The way’s Notion have helped me in Highschool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way in which Notion allows me to organize my work in a thorough manner. This organization keeps my on top of tasks, deadlines, reports, essays, and so much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something I do dislike about Notion is the difficulty in migrating from another organization app. Notion is complicated, and does take time to get used too, but once you do, it becomes amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving my problem in lack of organization. Notion always me to keep all my homework in one place, thus, not losing any - and always completing it on time.

Too easy to get lost in an ocean of possibilities.
Would be good if you have a learning centre to give me utility of the product.
Notion is always with me but I use Apple notes. They have offline access.

Notion keeps my life on track.
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being organized, but sometimes I struggle to begin. I really appreciate Notion's in-app templates and tools that simplify the process of creating pages, tables or anything I need. The interface and design are simple and user-friendly, which helps me organize complex or word-heavy information in a clear and readable manner. Also, the in-app emoji helps make things fun! Especially for work docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
When dealing with tables that contain numerous columns, I often struggle to locate or find the scroll bar at the bottom, which can be time-consuming in some instances. It's more of a minor annoyance than anything and not a dealbreaker at all. Although, I wonder if there's a more efficient solution to enhance that aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really made my life so much easier when maintaining organization, monitoring project progress + staying on top of tasks, and creating a space for collaboration across teams. I appreciate the flexibility to personalize pages using the various available tools. For instance, I can incorporate documents, tables, checklists, and more into a single page. I'm so much less stressed now that I have the ability to centralize all projects and easily link them to other applications such as google drive, etc.

That it's robust & fully customizable to fit your needs, and if you aren't a notion expert there are thousands of shareable templates to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it's so customizable that you don't know what the best way to go about setting up a database is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping everything in one place, summarizing meeting transcripts, managing my workflow & organizing it.
Best UI for LLM AI Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it allows for me to interact with LLMs with suggested prompts in an organized interface. It has really boosted my productivity, creativity and organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I'm unable to syncronize it with Apple Notes since that is where most of my thoughts and notes exist. It would be great to be able to connect the two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the problem that I was originally encountering when using ChatGPT was that it was a seperate interface with an blank prompt box. Being able to organize my interactions with AI into my own sheets and folders, with the suggsted prompts is very helpful. It has boosted my performance and daily output.

What do you like best about the product?
Notion and its AI tools have allowed our business to integrate Notion's knowledgebase construction with AI's intuitive skillset.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to search comments has been one of the hardest things for us to work though.

We struggle to keep our data in one place. Notion makes that easier, and adding AI improves the function of that.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using the notion ai feature for my customer service emails. In notion I can easily create email templates and save them for later.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier for embed other programmes, I'd like to create a hub for the company I work for but they use a gazillion programmes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up to date is the biggest problem notion is helping me solve. I'm able to create unlimited to do lists and pages about my new job and keep me in the loop.

I love Notion for its functionality, endless options for customization, and the newest AI feature that helps fix my sentences and make changes where needed. It is my life's toolbox, and I carry it with pride. I don't know where I'd be without this powerful tool!

It can be challenging for beginners to navigate and organize thoughts with structure, but this develops over time.

Better writing skills with AI, project management, organization of files and resources in one clean, minimal canvas, reducing the need to keeping several tabs open for one project where I can rather put everything into Notion and organize accordingly

It has become essential for me because I can perform various activities quickly, such as speeding up document writing, summarizing research, making corrections, among others.
With the possibility of creating custom document templates, I can further optimize my work. From a previously created template, I request the AI to fill in the document based on its content. This allows me to save time and helps me maintain text consistency.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, when I need to paste something and ask to summarize only the selected excerpt, some problems occur. For example, the AI uses the context of the document to perform the task, which can make things confusing. Patience is required in these cases to get the desired result.
I also noticed that the AI works better in English. As I am from Brazil, sometimes it does not understand my request very well, which generates some loss of time until I get it right.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I see Notion as a tool that becomes more complete every day. For me, the main problem it solves is knowledge organization. Everything is in one place, in a simple and easy-to-use way. There is no need to use multiple tools to organize a project, take notes, or create texts. Another interesting feature is the possibility to create databases, making information organization even more efficient.
