One place for all my notes, wiki and shared documentation. AI feature is super useful.

I wish there were more options for formatting text. Also, I wish there you did not have to pay extra for the AI feature or that we could pay by the user rather than for all users.

Helps me to be organized and structured. Plus with the addition of AI tools, now it's my go-to tool for writing. I keep my old records there too.

It's hard to build tables and graphs there. Also I'd like to have the option to draw as well.

Databases are all in one thing for everything, i use tme all the time for everything!

The API do not include permissions so we are unable to build the tools around notion that we want to.

It is fast in summarizing whole pages. It makes it therefore easy to create full pages with notion AI. It can also be helping answering basic question. Also extending text or an idea you quickly wrote down.

Image import is not possible. It makes it sometimes frustrating to create whole pages. on rare occasions Notion AI is giving statement which do not make a lot of sense, but once asked in a different way it fixes itself.

I usually like aksing notion about quick questions to solve or to list. For some extra learning Notion is amazing at creating ANKI flashcards. You cna just ask it to make the text in flashcards. This save a lot of time.

Up till now I haven't faced any particular issue.

Helps create the dirty first draft in a couple of seconds which save me time.
I can then prompt and improve each section to my liking and build upon that, helped me reduce my prcastinationa and improved my productivity.

Ease of use, clarity, modularity. It's easy to write in there as it's a great way to clear the clutter. The AI is a great brainstorming too that can also answer very basic questions à la ChatGPT.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit of a jack of all trades master of none situation ? When I need to write it's easy and straightforward! When I need a project management tool, it's easier to get a template from someone who figured it out than make your own as the formulas are endless and sometimes not as granular as other solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Writing extremely long texts, or long meeting notes can sometimes be a disadvantage. I don't know if it's because I'm extremely thorough but the "find actionable items" is a life saver. It helps translate my walls of text into to-do lists in a click.
