An Overwhelmingly Positive Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to gain access to the internet and provide citations, something virtually every other commercial AI lacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I very much dislike the fact that it is incapable of adhering to both previous and new prompts. Also, the inability to gain back something I have accidentally discarded is highly annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love Notion's interface on a whole, but the main thing Notion does for me is save time in busywork.

I love Notion. I have used it for a few years to organise all my University studies and research. Notion AI has changed the way I manage and format my notes. In the past, I would spend hours formatting text and annotations from research. Now with Notion AI, it's done in seconds. The AI component is also great for creating concise summaries of my notes. I haven't even begun using the tool to its potential!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few things that I would like to see change with Notion. I want more ability to customise my notes, particularly a more comprehensive range of colours. I would love Notion AI to create graphs or tables from my data natively. I have to use another application to do this. Also, Notion AI doesn't seem to be able to handle the formatting of large bodies of text in the same command. While this isn't a dealbreaker, it is sometimes an inconvenience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me to stay organised and on track. It is the digital representation of my brain, and it works fantastically. Notion AI is helping me complete tasks quicker, giving me more time to study. I am still discovering the full capacity of the tool, which is exciting.

It's a life changer. First, it's easy to track what to do, what was done and what needs to be done. Also, it is highly customizable, making it perfect for a startup such as mine.

It can be quite time consuming once you really get your hands on it. There's an infinity of functions and new development, which can be as interesting as time-consuming. I don't really dislike it, but I need to be careful when implementing new stuff only to satisfy my geekiness..

Notion is great for a lot of things, however it suffers in the following areas:
1/ Tasks : The layout could be improved, It is not the kind of app, that deals well with reminders and day to day tasks.
2/ Links : Databases do not allow page links to be turned into pages. ie having the same page in to different pages is not yet feasible.
3/ Databases: The formulas do not yet take into account subitems and more.

It centralises my knowlegde. It is a go to place to store things, and avoids the issue of losing information.

What do you like best about the product?
The most beautiful thing about Notion is how it makes it possible to study effectively and simply through a digital "desk" compared to perhaps a physical one, and thus simplifies all my studying.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only somewhat functional thing is the fact that at first I didn't quite understand how the application worked, but after a while it becomes simple and effective.

Notion is helping me maintain a consistent commitment in what I do, also because in a paper format everything I do is less intuitive, while in a digital way I make it much more effective.
Useful for personal life but I find myself resorting to simpler platforms

How easy it is to get started on the platform, visually it's very nice and it does a lot of thing very well but nothing perfect. As well as the fact that I find myself always forgetting to return to it.

Whilst it does many things well, I find persoanlly that it does nothing great. I find I resort to things like Microsoft To Do for my todo lists and Obsidian for my note taking.

For me, I like to keep track of my daily life and try to keep a schedule as well as reviews of books, TV shows and movies and this is the best thing that Notion benefits me. I have a large database of my own reviews - it tends to be the only thing that keeps me returning to notion.

Biggest caveat to using Notion is its restrictions on the free account, most notably, the block limit that is easily reached.

Time spent planning and drafting is substantially reduced considering the newly created Notion A.I. In addition to this feature, the ability to quickly summarize large sums of data continues to save time.
