Extremely useful and versatile tool, once you get past the learning curve. My favorite platform
What do you like best about the product?
It really helps with starting my writing and organizing process for small personal and professional projects. I have found guides to help me with navigating the quirks over time, and I am learning to utilize all the features to its full potential. Easy to build new tools and so many great templates when I don't have time to do something from scratch. Took me a little time to get to this point, but now its my favorite platform for everything!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the most intuitive in some ways and it took a lot of practice and troubleshooting to figure out the best way to get the results I wanted. Also, getting the AI to only focus on certain pieces of text or information that I want it to use when drafting for me has been a challenge. Had to figure out methods to work around this, and guides/tutorials are not always easy to find, but I have found some great resources with time, google, and tik tok. There is still so much more to learn, but making adjustments to my pages and databases is so easy now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can literally be built out for pretty much anything I need, and I have adopted more uses over time as I have learned and practice. So versatile and funtional.
Really great overall

What do you dislike about the product?
I would like my Notion pages to be more personalized, add more fonts, colors and backgrounds for example.
I would also like if the AI could answer questions about itself and how to use Notion properly.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves a lot of time when copywritting some e-mails and captions for posts. It also helps me make a lot of information shorter and clearer and its great at proovreading and correcting grammar or spelling mistakes.

Review about the new Notion AI feature
What do you like best about the product?
I can use it anywhere from any platform and it helps me organize my studies and notes
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind right now, okay so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really like Notion AI and I use it instead of chat gpt. However, one frustrating problem I keep encountering is that while asking Notion questions related to my studies, it always gives me expired links and sources. When I get information from Notion AI, I always need to double check this informarion from a reliable source since AIs are not always reliable. By providing me with expired links I am unable to double check the information and I'm also unable to use these links as references and cite them in my university work, which makes me go back to okd fashion googling to find other sources.
Another problem is the inaccuracy of some details and information, but I'm aware that most AI software have the same problem.

The only tool that my entire team finds essential - but it could be better.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Notion for everything. From internal documentation to project management & OKR tracking. At some point, we even used it as a CRM and as our platform for collaborative content creation. It's an endlesly versatile hub that my entire team loves.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be lovely if users could create integrated workflows with other tools without a glue layer. Additionally, the ability to create private views that compile several databases would be awesome. With those two features, Notion would be perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is allowing us to keep track of our workflows, store and organize valuable information, and collaborate with clients in an intuitive way. We've worked with everyone from 200-employee companies to bootstrapped startups and no one ever found Notion complicated.
I’m a super user of notion and would recommend it to everyone!
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI. Modularity. Scalability. Ability to embedd. Make public pages. Tables and their capabilities. I could go on and on about what all can be done
What do you dislike about the product?
The gap in excel and notion. If only we could run formula driven operations across rows and columns, that would be awesome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it extensively as my personal as well as work planner. All my tasks are managed there. i also use Notion AI extensively as a writing assistant
Organization of ideas
What do you like best about the product?
It has been very useful for me when writing a message, a response in those moments when my brain is blocked, and it is also useful for organizing my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I started using it, I haven't found any major problems. It is intuitive; however, on certain occasions, it tends not to provide clear answers or formulates them in a very generic way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me a lot in those moments of stress or blockage that I usually have when my creativity is affected and my workload is large, it has helped me a lot all the time.
Notion makes our company flow
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is making our company connected. We like being "in the software together". It feels like we are working on something together. We have fun keeping our company and notes tidy. Organise and in so learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to onboard someone new to the software. Especially if someone is a little older. An onboarding for older people would be nice. There is not much out there that takes the time to explain notion from a let's say Microsoft Office perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connected our team together in a way that makes product management fun and engaging. It solves what other software couldn't and makes us more productive as a company.
Notion AI is my main productivity management sidekick
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Notion and the Notion.ai service for a few months now and have come to rely on its capabilities to kickstart ideas and keep them organized. I've migrated wholly from Evernote to Notion as the AI capabilities allow me to build robust sections of content for job applications, cover letters, recruiter contacts, business plans, consulting roadmaps, and training programs. Notion has quickly become my constant companion in my workday. It remains open and always in view as I bounce between it and my browser/slack/email/zoom to keep excellent notes from meetings, track and build on ideas, and improve my communications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far the main downside I've noticed is the difficulty in determining how best to prompt the generative AI to produce the desired results. This is likely a user learning curve as it appears mildly different from the Open.ai implementation of ChatGPT. The cover-image dialog for changing the image is also quite slow to load initially based on its population of relatively large images on the main panel. Likewise, the overall capabilities of the tool are both an absolute selling point and downside: Notion has a robust set of functions, but the learning curve for how to best use those capabilities is steep. You can do so much with the tool that it can be paralyzing when you first start out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion brings a single-source solution to my project, program, note-taking, and personal life management needs. It allows me a single place of organization to see, at a glance, a high-level view of my days while allowing me to easily drill into the specifics when needed. I can build dashboards for how I work ad-hoc, or use templates to kickstart ideas. It allows me a framework to really guide my own brain to the best end results in any project I take on.
Great tool for anyone!
What do you like best about the product?
The syncing and compatibility is unmatched. I've been using it for about a month and find it to be great on the go no matter the device I'm using. This alone makes it better than similar competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to use the internet to access it SUCKS! I'm a realtor and don't have cell reception a lot of the time. It would be great if this was changed in some way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping my work life in order. I'm starting to use it with home life as well and find it to be great with keeping tabs on the kids.
