Great note taking tool AND toolbox for managing your Business and Personal projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is easy to use and supports so many different use cases. From project management and CRM system to journaling, note taking, content planning and management. There's a huge flexibility built into the system which means you can create or replicate a huge amount of services and systems to help you manage your business and personal life. Go through the many templates or set up your own processes. Furthermore the supplement of Notion AI for writing assistance is very helpful and well integrated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is a very broad but powerful tool. However, when you first start out it can be a bit overwhelming because of all the possibilities. It takes some time to figure out all the ways you can use the software. The interface is quite simple but there are many hidden features that you will have to dive into, to ,make the most of Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me in different ways for different purposes.
Writing: Notion is a great help in generating content and assist me when I have to create content for LinkedIn and other Media.
Structure and planning: Notion helps me structure content, ideas, projects, sales, notes and knowledge and provides me with various types of overviews helping me organize my day-to-day work

I'm as notion user have reported disliking the software's steep learning curve, limited formatting options, occasional glitches, lack of customization options and integrations, and expensive pricing model. It's important to evaluate personal needs and preferences before committing to using Notion.

What do you like best about the product?
Blocks are what I like best because it organizes my information effectively. Being able to make my pages into websites with little or no coding is liberating.
No code note taking is a Notion game changer where other similar apps fail. The ease of adding unlimited links and images makes Notion an indispensable tool.
The addition of the AI Writing Assistant just makes Notion even more powerful as it accelerates my productivity to superhuman levels.

The minimalist aesthetic can be just as restraining as command line coding is to a visual Graphics designer. I would love to see Figma styling functionality in addition to Notion's plain notes. The ability to do basic image editing would also be stellar.
The AI Writing Assistant could be even more useful with an image and video generating component.
Search functionality should have the option to extend its search to the web. Including Google and Bing web search engine integration inside Notion will save time spent juggling between app and browser.
Adding an auto citation function would be awesome.
The downside to using Notion is in the time it takes to designing data architecture and organizing the data. Built-in templates aren't as robust as those sold by aftermarket hawkers.

Notion makes organizing data more intuitive and less technical for non techies. It works hard in augmenting my abilities. Perfoming in business increases with assistance from the AI feature. Including an AI feature for image generation and image editing would also be beneficial. AI generated templates and page functionalities would beef up Notion as a problem solver.

Built-in AI is a killer feature. It really does the trick. If you're anything like me, you're visualizing what you want first, and then you'd start building tables, headings, etc. in your notes.
Now, you can just imagine it, and type it in - and Notion AI will do the rest.
Furthermore, if you're used to something like the Atlassian suite, you'll love the forward slash-commands for easy document-building.

What do you dislike about the product?
Using the forward slash options can be a bit slow and sometimes even laggy.
I'd love to be able to switch out the AI-assistant with a different LLM, i.e. using a ChatGPT 4.0 API key that I pay for anyway (for personal projects, etc.).

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tons of automation! Building my pages, summarizing unchecked to dos, automating sections through the use of buttons, templates for meeting minutes etc.
Furthermore, I can "google on page" through the AI-assistant and I can ask it to continue writing on whatever subject I'm writing about.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the shape of his appearance, not so square, very formal, you know? It is visually much more beautiful than any other organization program or application, not to mention that we can even use it as a portfolio.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe that having a slightly simpler interface to take care of, in terms of creating spreadsheets, grids and those more "complicated" parts is one of the main points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basically it is my organization base, where I put absolutely all my projects, ideas, routines... it even serves me as a diary, for morning writings and etc...

It translates super fast and can digest complex messages. It summarizes things in pretty succint manner

Notion is extremely helpful in organizing my business, notes, projects and has even been so helpful with managing social media. I tried other programs, but this one is so much easier to use and has so many amazing capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It did take a little to figure out how everything works and it was overwhelming to start but once I figured it out, everything is so easy!

An online system to take notes on clients in my group, social media managing and helping me keep track of what I need to do when i am launching new projects. I also love that it is multilingual and can help me improve writing.

It is an incredibly useful tool for organizing and managing projects, tasks, and notes. But what has impressed me the most is the capability of its incredibly useful and intuitive AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Your default plan is not really broad enough to give you an idea of the full capacity that this All-in-One can have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solve the problem of organizing and managing projects and tasks in an "All-in-one" that is constantly evolving, easily integrates with other tools and applications, improves workflow, and increases my productivity.

As a researcher, I like Notion for storing my thought and progresses, I can easily add figures, Latex and many other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the smartphone version is not that well optimized for taking notes.

With notion AI I could easily translate, change the tone, or summarize my work for sharing with other collaborators or just for organising.
