A Fantastic Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is incredibly helpful in organizing my business. I am a freelance music producer and Youtube content creator, and I use Notion to manage my work and keep me accountable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly nothing. You guys are always adding new features and keeping the user base happy, so I don't have any real complaints. Maybe improving on the AI, but I also know that it is a separate service/company.
I've noticed that when using the AI on a page with preexisting content, it will use that text to creat responses, and I don't really like that. I want the AI to be self-reliant so that if I did mess up with my current info, it will correct me.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Noition helps me organize and manage my studio clients and YouTube content/schedule. It also helps a ton at project management.

What do you like best about the product?
Customisable; powerful; integrated AI is excellent for content generation. Excellent for coordinating activities across the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve for advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Coordinating the team effort. Easy-to-navigate repository for research instead of it being all over the place. Excellent for beginning the process of content generation when I am stuck!

There are a lot of things I like about notion:
- You can use it on multiple devices, and it's all synched automatically
- You can create a database, a to-do list and much more
- You can personalise your notes with images, links and much more
- And it's Free! (This is the best part, tbh)
- Plus, the integration with the AI is very well done! (it is worths the price)

What do you dislike about the product?
New users might find it a bit tricky to use it because there are too many things you can do. Moreover, sometimes doesn't work when you're offline (in flight mode for example).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I use it at work, it helps me keep organised all the info about a client; for example, I write down notes after each call with a client, next steps etc. And thanks to the integration with the AI, I make Recap emails for my clients starting from the notes I have taken.
In addition, I work as SEO Specialist, and Notion AI helps me create all the SEO Onpage Elements (title tag, h1, meta description, h2 etc.) and the article outlines, SEO optimized, to pass to the copywriters.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to organize everything. As a college student, it helps me to track all my tasks and to study better. I can also write and develop all my ideas for future projects I want to do in the future and visualize them better.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I use the columns blocks, it's tricky to customize how wide they can be.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple views of same data, endlessly customizable, relational tools. These things make such a huge difference in how I organize my life. I'm a professor a wif and a business owner so I truly just have so much to organize
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of font choices, and it can be a bit overwhelming at first so it can be hard to get people to be passionate about collaborating with me using notion as it is a bit of a learning curve
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So many ffordble small business solutions require me to have multiple disparate accounts that don't talk to each other and notion solves that for me. I especially appreciate that I can use it on any device
A burst in my productivity and organization levels
What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and connectivity between the pages. I use it to organise my knowledge, classes, journal and podcast/book notes; Notion provides enough tools to handle all of these different topics properly
What do you dislike about the product?
Its connectivity with other apps. I have been able to connect with Snipd for my podcast notes, but still need to import manually Quora threads. Also, automatization programs, like Zapier, can't link to Notion
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Notion solves is organization. I can easily connect and adapt the format of the information I need at any given time. For AI writing, it saves time summarising long parragraphs where only key details are needed

The great disadvantage is that it is not possible to include everything in a single method of study of notes and tests for which we are visual, since notion does not allow us to make flashcards or notes, even with a display for when we want to make personalized notes of mathematical formulas or add Geogebra or symbolab symbols is also an option even so it also allows the generation of your own maps and all that would be great because that way you would not only pay for several platforms but only one.

The flexibility of the tool and the design. Also is amazing that they keep updating the product regularly.

The AI works better while using English, it would be amazing if they improve the AI for other languages.
