What do you like best about the product?
As a Product Manager, Notion.so is my go-to tool for all product-related documentation. Its versatility is astonishing - from drafting Product Requirement Documents to roadmap planning and task tracking. The nested pages and hierarchical structure allow me to break down complex features into digestible sections, improving readability and comprehension. I can easily embed tables, Kanban boards, or even code snippets right within a PRD, fostering a more dynamic and interactive document compared to traditional static docs.
A standout feature for me is the integration with Notion.ai, which greatly simplifies my writing process. It offers real-time assistance with sentence construction, idea generation, and even error detection, making my documentation work faster and more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
The app can load slow sometimes which can be annoying but I have seen improvements in the last year.

Efficiency in Writing: Notion.ai speeds up the writing process by generating content ideas, completing sentences, and offering alternative phrasings. This lets you write your PRDs and other documents faster.

Solid product
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to divide thought processes on one desktop/board. It essentially allows me to separate each thought process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be difficult on certain tasks - like inserting tables & using formulas in them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving our issue of having a ton of data/information/processes & not having a central place to keep it all.
Notion AI is Convenient and Useful for Personal and Educational needs
What do you like best about the product?
I think Notion does a great job of giving its users the ability to organize content and create custom templates to manage different aspects of their personal and business lives. The tools are helpful and easy to use, and its AI plugin is something all apps need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the interface is glitchy. I've encountered multiple bugs, such as needing to adjust where I put my mouse to reposition gallery photos, being unable to efficiently use the autocorrect or some formatting for links in databases not having an organizational pattern. While a lot of the app is convenient and easy to use, the kinks need to be ironed out to have an easier time using the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has helped me create a database for my writing, keeping a lot of the information about the things I am writing organized and related to each other as data points. This tool is by far the most helpful of the things Notion offers. The AI is also beneficial both in completing work, as well as structuring pages as well as wording things from existing writing. The font and formats are easy to read, and it's excellent for brainstorming and note taking about any topic.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can have subfolders for different topics! I run a team of 25 and having organized notes is key to my success as well as my reams success. I use the AI all the time and it makes life so much more efficient!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish you could alphabetize the subfolders within notion for easier access. That is honestly the only negative i could say about notion. If You added that feature, it would be perfection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage 25 people so notion is making it so easy to keep everything organized. The ai tool helps when i get stuck or need a brainstorm buddy to ping ideas off.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is incredibly helpful. I can include long transcripts from podcasts and have AI create summaries and answer questions based on the text provided. So awesome!

Notion can be slow at times, especially when loading complex pages or workspaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Everything from storing data and information to housing entire client dashboards for my marketing business, Notion can do it all. And the AI integration makes it even more helpful!
Documentation Made Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to document large swathes of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to format pages. It could be more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using it for time management and using my Google Calendar integration to centralise time management.

What do you like best about the product?
Unlike Google Docs which uses a folder system, Notion's database framework makes it simple to keep track of projects, statuses, etc. I also like how clean it can look while still having robust layers underneath.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unlike with Goodnotes, you cannot digitally handwrite in Notion. The app version is also a downside. It's very sensitive to touch, so it's best used on a laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of needing to organize all of my projects across life and business in one place digitally, while still being able to plan and process. I now have a go-to place to find everything I need on a day-to-day basis. It simplifies my life.

tracking, ease of use, organizational database structure, and shareability

It's not as flexible as I'd like and it also has too small of text and not a lot of configuration options

We use Notion to manage our product roadmap and managing the feature & product lifecycle. The fact that we can have multiple databases, connect them, call the in ad-hoc notes, and collaborate across products is super helpful.

As a new user, Notion had a steep learning curve, especially when it came to formatting.

Notion is benefiting me by simplifying my work processes, allowing me to be more productive, and improving collaboration with others.

Notion was great even before the addition of the AI component. Now, it is an essential part of every work day.

Notion is helping me pay more attention in meetings by not having to take notes. I transcribe the meetings and have the AI summarize it for me with action items.
