Versatile, Intuitive, and Collaborative Workspace

  • February 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for both work and personal stuff, and I find it particularly effective for organizing materials, documents, notes, and timelines. It's really good for planning and documenting things. I value the clean layout and the way everything is in one place. The timeline feature has been great for documenting every activity in a separate, linked page. It's like Jira but more flexible and prettier. I also appreciate the option to share and collaborate with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little tricky to start from a blank page, with a lot of possibilities and things going on. I used AI help to structure my thoughts and the first page I've created. Instead of going to Gemini, there could be a direct question from Notion AI when you start a page, like 'what do you want to do?' And that it helps you create. I tried to integrate it with my Outlook calendar but needed my company's admin permissions and I gave up. There's a learning curve, as I didn't know where to start initially, but then it was intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for organizing my stuff like materials, documents, notes, and timelines. It's great for planning, documenting, and sharing with others.

Great All-in-One Tool, But Integration Needs Improvement

  • February 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion as a one-stop shop for all my data, seamlessly storing information for both work and personal life like a second brain. I really appreciate how I can drill down into pages without having to reformat my system, thanks to the nested pages feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like integration with my devices. I had to setup some hack'y level shortcuts for macOS and iOS and it took way too long. Also, the initial setup was tough, but I bought a template.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion acts as a one-stop shop for all my data, like a second brain, helping me store information and manage to-dos efficiently.

Flexible, Thoughtful Structure That Improved How We Manage Tasks and Documents

  • February 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Although having so much freedom to create can feel daunting at first, it has really made us think about our data and how we structure what we do. Working on this has helped us improve the way we handle our tasks and key documents, and be more intentional about how we organise them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recurring tasks: I was able to get it working, but it feels like this should be a core part of the system, without having to go through all the steps that were required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the tasks and key information are in one place. Previously, we were storing notes and information as tasks just to try to keep everything together. Now that we can have text, images, and links on a page, and then link our tasks to it, it has really helped.

Versatile Yet Slow, Great for Centralized Knowledge

  • February 16, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the good UX and UI of Notion. It's structured well, and they've done a good job making it generic and dynamic, so it can be used for different purposes like note-taking, task management, and creating databases. I like how you can link and organize everything, and the shortcuts are a nice touch. The AI is also pretty good for creating pages and managing tasks without much hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's just really slow, man. I think, only project I have with Notion is they could be more performant. Their performance is really bad. Like, you know, they are not on par with, like, local tools, but they can still optimize their website. I feel like it's really slow sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides a unified knowledge base with good UX, allowing me to create, link, and manage pages, PRDs, and tickets effortlessly, enhanced by its AI capabilities.

  • February 16, 2026

What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion's ease of use and its clean and concise design. It's also customizable to certain needs, which is great for handling multiple client projects. Each client can have their own workspace derived from a database, making it easy to separate client info while still allowing for an agency-wide rollup.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was a bit of a learning curve for the level I needed it to be at, otherwise it's simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for handling multiple client projects, CRM management, and task management. It's customizable, allowing each client to have their own workspace derived from a database, making it easy to separate client info yet have an agency-wide rollup.

I find Notion easy to use and really appreciate being able to duplicate pages, which is super helpful. Moving things around the page is quite straightforward, and the ability to share pages and content seamlessly is great for a remote team. I also enjoy creating tables and projects within Notion, and it's nice that everything is easily readable.
