Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I have never been so organized! It's been so convenient for work and personal. I've been able to stay on top of things a lot easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few time where it takes a little while to sync up between my phone and work computer. I also found it a little confusing when I first started using it, but I got the hang of it quickly through trial and error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oranization and writing improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to share internally and externally! Improve writing function on AI

Inability to use excel/sheets directly in notion. Inability to make it more aesthetics, graphics, better more basic tables

Improving my writing for emails with little energy

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to incorporate AI with my notes was the best part of the service as I found it easy to find answers and explanations quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit confusing sometimes and shortcuts could also see some improvements as they often feel overly complicated for very simple tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it's solving for me is finding quick explanations and answers inside the notes I take so that when I need clarification, it's available.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful for me while I'm still pursuing my bachelor of commerce was the Ai. I personally liked the Ai more than chat GPT and loved the minimalist note taking ability too.
What do you dislike about the product?
No are no issues I have found while working with the app.

Notion have helped me in the way I shape writing material such as essay writing and research papers. It also helped in making my schedule right.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is an amazing tool for organizing your thoughts, planning out detailed databases of connected information, or even writing emails and documents before you send them off.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love their to be a bit more customization as far as fonts, colors, and layouts for pages, but otherwise it is fantastic! I would also love to see more integrations with outside apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has changed the way I write. Being able to have NotionAI read through everything I write (and not be limited to a certain amount of text) and then rewrite for clarity or expand on my text (in my writing style) is amazing. It can pull out action lists, get a outline or overview, and even create test questions from my notes from my classes.

I love the easy of use implementing AI into my workflow with Notion, it's made everything faster!

It can be overwhelming at times to set everything up and keep things organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI is saving me time, which is huge. Notion in general is what I use for my to-do list/task management, organizing notes, and helping me focus on what matters in my business.
Efficient for writing
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate the most is now NotionAi. I can summarize my notes and information quickly and efficiently. For example, when drafting a PRD for stakeholders, I brain-drop all the information and hit 'Improve Writing' to review what can be improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Team permission and page permissions made it very confusing to navigate. In addition, the overall page creation was challenging to get a hold of, coming from GitBook.

Wordiness in PRD writing.

I like the organization of customer and project information that Notion and Notion AI offer.

The lack of scribble capability is frustrating when using a tablet.

Notion is helping us to stay organized in multiple areas. (i.e., CRM, Project Info, Wiki Info, etc.)

What do you like best about the product?
I think that it's a creative way to keep myself organized while still being able to customize my work area.

I can't think of a downside for Notion but I will let you know if I find anything!

Notion helps me to create my cover letters and thank you letters for interviews the most at the moment.
Notion for just about everything
What do you like best about the product?
As a product manager, I use Notion for most of the documents. I find it easy to create well-organized content with more advanced UI than a standard word-processing doc would. Their AI feature also drastically improves the quality of my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Notion is a bit prescriptive on what you should do. I would appreciate some additional customization on databases and their views. In addition, some other header options (h4, h5, etc.) would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving document creation and organization. Working from a single platform with more functionality than standard word processors increases my efficiency and brings joy to my work.
