Notion AI is the powerful second brain I've always wanted.
What do you like best about the product?
For writing code, Notion AI is the first source I consult with to find the right way to perform a task. I used it recently to create a Python Script that watches for changes in system directories and performs file transfers. Notion AI was able to point me in the right direction for using the proper libraries.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion had blocks that would allow handwritten notes (see Microsoft Whiteboard) or even logic trees. I think this would be useful for taking notes for math classes or organizing logic for software engineering.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Notion keeps my notes organized. For example, I took down notes from a camera's instruction manual to give myself quick access to the knowledge I intend to use frequently in the near future.
2. I use Notion AI as a writing assistant to help me write transitions and give me examples of how I should organize a paper.
3. I use it to manage individual software projects at work and use Notion AI within each project to help me execute it.

Great product for productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is great for many things ! I use it for all of my administrative tasks, database CRM and many more
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Eveything has been great so far. Extremely enjoyable product that I use everyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me solve my business emails and candidate sourcing problems. Notion Aai creates some brilliant ideas when it comes to candidate outreach and responding to business emails. It also improved my writing which is my favourite feature.
Increases productivity but you need to deal with the UI/UX problems
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature at the moment is the AI -- it's what got me using Notion again
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is SUPER SLOW and clunky, and it is a chore to navigate on my Mac. I would use it much more if it was easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me rewrite things quickly and it's good for storing my current messaging for my app.

Versatile input style (you can simply hit space key to start AI prompts)

Not easy to make presentation slides which can be shown directly like ppt

The AI tool for writing has been my favorite! It has made it easier to write & add important information by spending less time on a task.

I think that AI writing needs more development for all the texts not to look the same.

Notion helps me spend less time on tasks while also providing me topics for copy writing.
Experience is good overall, translation is not perfect yet.
What do you like best about the product?
So far, I feel it's good. I use improve writing and fix grammar a lot. Both functions work very well. Sometimes translation is not perfect, but still pretty good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it could be cheaper. Nowadays we have a lot of free AI. I may switch to a free one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can build my own templates, which can do things like Jira and SQL. I also like the copy link function so I can better organize my note.
Anyone can become a better writer with the help of AI
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, Notion is the life operating system. Between my full-time job, home life, traveling, and multiple side businesses things would get lost between the cracks. But Notion keeps everything organized in one place. And the ability to collaborate with partners is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a very visual person at times I wish there were more options style-wise, but at the same time I appreciate the minimalism. Prevents me from spending unnecessary hours on how something "looks" rather than its principle function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Besides overall organization, it specifically helps with templating multiple processes for me and improves the content I am creating. As a creative and content creator I use the template function as the backbone for content creation. I then use the AI feature to help improve overall writing and select the tone I wish to convey.

Steep learning curve. Wish there were more tutorials embeded directly into the workflow.

Project management, note taking and source of truth, outlines through Notion AI.

You can create anything within its database and it's really a dream come true.

I wish we had a way of backing up stuff and the Notion AI is not too great

Notion is a great databse that keeps everyone connected. I can organise daily to-do lists and use it as bank of information of my essays. However, it's slow sometimes

How you can make any page your own but that it's not entirely a blank canvas - there are tools to help you organize it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it could maybe offer a little bit more structure? but idk I like it the way it is!

It assists with having one workspace many members can see and edit.
