It's an amazing enviroment to keep track of everything, from business, life, hobbies eg.

The freedom to be creative and how easy it is to organise everything

there is really nothing i dislike. if I have to think of the only time I had some dificulties was I once tried to draw a scetch and there is no direct scetch drawing tool but only a payed extention

Simplifies my life. I can be creative and focus on my business and also be organise my personal life
Notion is my absolute favorite tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion is a way to centralize and organize my work and access other teammates' projects as well. I love how many formatting and embedding options there are, so I can craft beautiful, easily navigable pages. I use it for everything—from building OKRs (templates are clutch for this) to writing PRDs to managing our social media calendar. There's very little Notion can't do!
With the addition of Notion AI, it's easier than ever to showcase my work in the best possible light. Just to test it out, I asked it to write a B2B marketing strategy for me, and while it didn't come up with anything groundbreaking, it delivered a pretty solid result in a matter of seconds.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would do literally everything in Notion if there was a "suggested editing" feature that allowed me to work collaboratively on copy and content. Unfortunately, I still have to use gDocs for longer-form pieces.
The permissions on certain pages and workspaces can also be clunky/not intuitive.
Notion AI has a ton of potential and has produced some impressive results thus far, but it still has a ways to go to catch up with OpenAI/ChatGPT.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me create a central hub for my work and lets me organize it in a way that is highly intuitive, not only for my own reference but for that of my peers and stakeholders. I love how easy it is to embed links, images, and files from other tools (e.g., Google Docs and Slides, Mixpanel, etc.) to create a much fuller, more complete view of my work.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion makes it easy for our team to share information and collaborate on projects in real-time. This includes features such as comments, task lists, deadlines, and more. With Notion, our teams can work together seamlessly, no matter where they are located.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful part of notion (aka the aspects I dislike) is the searching feature. If a member of the team is unaware of a file or folder existing, they are likely to have to reach out for help from a supervisor to find the required information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving a copy-editing and knowledge bank issues. For a lower cost than industry average, we are able to write, edit and publish internal and external knowledge banks for clients and staff.
A time-saving and planning tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of use of Notion. Intuitive and quick to learn, it requires no orientation or training, so you can jump right in without feeling overwhelmed. Customizable options include emoticons and images for a personalized look, as well as pre-made layouts if starting from scratch isn't your thing. You can also save your progress with powerful autosave technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Notion lacks a formal implementation process in smaller organizations, website and content management can be uncoordinated. Additionally, the search function does not perform nearly as well as other systems on the market. the website and its content are disorganized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me save time and make my monthly presentation more efficient. With a Gantt chart, budgets and dashboards all in one place, I no longer have to spend hours each month formatting project data.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to create and maintain notes for school.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is hard to print pages sometimes. The amount of control that you get over that aspect is minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of my main problems is reorganizing the vast amounts of notes I have. With Notion AI, I can sort through everything quickly, as it summarizes information and creates flashcards.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI / UX is nice. Features I enjoy: collaboration, markdown, desktop app, templates, icons, plugins, organization, breadcrumbs, and notifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing / too powerful at times. I can easily get into situations I did not mean to be in. Example: deleting a template or whole directory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Top 2 are knowledge base and project management.
the Ai function made me consider leaving my 9-5 and freelancing as a copywriter and buying Notion

It's intuitive when building and creating notion pages for colleagues that explain and elaborate on decision making processes and project management.

the deep structure makes linking seemingly disconnected projects.
this makes collaboration a bit more difficult and means that linking to notions is sometimes unintuitive and if there isn't an agreed structure and "home" for projects, Notion page management will get out of hand

The table function, you can't edit within the table function to colours or other functions

AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
It is useful for all parts of our business. We use Notion for finances and reports, HR, timesheet management, user research, and templates. We haven't found any tools to do the same job - so not sure how it compares to competitors. I am trialling the AI writing assistant and it is extremely useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We started creating many databases and noticed a significant drop in performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a database where we can manage invoices, timesheets, and performance, uncover relationships and trends and develop templates which allows us to be more efficient.
