Great for Organization, But Can Be Confusing
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to use multiple pages in Notion, which helps a lot with organization. Additionally, the calendar is a feature that I find very good and the initial setup was easy.

Sometimes, Notion is a bit confusing and complex. The calendar tags, for example, could be more intuitive.

A single and powerful source of truth for the entire team
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to do many things and to have a single source of truth for everything concerning my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
As everyone creates a lot of things, it quickly becomes chaos and people do not pay attention to the quality of the pages they create or the databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralize all the team's documents.
Easy to Use, Automates Everything, and Connects Seamlessly with Any Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to use and connect with any tool. Everything is automated, and you can store everything there as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t create decks or flashcards for small presentations, and it would be nice to have an option for that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me keep track of my databases and keep things automated with Notion AI.
Broad and Flexible Platform to Organize Everything with Clarity
What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibility of it being a very broad platform. I can create various databases, and each page can refer to a different subject. Ideas can always be grounded in Notion, and everything becomes very clear and well-structured. For me, it's like building a different website within the same platform, always.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to change the colors, the letters, and the screen formats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can have complete control of my life in Notion. In it, I can organize and align my financial life, my routine, my classes, and other day-to-day things.
Simple Integration for Project Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration of various services in one place that Notion offers. The ease of documenting using meeting transcription and Notion's AI is something that impresses me. Centralizing all work-related information in a single space is extremely convenient. Additionally, it's very quick to share what I'm doing with my team. The initial setup was very easy and I use Notion integrated with Slack, which greatly facilitates my workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
He cannot perform tasks for me like sending an email, creating a document, or sending a message.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to document easily, centralize work information in one place, and quickly share what I'm doing with the team.
Great content manager; terrible project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is nice visually and boards/pages/databases are easy to customize. I also like that you can take the same database of data and put it into multiple different views so easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion lacks basic project management functionalities, including templated projects and easily duplicating projects or tasks without linking the parent project. It would also be nice to further customize "my tasks" or "my work" so that it's only showing specific parts of projects, as well as feed multiple data bases into this view. Similarly, when trying to build a board that showed tasks in progress/to-do for each day, if the task had a duration of more than 2 days, it only showed the start and end date (and none of the dates in-between), making the list misleading and inaccurate. Notion also does not have a true automation system that allows simple triggers like "date in the past" to trigger a status change. Lastly, building out a project management system in Notion is not super user-friendly, and can be difficult for anyone not intimately familiar with the platform to troubleshoot. This also is not helped by a lack of quick, easy-access customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to track every task involved with our marketing creative and to manage our social calendars. It also allows us to visualize what the department is working on overall.
Dynamic yet Complex Tool for Content Organization
What do you like best about the product?
I really love Notion for how it organizes information and creates a seamless hierarchy with databases and subpages. It integrates super seamlessly with AI, which makes it really easy and less time-consuming to work with. I love that it helps unify everything into a single interface and makes it easier to interact with. Notion is great for organizing my content calendar and all of my marketing efforts associated with my YouTube channel. It integrates very well with Claude, allowing me to fill in all the Notion data and keep things nicely organized. I appreciate how I can use Notion as both a reporting tool and an information storage tool, without manually organizing everything myself. The desktop integration is pretty seamless, and I love it for AI note-taking too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just feel like it's a very complicated dynamic interface, and so it takes a while to understand the tool. And I don't think I'm taking quite as advantage of all those features I pay for. So, I really want to understand what are the most valuable features of Notion that I could be utilizing that I'm not utilizing right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves my organization problems by unifying content management into one interface, which is easier than handling multiple spreadsheets. It integrates well with AI, allowing me to update data without manual input, saving time and simplifying my workflow.
Versatile Platform with Robust AI Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI features that Notion has, along with the various add-ins and plugins available to expand its functionality. These integrations allow me to add additional features that aren't part of the base Notion system. I can also automate processes for tasking and record-keeping, which is very helpful. Additionally, I appreciate that they continue to develop and roll out new functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of Notion somewhat complex due to the vast number of features available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a repository for captured references, and its AI features, add-ins, and plugins help me automate processes for tasking and record keeping.
Flexible and Fast, But AI Improvements Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for project management and documents at work, and as a personal CRM. I appreciate its simplicity compared to some project management software and its seemingly limitless configurability. I particularly like the databases, as they enable the smooth operation of my projects through tasks and offer the possibility to create a complete CRM. We switched from Wrike to Notion mainly because of its execution speed, overall speed, and its clear and clean interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it unfortunate to have to pay for AI when we are already paying a significant subscription. I already pay for ChatGPT and Claude at my work, and I don't want to use additional tokens for things without much added value. Also, the initial setup would have been simpler with an AI agent creating correctly and accompanying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion simplifies project management and is highly customizable, which makes my tasks easier. The databases help in the smooth running of my projects. Its interface is faster and clearer compared to Wrike.
