Very easy to use and allows a good visualization of your tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Quick writing and management of tasks with a good overview

I didn't find how to do an import of a list of tasks so I don't know if it's possible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me to quickly write down my tasks so that I don't forget them and allows me to have an overall view of the tasks in order to prioritize them easily.
Notion Is Like My Second Brain
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a very curious nerd with ADHD, so I go down a lot of rabbit holes and it's hard for me to keep track of everything. I started using Notion about six weeks ago and it has changed my entire work process. I have several website projects and other non-fiction writing in progress and Notion helps me keep everything straight. I also really love the new AI feature as it is very helpful for thinking things through, formatting and getting a different perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really dug into all the awesome templates and formats because I find them a bit intimidating. There are so many options. I think that maybe a quick-start guide would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do a lot of writing and research. I have struggled for years using various apps for different things. Notion really puts it all together for me. I've only been using it for maybe two months and I already have tables set up, blog post templates, and all sorts of other shortcuts that have made me a lot more productive and save me a ton of time.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Notion is the flexibility of each workspace, each page, and everything in between. I can keep my personal digital journals, my work pages, and my hobby pages all organized in one place and customize them all as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite aspect of Notion is that each workspace can have different user access levels... I wish I could have 3 separate work spaces under the ONE paid subscription for slightly more segregation between my various spaces.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me to manage large, complex projects for a variety of subjects and provides an easy place to take and store notes about them while also allowing me to (1) search globally; (2) visualize connections between databases and other information; (3) tag prior / other notes for continuity across multiple pages, and so much more.

I use NotionAI for my personal hobbies by using the AI to assist with writing scenes, improving my writing, simulating dialogue, and summarizing much bulkier sets of notes into easier to digest tid bits of information. I use NotionAI for my professional career by utilizing the summarize function for digesting very complex paragraphs, improve my writing and grammar for legal memoranda, shortening extremely verbose sentences with layman's terms instead of legalese, drafting meeting agendas, and so much more.

Life changing
What do you like best about the product?
Blocks. It's super easy to manage everything with blocks. I don't need any other apps. Moreover, Notion helped me to overcome my depression. It helped me to stop overthinking As I organized my whole life on Notion. Lastly, Notion AI is life changing saving tons of time and mental efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particularly. I would love if Notion comes with an update where all the tasks are rearranged itself with power of AI based on priority and deadlines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my life and saving tons of time. Love it. It gives me more time to spend on valuable tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion is a great all-in-one resource that allows you to organize your entire life, from to do lists, to contacts, to project management, to even giving me a great place to keep all my thoughts and idea while keeping them organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more of my clients used notion as it would make my job easier! That being said, I also wish I could change page colors not just black and white but knowing Notion, it is already a feature I just don't know how yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a way of word vomiting while writing and thanks to the "Make it better" on the notion ai it rounds up everything I was thinking and makes it better! I have been able to get a lot more done through out the day because of how fast it helps.
Excellent ai program
What do you like best about the product?
It is really excellent program for writing. I wrote one review paper with this great program. English is not easy for writing but notion gave me great help for writing
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have but if I have to find maybe small storage space.

My english is not good but notion helped a lot of times for correction.

Nothing much to add, but if I have to add, it may be difficult to use for new users

Other notes taking apps does not offer this level of organisation. Also, its AI assistant helps us in writing notes and thoughts.
Notion is incredible
What do you like best about the product?
Notion helps me organize my thoughts and have everything in one space. And with the AI I can write better texts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that's it's all one colours. I would like it more colourful!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My grammar and spelling. I struggle with this and notion AI gives me the opportunity to make sure all my texts and emails are correct.

The concepts underpinning the effective use of Notion might not be blatantly obvious at first glance.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can turn anything into a page where I can dive deeper into a subject while still staying organized. Having the breadcrumbs at the top of the screen is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that the learning curve can be a bit daunting. When I try to learn how to use more advanced features by creating a template, my view is suddenly filled with interconnected pieces and I don't necessarily get a great explanation of why each connection is needed. (ie. databases, lists, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to use AI actually inside my note-taking app is amazing. I can write something and then expand on it or generate more information, lists, outlines etc that really speed up the brainstorming/planning process.
