Notion AI has been my main approach to using artificial intelligence
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for recording and tracking my daily activities, tasks, note-taking, and records for teamwork. Its biggest advantage is the versatility of formats I can use, which allows me to record everything in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to make graphs or some type of more visual input, since sometimes I fall a little short with pure text. Another thing that I don't love is that I can't empty the trash in a single click, but I have to delete file by file in the trash. I would also like to be able to have different text formats
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before integrating artificial intelligence, I used Notion to manage information about my projects and daily tasks, as well as to take notes from my classes. Since Notion AI was integrated, I also use it to help me review, improve my writing, and develop my texts.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the way that Notion databases works. The integration between tasks, pages, databases, it's really exciting. The IA it's a nice tool that makes your life and work easier
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe its not a problem how the formula works on Notion. I think that tool should be easier to use. Like i said, maybe it's a problem with my Notion skills. It's really nice if that tool works like excel for example
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like i said, notion helps me to take all my tasks in the same database, creating a relation between them. Likewise, Notion helps me writing about project management, note taking. Its important to say, that notion its much more efficient than tools like Clickup

What do you like best about the product?
We use it at Work to describe every task and important all data to our Notice Space. I really like the Al tools to write me professional Content and help me to make my work much easier. I can write my Text more professional or make it shorter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not such much user friendly. It's hard for the first time to learn everything. User Interface is not great at the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can write better content with the Al tool. For me it's hard to create good and easy understanding text.

Sometimes replies are not 100% accurate and lack some more information

Notion AI was very easy to use. It was also very fast and gave good suggestions. The best part of it was it helped my workflow. Compared to other competitors, it had a cleaner interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI wasn't able to create notion built-in features, such as adding images, changing color, and creating databases. Improvements would be to be able to create Notion's already built-in features.

Notion is better than any documentation platform I’ve used
What do you like best about the product?
I've used Google Docs and Confluence and ended up giving up on both of them. I now use Notion for all work documentation and also personal documentation. On the hold I'll keep using Notion

I feel confluence beats Notion when it comes to to document navigation. Also I still think some improvements could come with handling databases like importing data via CSV

I have to write a lot of run books for my team and documentation around onboarding developers I love how easy it is to write documentation.

What do you like best about the product?
Multimedia note taking formats. Ease of organization. AI tools embedded into the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Its super useful. The only thing that doesn't work well is that the AI assistant is sometimes confused about what you want it to do.

What do you like best about the product?
As a professional writer I love Notion AI writing assistant for brainstorming article ideas, correcting spelling and grammar and improving my writing. It does this extremely well and at a good speed. It does not replace me as a writer, but is a good assistant.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that the spell check dictionary is not available in UK English., only US English

I used Notion to arrange my daily tasks and used Notion AI for proofreading email contents.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is very helpful for English writing. It's conviennent to change tone, process grammar check, and improve wording. It saved me a lot of time for sending emails and gave me new ideas of what to write to make the content look more professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is great! I currently still exploring the dynamic functions of it, and so far so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me solving problems on communication, like writing emails, to make sure my points were clear and directed. Therefore, the communication would be more effective and straightforward, and goals were quickly set.
