Notion & the AI Writing Assistant for note taking
What do you like best about the product?
The new AI Writing Assistant is key to my workflow, especially for note taking. It also give a structured framework for personal wikis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions may seem obscure, and often I find myself fighting to cancel an automatic change, some time needing to delete the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Difficulties with Nate toking and personal base creation
A useful tool for a growing company
What do you like best about the product?
Hyper-intuitive, very easy to build a page tree, even a spider's web with cross-referencing systems. Everything is very visual. I have non-French-speaking collaborators on my team, and with Notion's AI, I'm now able to translate entire pages in a matter of seconds... while keeping my layout! A dream come true.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to use, and it's also easy to make mistakes and delete content. It's possible to protect your pages, but with 500 employees, it quickly becomes time-consuming to target the right pages to protect in a space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Informations are centralized and accessible. It's never been easier to collaborate on subjects. The tool bends in all directions and can do just about anything.
Notion - New AI Writing Assistant Feature
What do you like best about the product?
I think the capabilities of Notion are great. We have really been able to leverage Notion for our law office, including bringing in clients and client work.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love to be able to fully transition away from using MyCase, and if we could bring in billing to Notion that would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is allowing us to properly develop a system for project management that works for our firm. The new AI Writing Assistant feature has also become invaluable. It allows us to create documents, proposals, etc. in record time.
Organize Your Existence With Notion
What do you like best about the product?
Organizational templates offer the ability to keep every aspect of my business and life running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little difficult to really get the AI Writing Assistant to function for you. There are too many "safety" filters that prevent using it for creative writing projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's fantastic for outlining a writing assignment which saves me time and gets my articles out faster.
Notion and in particular its AI feature has became a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
Its flexibilty and powerful intergrations, but most importantly Databases!!
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it takes really long to load some of the databases, would be great to have faster response time

What do you like best about the product?
The notion AI. It blends perfectly into the workflow, especially if you need to make quick changes, check for grammar mistakes, and write technical text.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though I love it, I think the AI needs some minors improvements. Sometimes it seems that it does not only try to work with the text you selected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to write quick news article about soccer matches, that needs to be published on the go. I usually take a long time checking for typos or mistakes on my texts, and they always slip away. With notion AI, that does not happen anymore. I can blindly trust it to a point, when it comes to spelling and grammar
Extremely versatile and very helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the AI feature of notion. It's extremely helpful when writing papers since the program can help format an outline. I haven't used another program but i don't think i'll ever need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that i dislike about notion. i have been using the program for years now and i love it. i use it for academics and it really helps me stay organized when i have multiple classes.

Linking different data sources and data types. AI Writing Assistant helps me write efficiently.

Takes some thought to organise databases properly

Generates ideas for work. Blocks of different datatypes work really well to organise thoughts and boost productivity.
AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
It's a vital tool for running my business. It's a project manager, calendar and business administrator all in one.
What do you dislike about the product?
The best use for the Ai tool is for writing or fixing text content; it hasn't been constructive for research, generating ideas or brainstorming. I'd like it to include some options to work more like a Storage Drive as Google does. If storage were easier or cheaper, I'd love to use Notion to keep all my shared files in order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a branding agency with a digital focus, Notion is the perfect tool for me. It's the go-to place for my team. We are a completely remote agency, and many of our team members live in different parts of the world, so Notion allows us to set tasks, sinch schedules, review projects and submit them all in one place.
