you can't make your letters to bigger font

API integration is key - allows for easy integration to my other SaaS services.

AI blocks do not "see" databases.
AI is great - I understand the pitfalls are commonplace this early, so no complaints.
However, with how important databases are in Notion, its a shame to not be able to use AI with databases.

Perfect tool for taking notes
What do you like best about the product?
The ai helped me a lot specially in taking class notes it made it way easier. Usually i had to spend 3 days proofreading transcripts now its less than 10 minutes /hour
What do you dislike about the product?
Just embeding pictures and having few fonts is a bit annoying but there are a lot ups that make this disappear , also there's room for page layout improvement, for instance i am used to read two column books so it would be nice to have two columns of text for me,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proofreading he text is way easier now, beside that i make hand notes based on transcription and it helped me save a lot of time and earning some extra bucks. Very useful.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration among team with accountability and clarity between projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Helpful: No need to create additional documents. Only thing I would change is that all parties involved need to create an account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creates clear and concise meeting notes while delegating the team's steps. The AI is allowing me to create and summarize clearer messages.

The software is dynamic and includes a direct line to generative AI which helps to complete some of the tasks that I use Notion to track

The cost is the downside to Notion. I feel a bit muddled on what subscriptions I am currently paying for in the app.

Notion provides a dopamine gold mine for keeping tasks in a space that allows for novelty and variety

What do you like best about the product?
This product innovates and truly helps me get organised and productive. As of the introduction of AI, you can't go back. Who wants to switch context to other tools while you can have it integrated with your notes, todo's and databases? It's truly my 2nd brain at this point. Also very fond of the API options to let other tools like Readwise integrate.

The number of features can also be a bit overwhelming at times; there is so much to explore!

A flexible database construct where you can even move a record from one database to another.
And you can add/delete fields very flexibly.

It is awkward when I want to close a page.
It seems to me a page doesn't have a dedicated closing UI.

Task management.
I have various types of tasks, but I can sort them out with Notion and I can see waiting tasks at a glance.

I have always needed an assistant who can process a lot of information quickly
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, innovation and design. I like the fact that I can easily delete pages and create my databases, that I can easily find the features I need, and that I'm not bombarded with marketing emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I work with the AI assistant, sometimes paragraphs of text disappear, or the AI may copy the same paragraph 3-4 times and I have to spend a lot of time editing it. Sometimes the AI assistant switches to a language other than the one I am writing in and I have to do extra things like translate or delete the text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion makes it easy for me to manage information. This is the main reason I use Notion. And this information is always available, regardless of my devices.
