I have been using Notion AI to create job descriptions and policy documents in seconds. In one day I drafted 13 policy documents which would have taken weeks before or cost thousands to buy externally.
The AI was able to consider the context of our business and customise the policy to that - extremely powerful and effective

It helps me to create unique content for my websites. One of the features that I find most useful is the tool's ability to provide context-specific suggestions. Notion AI suggests phrases and words that are relevant to the topic I am writing about. This has helped me to avoid using generic terms and has made my writing more engaging and informative.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simple and clean visual. You can add pages and they are easily accessible in the pages or folders. But what I like the most are the dropdown titles. You can use them everywhere at the same time!
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot add fonts or imported icons to it. It would be so much more user-friendly! You cannot customize the colors, only those that are available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves several problems, but the AI function helps me fill in the gaps when I'm lacking inspiration or to make a plan for an article to write. AI can also make lists of all the things that come to mind. I love it!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of creation within Notion. Creating, grouping, and moving documents is very quick and easy. Excited to have the AI within as well. Whether using it to create documents or fill in gaps in knowledge without having to leave to do research is quite an assist.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the left-hand navigation slightly odd, not too problematic just odd.. On trees the main groupings expand arrow is on the right and switches to the left once expanded. Rather than both arrows being on the left...seems a bit counter-intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned earlier Notion is our company's internal documentation source so we create all documents (nontechnical) within Notion. This means that whether it is doing project management, campaign planning, or using Ai to complete a wide variety of tasks, Notion is solving a wide variety of problems for me.

This tool was so valuable in helping me synthesize my thoughts when writing long-form content, as well improve my clarity in emails. Which made me work 10x faster than I usually do.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were a few instances where the AI changed the context of a piece that I asked it to review, but it was easy to fix nothing major that impacted my experience negatively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowledge management, the platform has been amazing in helping us build a shared space for our team to record learnings from past projects and turn it into sharable learnings for the wider organisation. I also use Notion to help me take meeting notes a lot more effectively

Flexibility and options to create what I need and adapt. I also love customisation.

Notion App Mobile is not the best. App is slow.

I really liked that you can create a relational database, and even make a connection between pages and sync them without a need to update both pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use a macbook and the Notion app on macos gets little slow sometimes. And it takes a little while to open up a new tab on the Notion app.
Lastly, I understand that there's quite limited space when you're using Notion on your phone but sometimes Notion on your phone can't display most of the information, which seemed to me there's a lot of room for improvement.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm an international phD candidate student, and I often struggle to write a formal email until these days. Then the AI writing feature came out and it really benefited me on writing emails.
Also, as a phD student and a research assistant, sometime I have a several projects running at the same time. It is really difficult to keep an eye on all the progress and details together. But one of the Notion template became really useful regarding managing them and all the to-dos.

I really like Notion, the way I can easily organize things depending on what I need, and it integrates very well with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is that I can't see the carousel-type images.

The ability to upload most of my tasks/projects into Notion and use all of its features, especially the "AI writing assistance," to bring it to life and make a genius out of me is fantastic!

Chat GPT I believe has more refined search output compared to Notion AI

It provides me with the ability to present my task or project in a very professional format and style. Also the AI writing assistance provides me with a customizable result.
