What do you like best about the product?
It's my second brain. I use it to offload all the important things I do through out the day, then organize them and output them into content, essays, PowerPoints, memos, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a steep learning curve. Because at its base level it's only blocks, or can be whatever you want it to be, but the dark side is that it can be hard to really build out your notion to what's optimal. Definitely lots of learning to really get the most out of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage both short and long term projects and display them all in one space. I can also connect notion to integrations in other apps (slack) so the whole team on a project can stay up to date.

The feature to take certain data and turn into a chart or simplify it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had the ability for me to ask it questions.

The all-in-one documenation ability as a tool.

I don't use it to solve problems usually, but when I do it's to modify code to make it functional.
Basic and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and straightforward to use. The AI writing tool is super handy and has helped me to improve or make tweaks to my writing. Easy to embed links and images.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more design capabilities but it's not a deal breaker to me that there are not.

It allows our team to have a central repository for company information and a space where employees can access benefits information easily. Also use the AI writing tool for help on projects or company communications.

Collaborative, organised well, the ability to add comments and the inport and export option.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to duplicate and move a copy quickly. Would rather it had a drop down option for both. Versus having to duplicate and then highlight and move.

Notion is a one-stop-shop for all your information management needs. It combines multiple tools such as note-taking, project management, and database functionalities into one platform, making it easier for you to manage your workflow and increase productivity.

The suggestions are genuinely helping me to get better at my emails, but also answer the difficult responses.

Sometimes there is a downtime, so if that is fixed then I have no issues at all.

Notion AI is great extension of Notion that saves time
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is a helpful tool that allows me to quickly and efficiently insert text into a Notion document based on user instructions. I appreciate its ability to detect the desired output language and format the text using markdown. Moreover, I find its ability to parse through instructions and provide an appropriate response impressive. It's also noteworthy that Notion AI supports multiple languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI is a paid service, even if you pay for a Notion plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI helps me write and check the grammar of text in different languages. Additionally, it provides superior translations between languages compared to Google Translate.
It's a powerful platform with endless possibilities however not very intuitive enough or easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and possibilities are endless. I can see huge potential with it, it is a great place to create and store business documents and the AI integration is brilliant.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little tricky to use, you need time to get used to it and learn how to use it properly. I am certain I am currently only using about 19% of its capabilities.

What do you dislike about the product?
Charting! Calendars! Not being able to make flow charts, graphs and implement Google calendar are massive downsides. At times, potential deal breakers. Microsoft is in the game now with their version. Notion needs to realise the importance. Also, buttons to side bar or making buttons something that you could add to the home screen on a phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Buttons. It speeds up the system. I should not have to add every detail, to every property every time I do something.
