Notion changed my way of organizing, becoming essential to keep everything in order.
What do you like best about the product?
1. I like that databases can be viewed from different perspectives. I really love that.
2. I love that information in databases can be filtered through certain criteria, as well as sorted.
3. Being able to set reminders in Notion is the best; I can really leave a reminder from anywhere, it's really useful.
4. The DROPDOWNS or TOGGLES are fantastic, they are really useful for organizing information.
5. The ability to sort information is great.
6. Being able to work in a team with other collaborators is what I appreciate most about Notion. Even more, the fact that one can decide what my collaborators can and cannot see.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. The colors for highlighting text in Notion are very dull. I have reviewed Microsoft Loop, and without a doubt, the colors on that platform enhance the experience.
2. It can be complex for new users. I have designed templates for teamwork projects with my colleagues; however, most prefer to use Google Drive over Notion because they find it complex to use.
3. Notion becomes slow at times. It doesn't have the expected fluidity.
4. The writing experience is not the best. Although I like taking notes in Notion, the text cannot be justified, bibliographic references cannot be made, etc.
5. Notion looks old. The graphics, shape of the boxes, etc., look old and sometimes ugly. My user experience would undoubtedly improve if Notion enhanced the platform's design, both in colors, the shape of tables, etc.
6. The export of pages to PDF is simply horrible.
7. A REALLY DISAPPOINTING disadvantage of Notion is the difficulty of modifying documents once uploaded, as it requires downloading them, modifying them separately, and then re-uploading them, creating duplication and chaos. It would be ideal to be able to make changes directly to the uploaded files, like highlighting in a PDF, without needing to download them, and for the changes to be saved automatically.

Notion is solving it for me. 1. The complexity of organizing information 2. Ease of teamwork. 3. Everything from one place. 4. Having a system in Notion generates greater professionalism.
Best way to organise your life
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely intuitive design and easy to use. Appreciate how easy it is to navigate around the pages and sections to keep my files organised.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really sure what there is to dislike about Notion!

The AI writing assistant helps me think of ideas and content which has saved me a lot of time to research for other content.
Composing a quick draft with Notion AI
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has quite a lots of the templates that I can use. For me, I like Kanban Board the most. I can create cards like what I did on Trello or Jira, but this one is entirely for my personal life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is a very systematic tools for organizing items. I am thinking if they could have a better search functions or make the tag or label to be more visible, it would encourage people to use it. For example, with a label, it can form a great chapter with different topics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to compose like at least 10 - 15 emails and reply tickets (at least 20) each working day. Sometimes, I will need to issue the tasks to my team members. The greatest thing is I can put all the information, like raw data, and ask the Notion AI to help composing email to my team members with details. It can reduce my time spend on composing emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Its organised layout, easy to navigate from section to another section.
What do you dislike about the product?
separate subscription for AI tool & standard plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The calendar, its help me organised all my schedule & dateline. AI tools also helps me a lot in preparing notes.
A second brain that centrally manages all medical information
What do you like best about the product?
The most wonderful thing is that it allows us to create a centralized database of all information, including online articles, papers, tweets, YouTube, etc., that can be pulled up at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a physician, I use notion AI properties as a data management tool for my dissertation, but I am not able to manage it like paperpile for example. It would be so wonderful if notion ai could automate even the management of papers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system is used as a tool to centrally manage disparate information. The Zetelkasten system is used to manage the information. It is good to be able to pull up information quickly when I have clinical problems.
I absolutely swear by Notion. I have slowly shifted all my other apps into Notion. Awesome

Offline needs more stability. I typically work in a dead zone.

My second brain, everything I need in one place !
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is easy to customize and has valuable features. Everything I need is there, and I no longer need to use third-party tools. It is my second brain. Now that I'm so used to it, I can't picture a world without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't things I dislike about Notion per se, but I wish they allowed me to specify breakpoints when exporting files in PDF. That would've been so useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an all-in-one tool with all the features I need to handle my project. I have a Youtube channel, an Instagram page and a newsletter, so I'm always working on several projects simultaneously. That's why having a way to group all these projects in a way that's valuable to me is an essential asset.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to generate quick topic summaries of topics and organising them into tables that can be tagged for quick reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as fast to use on an ipad. More user friendly on a laptop.

Fast and efficient note sumnaries using the AI writing assistant. Being able to share notes with other students.
