Notion wins at home & at work
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion every single day for numerous different reasons. The AI capability is probably the biggest reason why I love and recommend Notion as much as I do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it didn't cost so much but I use Notion so much I'd rather pay for the subscription than have to go without it. If anything, I'd love to not have to pay that extra fee for accessing the AI feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion has been my go to for Project & Knowledge Management since the day I read about it and tried it out.
My agencies love how it's easy to navigate and have begun implementing it in their daily processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I'd say, the most helpful feature of notion is that you can write anything anywhere, it enables me to be spontaneous with my thought process as an architecture student and indeed helped me to push the best of the best ideas due to its free-flowing program
What do you dislike about the product?
perhaps the downside of notion is limited selection of icons that can help me for my note-taking. sometimes I use these icons as legends or as a guide through things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perhaps it's the AI aspect of notion. in the past few months that notion has launched its artificial intelligence program, truly enabling me to make my college easier in a sense that I can easily write papers for my minor subjects, and help me to further elaborate my thoughts and ideas in a way that is more fluent and concise

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion everyday and it is a part of my daily routine. Notion helps me plan out my to-do list as well as organize my day. Unlike other online planners, Notion offers me a variety of pages to plan out each aspect of my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Personally, I'd find Notion more helpful if notifications would be sent out to remind me to check my to-do list. Another way notion can improve is by connecting calendars with shared friends and family members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI is helping me with assignments and research based questions. I am able to plan out my day as well as organize my tasks in an efficient and planned out way.
Easier than Chat GPT
What do you like best about the product?
I use mostly Notion Ai, so will be talking about it. Very easy. Though I had spend dome time understanding the basic notion functionality to make my work more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
RAM issues, it demands a lot. I would say it is not beginner friendly, but maybe that was only my problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammar fixing, making my writing more clear, making Jira tickets, writing emails (especially when you don't know what to say), structuring and extracting info

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and clear organization of docs and folders
What do you dislike about the product?
the database view is a bit confusing, sometimes get lost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to write report and documentations a lot, Notion AI could help me improve my writing and save my time on checking/reviewing grammars, typos.
First Timer
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely loved the customizable view feature! It allowed me to create a single database with multiple views for my travels, and I could easily switch between a calendar or list view depending on my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using various tools like "Things", "Jira", and "Confluence" to keep track of my daily tasks. However, I find that Jira works best for me, even though I could use it on Notion. With other tools like Trello, my to-do list tends to get out of hand, especially when the tasks become more complex and exceed 20 items.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My preferred platform for note taking and journaling is Notion. I used to use "Day One" for this purpose, but later switched to Confluence. However, Notion's simplicity and customization features make it the best fit for me. I usually dislike customizable options because of the time required for the initial setup. This is what initially held me back from switching systems. If Notion could improve its onboarding process or make it easier to transfer from other systems, it would be a great help in automating this portion.

It's practical, easy to use, allows you to integrate other apps so you can have a better workflow, share your pages and now with AI my life it's 20 times easier
What do you dislike about the product?
It's pretty completed, I wouldn't complain about it. There's a lot of tutorials and information about how to used it, so it's great for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helps me not to procrastinate, I make databases for my projects resolution, organize my mails, contents, speech, goals, and have a better sketch of each task

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is the best for me because it allows me to organize everything on one central application. With that said, Notion doesn't make you fit into some kind of pre-designed layout or even a selection of pre-designed layouts. Notion allows me to fully build out the system to make it completely personal.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I least like about Notion is the inability to customize the text options and would also be helpful to have some kind of integration of a touch screen notetaking component if that's even possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is allowing me to keep all of my classes for school organized. Furthermore, each class is then organized all the way down the chain from projects (due dates & contents) to class notes.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is awesome. Love the app, love the desktop version. Its a great company-wide and team wide note-taking program. It keeps us all on the same page and the notification system is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the formatting options of a page are difficult and not super intuitive. But eventually you get the hang of it. Some pages you need to turn notifications on specifically to get them, otherwise there are times I do not get notified of a tag on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of commons notes across team. Our operations team has a 4-person base and its awesome. We keep track of customer details, SKU info, links, projects and timelines.
