Effortless Documentation and Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion for its easy-to-use interface and simple setup. It offers a huge range of features for documenting. Notion AI is a very handy feature, helping me to find information or clarify a question quickly. It solves the problem of keeping all relevant documents in one place and facilitates easy collaboration between teams.

All very good!

Amazing Flexibility and Modularity, But Standardization Required
What do you like best about the product?
I love the accessibility of Notion, even for someone who doesn't know how to code or doesn't need to use automation tools like Make. Today, we have our entire internal knowledge base on Notion, and we automate workflows, report bugs, and have set up a system for project management, tasks, and goal tracking. We also automate reminders and notifications. The sandbox aspect of Notion allows for easy customization, which is great for organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many features in Notion and I see that it scares new users, they don't know where to start. It's very sandbox. I love it, but that's not the case for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves organization and documentation for me. We use it for our entire internal knowledge base, and we automate workflows, bug tracking, goal tracking, and reminders and notifications.
Streamlined Task Management and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the database feature in Notion. It allows me to structure various tasks in a logical way, sort and filter as needed, and collaborate easily with several people. Setting up Notion was very easy, and I also enjoy using the Slack integration, so I get notifications in Slack for activities happening in Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that archiving pages is missing, and it doesn't detect contradicting information or duplicates in terms of knowledge base.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to manage various projects and tasks, keeping track of many different tasks and deadlines. The database feature lets me structure tasks logically, sort and filter as needed, and easily collaborate with several people.
A Workspace That Grows at the Same Pace as Your Ideas
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is how easily it adapts to the way I think. I can start with something simple like a to-do list and gradually turn it into a structured system using tables, tags, and linked pages. The freedom to mix notes, tasks, and databases on the same page makes organizing ideas feel natural instead of forced.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Notion is so flexible, it can take time to decide how to structure things properly. Without a clear setup plan, pages can become cluttered. Performance can also slow down slightly when working with larger databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered information across multiple tools. Instead of keeping notes in one app, tasks in another, and planning documents somewhere else, everything lives in a single workspace. This has improved focus, reduced context switching, and made it easier to maintain consistency across projects.
AI Integration Makes Notion a Game-Changer
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the AI tool in Notion, even though I don't use it right now. It makes it so much easier to build things and also the logic behind them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, the structure can be hard to keep track of sometimes when you have a lot of different pages and boards and such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to plan my finances and track things in life, which helps me make budgets for my finances.

Effortless Notes and AI-Powered Project Frameworks
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of entering my notes and documentation, and supercharged by the use of the AI to build frameworks, manage my projects, and even track my time by way of using the database table features. Easy to integrate with other software, especially through Zapier. Setup was easy because I used Notion AI to help setup the layout and databases to support my project management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the meeting recording wont listen to the meeting I'm in.

Efficient Note-Taking, Needs More Intuitive Design
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion AI because it can take everything in Notion, not just what I've added, but everything in the company and give me an answer. It's really nice because it helps me find answers a lot quicker than going through everything myself. It's also helpful to be able to label things and have that tag throughout Notion, although I think my coworkers use the labels more than I do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I find it super intuitive how to build a page and what different options are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to take notes, manage meetings, and store client info in an easily accessible place. Notion AI helps me find answers quickly by scanning through everything and labeling things for better organization.
Doc-First Experience with Minimal Friction
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Notion feels very text and doc native, making everything easy and very much doc first. There's some delight in writing with it, and I can format it smoothly. The AI features seem cool too, even though I'm currently blocked from them, and it's meant for text first. The way sharing and commenting feel very natural and well thought out in Notion is a plus. It's also super easy to set up with no friction at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's a lot of clutter. I think, like, also sometimes when you copy paste stuff, it creates a bit of formatting issues. I think that sometimes it's like, you know, when I try to copy paste text, it doesn't replace them. So it kind of causes some friction. And also, what happens is that there's a lot of clutter. Like, there's a lot of properties, a lot of stuff. I feel like sometimes it's, like, way too much information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to manage my candidates for the roadmap, write docs, and spec docs for product management. It consolidates documentation and helps with light task management focused on writing.
Notion’s Flexible All-in-One Workspace with Powerful Databases
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is its incredible flexibility and all-in-one nature. It’s not limited to just note-taking — it can be customized into a task manager, knowledge base, project tracker, documentation system, or even a lightweight database tool.
The block-based editor makes organizing information feel natural and intuitive, while the database features (filters, relations, multiple views like table/board/calendar) provide a level of power that most productivity apps don’t offer.
I also really appreciate the clean, minimal interface. Despite being feature-rich, it never feels overwhelming once you understand the basics. Notion feels less like a rigid tool and more like a system you can design around your own workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Notion is performance, particularly with large pages or complex databases. While it has improved over time, heavy workspaces can occasionally feel sluggish.
There is also a noticeable learning curve. The flexibility that makes Notion so powerful can initially feel overwhelming, especially for new users who may not know how to structure their workspace efficiently.
Additionally, offline functionality could be more robust. For users who frequently work with unstable internet connections, this can sometimes be limiting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of tool fragmentation by bringing multiple workflows into a single platform. Instead of using separate apps for notes, tasks, documentation, and project management, I can manage everything in one organized workspace.
It has greatly improved how I structure information and track work. I use Notion for knowledge management, planning, and project organization, which has helped me maintain clarity and reduce context switching. The ability to link pages and connect databases makes my workflows far more efficient and scalable.
Overall, Notion has helped me stay organized, streamline processes, and build systems that actually match how I think and work.
