Good Features, But Navigation Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everyone uses Notion, so we're all on the same page. The AI prompt is helpful. The initial setup of Notion was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm still learning about the AI functions, so there's a learning curve. I wish there were better tutorials and interactive tutorials inside the program.

Notion helps my team stay coordinated by putting us all on the same page.

Customizable and Easy to Implement—A Game Changer for Our Team
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize each aspect of our database, as well as each page has been a game changer in our business. We have other software that we use, but Notion's ability to be customized (easily, and internally by our team, has been fantastic. It was also easy to implement, and took only a few days before we were fully up and running. We are using Notion on a daily basis now, by multiple members of our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant at this time. I guess if there was a way to utilize other AI tools from within Notion, that would be a value add for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A simple database that multiple members of our team can use in real time. We have tried many other tools, and nothing else was both as effective and simple to implement and utilize.
Empowers Organization with Comprehensive Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like all the note taking features Notion comes with, like to-do lists and the ability to insert footnotes. It adds a unique experience to note taking and allows me to stay more organized. It feels good to have everything at reach and organized. Although it sometimes buffers or takes a bit to sync, I like it a lot.

Notion helps me have everything at reach and organized, enhancing my note-taking with unique features like to-do lists and footnotes, which keep me more organized.
Effortless Documentation, Expensive Extras
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for its ease of creating docs, as well as how easy it is to find and modify information. It's also very easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The voice feature doesn't work well. And the cost is too much for the Notion Plus is $10 per month - which is a bit much for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to quickly take notes, easily refer to them, and document things flexibly. It simplifies creating, finding, and modifying documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for work whenever I need to find information, and it's very useful for that. It helps me find information in one place rather than going to a bunch of different places, and I can rely on Notion to have all my resources in one good place. I love how flexible it is; if you have an image in your mind, you can create that in Notion. I also use the feature where you can put information inside of information, which helps the most. The initial setup was super easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Notion because of the organization it provides and how it allows me to stay on top of deadlines and meetings. I love its customization options; I can tailor every aspect to fit my business needs completely. The AI writing assistant is a feature I really like, and the auto meeting note-taker AI is just amazing, making my work life quicker. With Notion, everything is right where I need it, and it simplifies managing my business. Also, the initial setup was very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
It'd be cool to add a calendar AI similar to Motion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize client deadlines and meetings, customize every aspect of my business, and use AI features like writing assistance and automatic meeting notes to streamline my work life.
Seamless Organization Hub, Saves Time!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's editing functionality. I can make quick requests for revisions, tone adjustments, or restructuring, and it nails it every time. It's on point with any refinement and will go back and forth with me, making the whole process seamless and helping by saving me countless hours of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been slightly tricky to navigate and understand the best way to organize our workspace hub for each of the departments in our company. Sometimes I create something and it disappears, for example. And it took me a minute to realize that I can favorite things and then they are pinned and always easy to locate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps our business with organization, centralizing everything into one hub instead of multiple places. Its editing functionality streamlines revisions, saving me countless hours.
Great for Team Organization, Needs Better Support

I like the tools we have for organization and planning. They help me organize and share important documents with my team that are easily digestible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could have demos or 1:1 time scheduled with the Notion team to go over questions we may have. Some things were a bit confusing during the initial setup. I know you have some videos, but it would be helpful to chat with a live agent or do Zoom calls with them for 'tutorials'.
