What do you like best about the product?
The management of data is very effective. The search function is powerful. Data classification and referencing are convenient. Data is classified through different tags.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is necessary to have the ability for knowledge to reference each other, associate knowledge points, and form a knowledge graph, creating interrelated connections to facilitate knowledge extraction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Facilitate the collection of scattered knowledge points for easy subsequent organization to form a knowledge center. You can gradually review them later.
Excellent for summarizing, structuring, and generating notes

Notion allows me to keep my technical and non-technical docs in one places, while easily being able to share with colleages
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is slow to start/load, and does not support handwriting on devices like my iPad (i.e. Scribble support)

Notion is our company home for notes and docs. Notion AI, in particular, is great for helping generate docs from scratch when you don't know where to start

I like to use Notion AI to modify my English writing (emails, etc) for work, as I'm not an English native speaker.

Sometimes it seems to be slow when using Notion AI.

Notion has been helping with my English writing for work and it is fantastic. I spend less time on writing and can focus on the more important stuff!
The Answer to My Workflow Problems
What do you like best about the product?
I have found that using Notion has allowed me to organize my workflows better. As an educator, I seem to be going in several directions simultaneously, which helps cure that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is very little I do not like. If I had one suggestion, it would be to allow somehow folders on the left sidebar to help the organization better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow and organization! I can quickly and easily develop systems for content management and daily organization. I find that Notion hits just the right spot for my needs.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me keep things organised and is very efficient in the way it works. Lots of optionality

It's not the most intuitive software to use and needs further demonstration

Notion supplements for my lack of exectutive functions. It saves me at least a full day of week every week. My boss sew5s the improvement in my work and production since implementing Notion into my life.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Notion is my ability to think and then create. The product is flexible enough, that if I can imagine it, I can do it. To speed this process up, Notion AI is there to exelerate my ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
The phone experience leaves much to be desired. There's also a really random and specific issue with spell check, on all platforms. I have to highlight a word, then select the suggested spelling, for the word to change. in any other software, I could right click the word and select the change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves my problem of fear of forgetting. I wrote down or share web pages to notion constantly. I organize all my projects in notion as well, using templates to create the most successful workflows for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I used Notion's AI tool to script my last 2 videos. It took less than a second to rewrite my sentences with better words and correct Grammar. Because of that, I was able to script my videos lot quicker. I do believe this will help expedite my video creation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI only rewrites my sentences with better words. Meaning, whatever the AI needs to include in its output must be present in the document before. Though the AI says 'Ask AI', you cant ask anything that is not already written in the document. I thought with the hints and tags I have used in my sentences, AI would look up in the internet and write the sentences for me. But that is not the case. May be I expected too much from the tool. It is still helpful now. Thats why I paid for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion's Kanban board for my video creation process. I also use this for note taking. Now I have started using the AI tool to polish my scripts for YouTube videos.

What do you like best about the product?
Significantly better to use than OneNote. Where OneNote starts to suffer is when you add data to it, Notion gladly absorbs data and has an amazingly flexible array of ways of presenting it and allowing you to interact with it. I use a personal license but it is firmly embedded in all my walks of life - it organises things I am dealing with at home, the AI tidies and supports my writing, my work items are well organised and looked after.
What do you dislike about the product?
Possibly it could use some more integrations. On the horizon, MS Teams has some amazing functionality where meetings are summarised and action points arrived at - ideally, if Notion is the centre of everything, that needs to feed through into Notion with an integration.
Also, the AI writes in American English, meaning I have to go through and correct it after it gives me some copy.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned, OneNote is a horrific management tool. As an architect and someone who has a family of 5, context switching is a constant struggle, so Notion is there to support me. Plus, as a writer, the AI acts as editor to my content, and can suggest embellishments, condensing and tone changes.
