How I got my life going by using Notion
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to centralize all the information I need in one place. I can work with my personal assignments, as well my professional assignments across platforms works like a charm. I'm able to delegate functions, as well as remind me of things that could've been forgotten
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels a bit hardcoded yet. I have been seing improvments here and there. There are some competitors that are scalling in some features that Notion still does not captilize on it yet. It's great to work with teams, but it's still funky for developing recurrent processes. Or maybe I just don't know how to use it like that;
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me stay on track of what is important and create knowledge about certain things. Where I am stuck with post its, Notion helps me keep going. I tend to say that I can't live without notion anymore. Like, who doens't want to have their information right on time on the palm of their hands. Watch for Privacy though...

Notion solves the problem of scattered information and disorganized workflows by providing a centralized workspace. This benefits me by streamlining project management, enhancing collaboration, and leveraging AI features to improve efficiency and creativity in my architecture studies.

What do you like best about the product?
I am a Creative Director and an AI Artist. I have used many AI tools for text, image, music, video and voiceover in the past year. I have found Notion AI exceptionally accurate and user-friendly. It understands a lot of writing styles, use cases, languages and phrases. I would highly recommend it to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features, such as 'improve writing' and 'rewrite', need improvement. The interface can have a bit more contemporary look as well. There aren't many things to dislike about Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I often struggle to write short and long copies for social media posts, e-mails to current and potential clients, messages to friends and replies to my Linkedin connections. There is a wide range of problems. The Notion is solving for me.

A great tool for literally everything
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is great because it can be used for anything and everything. I love using it for everything from organizing notes and work stuff to planning vacations.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, Notion seems a bit intimidating and it definitely has a learning curve. I also it would be nice to have the ability to use a more aesthetic design.

Notion AI helps provide summaries for long amounts of text, which helps me not waste time reviewing it myself.

What do you dislike about the product?
The price for AI and the limited number of blocks for the team spaces.
Tables have some room for improvement in terms of adaptability and functionality as well. For example, ability to fix the first column while scrolling.

AI Writing helps me to correct the copies for my portfolio: to keep it clear and short.
Data-base tables helps me to arrange complex data and work with it easier.
I don't loose notes, because they are placed in specific folders and team spaces. I can mark them with icons and find very quickly.

the usability. I also like that i can budget, do my grocery list, do my vision board etc on it.

It take a little getting used to especially if you are new to it.

Grammar and formulating sentences. Also managing my tone.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion as a 'second brain' for academic research, professional organisation, and life admin. It is brilliantly customisable and I'm always discovering new ways to use it. The AI integration is particularly mind-blowing, and has streamlined my workflows substantially.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more functionality with spreadsheets. But they are constantly improving the product, and I really have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to access and search through a massive amount of notes, and to synthesise information in any manner I want. The whole system is very useful as a writer, allowing me to manage citations and content in a super intuitive way.

I use Notion in my work and for personal organization; this is all I need. They are constantly improving the platform. Also, the customer service is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have team groups, so when I need to tag everyone, I need to do this one by one, but I saw a blog, and they mentioned they are working on it. Also, it would be nice if they improved when tables needed to be linked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team organization, control and documentation. It is easy to control permissions so that I can have it all in one place. Since AI Assistant is active, it helps me to redact text for general information, presentations, and so on.
