Tremendously helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI proved to be a tremendously helpful tool for me in streamlining my writing process and boosting production. It serves as an ally, enhancing my productivity and brightening my day by using machine learning and natural language processing. By using the Space key on a blank line or the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + J, I may launch Notion AI. Notion AI has the ability to provide translations, fix spelling and grammar mistakes, and accurately summarise previously published material. It is a connected assistant that boosts my imagination, enables me to think broadly, and operates rapidly in the functional environment I'm accustomed to. Notion AI can make me more productive whether I read papers, produce content, or take notes throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. As with other AI, sometimes the answers to questions can be better.

Summarizing, formatting, text extraction
Slow, Clunky, Not That Responsive but there's AI... right?
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great application for organizing all of my thoughts, strategies and tasks. AI was a nice addition at first, but with the constant development of new AI tools, it's quickly becoming obsolete.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the world of AI tools, Notion AI is one of them but it probably isn't the best. It's okay, but honestly if you need to work with the AI features, I would prefer to use a different platform. It's easier to copy and paste from Bing / ChatGPT than it is to work with their AI interface. Iteration is complex and having a long-form conversation to discover nuanced detail is next to impossible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great place to store all of my notes and thoughts. The login system is simple, intuitive and flexible. I like how the formatting is very robust and pages can all feel unique / tailored to the specific application.

Notion helps me to track my progress, meet deadlines and fulfill orders.

What do you like best about the product?
The new AI feature is highly versatile. Perhaps one of the most useful features for me is 'Make it longer' and 'Improve writing'. Whether it's blog articles or analysing large data sets, I can do it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any. Perhaps I am more to blame for spending too much time organising.

Sometimes my spelling isn't the best because I'm not a native English speaker and I'm in a hurry or I don't pay attention. The AI features help me a lot with this.
Easy to use and very beautiful interface

The interface is pleasing to use. It's a really well thought out app that combines great beauty with a great array of features to help me get things done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the fact that I have to pay a sub to use some of the features.

Creating databases to store information for me to refer to at a later stage.

What do you like best about the product?
The sandbox-like nature of the program. There are little to no limitations as to what can and cannot be, as well as how data need to be organized or laid out. It can be personalized to each person's needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve to figure out how the program works and the general architecture of it.

Having AI in the same place as a word-processor

These allow me to not be constrained by the limitations of software and I am free to operate the workflow that suits me.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI feature! As a Customer Experience professional I find the feature to be extremely helpful in crafting my responses to users, creating macros, and help articles.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when the AI feature is down when I really need to use it. However, it usually comes starts working again within the hour.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI is helping me with response times so that I'm able to respond to users faster. Notion also helps my team stay on the same page when it comes to processes and procedures as it is where we house our internal knowledge base. I also use some of the templates for keeping track of my projects and find myself to be more organized because of it.

What do you like best about the product?
The variability the software offers. I'm able to keep my notes more organized in motion opposed to how I initially organized them in google docs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say. The only think I dislike is having to pay for a subscription lol.

Notion helped me work through many of the writing assignments I had for college this year. Specifically, whenever I needed more of a variety in word choice it assisted me most.

What do you like best about the product?
It enabled me to use it for personal reasons and to organize my business processes there. I could create a folder for each aspect of my life and manage them in an easily visible and accessible way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish more fonts and formatting options were available. the text layout became quite boring after a while and giving more customizable options would have really bettered the experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an excellent platform to organize my life. The simple aspect of having the sidebar neatly organize everything helped me keep stress-free, knowing everything I am doing is in front of me in a way that is not overwhelming.
