It is mobile, expandable, simple, and continuous due to its design and structure which allows to create page within page.
What do you dislike about the product?
When taking notes, I wish there was more functions such as changing fonts, sizes, drawing shapes, use it as slides. Also, I wish the AI can creat pages and do unique formulas. I wish the button has more function as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows to see the big picture of data I am building through making a dashboard and linking all the database. So, I can manage all the details including individual relationship with people.
Excellent Knowledge management with great Summarization and AI aides
What do you like best about the product?
I started with the ability to clip articles and bi-directional links and structured search, as I had over 20,000 items in my digital library. Notion AI has been beneficial as its summary has been better than what I get from Bingchat ( after feeding text via prompts: painful for long pieces) and Bard ( though Bard is faster and better).
I can also vary output as a table, bullet points and pros and cons segments.
Have used rewriting segments of long blogs for readability but need more time to figure the best way, or the AI needs more time. Suspect it's Anthropic Claude !!

What do you dislike about the product?
The web clip fails to grab annotated text ( yellow or blue highlighted segments) or import from saved HTML. The Table of Content generation only uses HTML Headings but should take hints on other ways to bullet main ideas.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is replacing my previous set of tools for the digital library. Had many old rare posts and pdf where the websites have ceased. Also, locating a document from faint recollection or faulty phrases was slow and time-consuming. Notion search is pretty good and hopefully will scale as the size of the database grows.
Notion also has pretty good formatting, and hierarchical blocks-based content and formatting are neat. I have seen many grat pages but my own creations are mere blogs with a bit of colour and icons

The AI feature is really nice and I like the simple aspect of it.
What do you like best about the product?
How simple the layout is, its not too overwhelming or confusing compared to other websites that are similar.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AL though it is simple to use, it can also be hard to get real information out of it, for example when you ask the AI for citations, it will a lot of the times make up citations that don't actually exist, this feature needs to be looked at.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping speed up the process of finding valuable information and having it stored in an organized manner, it also helps me generate emails quickly and the emails are worded very nicely.

Its acts like our superbrain for our team and it is a helpful tool.

Sometimes it adds a lot of busy work and makes things more convoluted then they have to be. Must keep things organized or else it becomes a mess quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the clean look of notion, it feels light and makes it easy to focus on what you want to say, without overwhelming you with all the features it offers.
This is specially true of their implementation of the AI Writing Assistant which they've recently implemented, that keeps you on track with what you're writing and doesn't go off point!
I look forward to seeing this feature develop further and allow users to include/exclude documentation available in notion, and help it come to life.

What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike about notion. I think their AI Writing Assistant feature is a great start, and that they should develop it futher so that when an organization has a lot of documentation on notion, the assistant, other than assist with writing, it can also assist in answering questions using the documentation that is available.

Notion helps us because it helps make documentation that otherwise would be lengthy easier to read and well organised.
It's hard to pinpoint why, but I find notions interface easy to work with, light and helpful.

Everything; For instance, I've created my own CRM in Notion.This allows me to have super flexibility in my pipe management

Almost nothing. However, connecting Gmail and Notion to automate some actions would be great.

Notion helps me drive my team's overall performance. From project management to landing pages and sales management, Notion is the perfect to tool do it nice and quickly.

It's AI suggestions, easy to add images, pdf, etc., adding markdown specific things easily.
Overall, it's nice to write and it's a good experience.

What do you dislike about the product?
When I select several sentences, I cannot convert them to list/bullets as no option exists. So I have to add first one explicitly and then set others. Its a hassle!

We are trying to write courses for learners. After completing on notion, we upload them on our platform.
The reviews are also easy due to comments option. The AI tool is also helpful, especially for writing lesson conclusions.

perfect for school or uni students
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is perfect for organising all your school or course notes. It is a super customisable and flexible tool for project management. It is an all-in-one workspace and key for productivity.

Although Notion is my favourite productivity app, it is not used in schools and workplaces so I have to constantly transfer data from my drive to notion which can often be time-consuming.

Notion allows for easy communication, and accountability and ultimately makes it easier for teams to achieve their goals.

What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of adapting the workspace to my specific needs, the templates that to helped me to start quickly, the integration with the AI that allows me to save a lot of time, stay creative and focused.

I haven't found yet a way to control it with my voice.
