The beautiful presentation and convenient features in Notion help me organize information very well. Notion AI also helps me a lot in learning English skills

Now the new AI writing feature. I think its the best roundup for the whole service

At the moment I would like just some small tweaks like more fonts, some cute personalisation but nothing more

I organise everything better, I find comfort in using it. Everything feels easier and more organised. I also can store everything there
Awful user experience. Non existent support. Hours wasted to try and make it usable.

There is nothing I like about Notion that isn't better in other platforms in the same category.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user experience is not intuitive. When trying to implement Notion our team struggled so much to get to grips with the interface that we had to revert back to Asana.
Also, their support is nonexistent. Notion fraudulently took a renewal despite our account being inactive and never agreeing to a paid premium and over 2 months later I am still fighting for my money back. I have had to raise a case with my bank.
Notion claims they treat the case with the 'upmost urgency' but reply once every few weeks without any progress. It's abysmal.

What do you like best about the product?
It really helps me to cut-down on the time required for writing blogs etc. Plus also the outputs are exactly how i wanted. Notion AI has simplified our marketing processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. But yes some more usecases around tone etc could be added.

Mostly around marketing - like writing blogs, newsletter, product documents.

The most useful features are the ability to create your own database and subpages.

It has a long runtime and often fails when fetching data from online sources.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the practicality of composing notes with AI. When I need to have new ideas and I need more creativity, Notion is very useful. I have used it to anticipate meetings at my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like a no integration with Microsoft Calendar. That's it.

Notion helps me organize my life, work and responsibilities. I enjoy the ability to configure it the way that best meets my work style.

I find the phone app to be a bit clunky.

Notion's AI functionality helps me make better use of my time. I am using it right now to plan a two week trip to Alaska.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is that it has the ability to combine artificial intelligence information with my notes, personalizing much more the information I want to search for and/or complete.

Regarding Notion AI, you cannot attach Excel files (xlsx).

Notion helps to resolve doubts, complement work, and improve my texts or ideas. It also helps to correct my work or essays.

I just love so much notion, it's the most tool I use all day. To work, to orgnize life, toghts, and travels. So amazing. Love so much

Extremely useful for keeping your work organized
What do you like best about the product?
I really love the different templates that Notion has to offer. The templates are my favorite thing to use because it helps me find new ways in which I can better organize and plan my to-do lists and assignments for college.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Notion is having to pay to use the AI feature. I wish the AI feature was implemented at no additional cost for student accounts as I mainly use it for college.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems that Notion is solving is not having to use a physical calendar/journal to help write down important events/lists. Everything can be typed on the computer and you have access to it anywhere very easily.
