Great App
What do you like best about the product?
It can do so much and the AI is geat. I find that my overall productivity has improved and I use it for everything. I have a business, I'm a screenwriter, and personal stuff. I think this is my favorite app ever. It's like Microsoft Office all in one app.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a little bit of a learning curve. I really wish that there was more on how to use notion such as some fundamentals or tips. I currently rely on youtube for this information.
Also, I wish you could rearrange the tabs on top.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making my overall productivity much higher. I am able to organize things so much easier and make sure that I have all the relevant information at my fingertips across all my devices.
Obsessed with Notion
What do you like best about the product?
I love that your data can be manipulated in an almost infinite number of ways. Different views, different filters make it so easy to see everything you need
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't share specific views of databases with people, they have access to the whole thing. I also don't love that there's no offline version. It can also be very intimidating to someone who has never used it before, but I don't know how you fix that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with my writing with the AI assistant. Outlines, ideas, super helpful. I have an extensive knowledge base of all the insights from media I consume, which is incredibly useful. And all my projects and tasks are in there and I love that it's all one tool.

Views functionality. They are very restrictive.

I'd say nothing yet to dislike!
But it would look fancier if we could have different styles of tables and fonts.

Amazing product!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's ability to customize each page differently and the AI is amazing!

It is hard to keep track of all the pages that I favorite.

Keeping track of things I need to do and helping alot with writing by using the AI.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create content and then organize the data

Sometimes when I create a page the page becomes a board, and there's no way for me to reset it - or at least it isn't obvious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me write better blogs. I compare the content to ChatGPT+ and Notion has better formating and more logical content.

What do you like best about the product?
Very efficient at organizing and streamlining projects between peers in addition to personal projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using notion with a larger organization, occasionally settings are changed or pages load slowly as they are being accessed by multiple users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is a tool used by the agency to track live information and communicate that information between teams. The platform is also used to store collective knowledge pertaining to the job roles.
Great for personal and business use
What do you like best about the product?
I'm able to organize everything in my life with Notion. Not only am I able to manage my business and work files, but I have a personal section that includes financial planning, travel plans, and creative projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization is extensive but I wish there were more free templates to get started with quicker. I don't always know what the best solution is for the page I want to create so a suggested layout would be nice.

Helping with all things project organization. I've also started using the AI function to improve my writing.

Notion helps me keep track of tasks and projects. It has helped me stay more on track and complete projects on time. I find that I am more productive and my performance is increased.
An ultimate live changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion is structured - being able to create pages within pages, link between pages or even blocks, and being able to leave comments and timestamps on items is super helpful and it's the first app that allows me to structure my thoughts and ideas in a way that really works for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to reach out or get a timely response from their customer service, when you're having issues with Notion. My Notion AI stopped working 2 weeks in and I couldn't get hold of their team. They finally responded to me on Twitter after a month and I had cancelled the AI add on by then. Bit frustrating! Unless you experience issues, Notion is fantastic though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me structure my thoughts and ideas and take notes in a way that feels natural to my ADHD brain - and I love that everything is searchable also! It's helped me stay on top of things in so many aspects of my life - both personal and business and the different structure options are simply fantastic and allow me to create a structure in exactly the way I want it & most importantly: in a way that my brain understands it also.
