Overall pretty good multifunctional AI that will save you a lot of time
What do you like best about the product?
It helps you regain a lot of time by making time-consuming or repetitive tasks such as writing, translating, summarizing, brainstorming ideas, spelling mistakes and grammar, etc. go way faster.
The outcomes of the AI-performed tasks are pretty good and will do 70-80% of the job, you just have to customize it a bit at the end and add the final details or corrections to make it look/sound more human.
The Action items task is great because it can take a long text like an article or a transcript of a meeting and identify quite accurately the action items which makes you gain a lot of time
The translation task is also great because it can translate super long texts very fast and usually, the translation is pretty good, of course, you need to do some adjustments but overall much better than a Google translation.
Overall a pretty good tool to optimize your work and make you gain back time!

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the summarizing feature could be improved, it gives a too short and general summary of the text, and it should provide more in-depth detail of the key points and a brief summary of each one.
The rewriting features are also a little limited in the sense that since you cannot give the AI context like a role or a precise style (like an author), the rewriting outputs are a bit generic. With the formal tone, it provides you a result with too much fluff and fancy words that is indeed formal but sounds generic and bland. It's still a pretty good foundation though.
For sure the next updates will improve these aspects

Notion AI is very impressive
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion every day for both my work projects and personal tasks and goals. The structure and flexibility is incredible. Now it has AI? This just upped the game even more. I use it all of the time, for project planning, ideas, product information, reviewing and improving my documents; the possibilities are almost endless!
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion can be slow at times. Also, when searching a large database, it often misses results of entries in the database. Repeating the search system-wide works well, and this is my backup process. AI sometimes tries to produce images (without my asking), which would be great.. but those have never worked for me. The pros far outweigh the cons, however...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage a large number of projects at work, with many workstreams and many tasks each. I also need to be aware of countless business processes and technical processes. I use it for my notes, my own documentation, in addition to my work projects and tasks. The way I can relate tasks, projects and documentation is priceless!
Most simple yet elegant platform for notes
What do you like best about the product?
Notion provides simple shortcuts for adding inline equations, equations, headers, etc. This really helps in taking good-quality notes during my lectures. And I can easily manage different lecture notes.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides of Notion I find is it could have benefited from background filters, where one could change the background of the pages. This would have brought aesthetics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all, Notion is helping me write and maintain clean notes during my lecture. Moreover, the AI Writing Assistance is amazing! The fluency and accuracy with which it rewrites provided text are commendable. Lastly, the templates are also very useful.

As a product manager in a small team, I find Notion to be an incredibly useful tool. Sometimes it's glitchy. The notification can be a bit annoying sometimes. Some team members need guidance to use Notion. So sometimes the process is slightly slowed down until they get enough knowledge.

I started using Notion in my team as a product manager and CTO, and I'm already seeing the benefits it brings to our team. Notion is a great tool for centralizing all of our information and documents. It helps us stay organized and keep track of our progress on projects. With Notion, everyone on the team is able to easily access the information they need, and collaborate efficiently. We can also easily track our progress on tasks, and make sure everyone is on the same page. Notion also makes it easier for us to share documents with each other, and store and access important information quickly. All in all, Notion helps us stay organized and efficient, which is invaluable for us as a remote team.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is very user-friendly, just takes some time to get used to commands if you are not used to that workflow. Dragging around blocks is always stable and it feels like a complete experience. When all of it's features are used together it can be extremely powerful.
Notion AI performs very well for summarizing existing content on a page. Generative tasks work, too, but usually to a much lesser extent. I have mainly used it for making long articles or code documentation more quickly digestible, and for that it has proved very helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
The AI model falls short when prompted with tasks that require higher degrees of creativity. When confused, it will often just repeat existing text verbatim or come up with something else entirely irrelevant or inaccurate. I also think the choice to bind the spacebar as the hotkey for AI was very obnoxious and inconvenient.
Notion has powerful options when it comes to formatting, but they can be tedious or complex to use. The AI is also unable to use formatting options, either. I think a feature that would add a lot of value to Notion AI is if it were possible to highlight some blocks and have it automatically format everything in how it is described in the prompt. It would make some workflows much faster.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion for, well, taking notes. I use it to help organize university classes, watch/read lists, deadline tracking, and more. Notion AI is mostly successful at what it is trying to do, being to make tasks more efficient. When it works, it works well. When it is unable to do something it is disappointing but not necessarily a dealbreaker because it does not cause harm. Just an inconvenience or a disappointment. Notion AI wasn't really setting out to solve a problem to begin with, just to be additional functionality.

Notion AI has really helped me in speeding up the process of making notes and creating resources. It allows a more efficient use of my time and makes researching topics much quicker

One thing I do find slightly annoying is that sometimes it can be hard to easily format the documents in a way that makes sense for the resource you are creating.

One problem that notion has solved is that previously it would take a great deal of time to congregate information on a topic but the AI allows me to do that with just a simple question.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Notion as it gives me a space to write down notes and organise them properly. The AI features make it quicker to format text and improve punctuation, grammar and percieved tone.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I find slightly annoying about notion is the fact that certian nice to have features such as checkboxes are hard to access. Furthermore, while the AI is often right, it sometimes just gets it completely wrong hence why fact checking is still required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Notion is solving for me is that it helps me to develop my creative ideas more freely. The AI features help me to research topics much more quickly.

I am not satisfied with the startup speed of the application.
