Clean, Intuitive UI with Powerful AI, Search, and Integrations

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is clean and intuitive. It’s very easy to use, and it offers plenty of options to get a lot done. The AI is also very useful when I want to create documents. Search works flawlessly, and you can set up many integrations with external software, as well as transform and link content within Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually.. I haven't seen something disliked. Sometimes the width of the page won't take the whole screen width, so some space is wasted. But aside from that, I'm happy with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to keep track of our documentation, and it’s very useful because it’s not just a set of isolated pages. Pages can link to each other and be embedded into other pages, so the whole documentation feels alive and connected.

We also use it to track the status of some projects, like a Kanban board. The filtering and different views make it easy to get exactly the right amount of information we need.

Having used other tools in the past, Notion feels so easy to use and understand

Centralized Hub with Powerful AI Integration

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Notion AI to be incredibly powerful, and it's probably my favorite feature. I think it's very cool how it pulls information from Google Drive and integrates with everything else. Notion has made things a lot quicker, especially for finding information. It centralizes all the information our team needs for work and clients in one area, which makes it easier for everyone to access what they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are some bugs, with no AI and how quickly it moves, and so that could be improved. It could integrate with HubSpot. Definitely a bit complicated. It took some effort to understand how to build a Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion makes finding information much quicker by providing a central hub for all team members to access work and client information. It centralizes information across platforms, enabling faster access to previously unavailable data.

Intuitive and powerful. Recommended for MOST orgs.

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Notion strikes an excellent balance between accessibility and power. The platform is incredibly easy to adopt for new users with its intuitive interface, yet it offers robust power-user features for those who need advanced functionality. This dual nature makes it perfect for teams of all technical skill levels—everyone can get started quickly, while power users can the advanced features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform's greatest strength can also be a weakness. The sheer amount of freedom can lead to organizational chaos without proper governance, though this is admittedly more of a user discipline issue than a product flaw. My biggest gripe is that Notion lacks end-to-end encryption, which is a significant concern for sensitive data. Additionally, they don't offer BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) options for their AI features, which limits our ability to maintain full control over data security when using AI capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great way to quickly spin up a project and share it with colleagues, and collaborate in realtime.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Versatile Project Management with Minor Integration Challenges

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Notion is able to take any idea and make it into a structured project or database. I can export content into easy-to-read PDFs, which allows me to do project management and collaborate with teammates who may not be as technical or organized. It also lets me easily reference past conversations and use that information to build out current projects and stay on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Notion had more MCP connections. With Notion, it's more of an individual project management tool versus one where I'm using it to collaborate with other team members. There has to be a difference between using it as an individual and as a team, so you can't get as much of a customized experience. Another thing is improving the agent feature so that it's able to do fully autonomous tasks, not just within Notion, but working with other tools via MCP connection that will improve my productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me with project management by allowing me to outline projects, create tasks, and turn ideas into structured databases. It also aids in collaborating with teammates and referencing past conversations for current work.

Intuitive and Essential for Organizing Everything

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI feature in Notion because it helps me a lot. I don't need to copy things from other places; I just ask Notion to do things, and it works. I also like the search bar, as it allows me to find my documentation by searching keywords, which is very helpful. Notion is very user-friendly and intuitive, making it one of the easiest applications for me to use. It was an amazing experience setting it up. I have been using Notion for about four years, and it helps me organize personal and professional things, basically everything. It's my go-to platform for mapping processes and documenting everything. Additionally, connecting Salesforce data to Notion through Zapier has been effective in making the data organized and beautiful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think in the past, the integrations between certain applications were not working very effectively. Also, sometimes in the past, the AI feature was not working correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize and document everything, connecting with Salesforce via Zapier to display data effectively. The AI and search features streamline tasks, making it indispensable.

Valuable Visibility, Challenging Learning Curve

  • February 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Notion provides a fairly visual roadmap of what's going on, which really helps in tracking project progress without having to deal with all the information at once. It's also great that I can switch from an overview page directly to a specific page and immediately start working. This feature is especially helpful when I'm juggling multiple projects and need to view more than 5-6 projects in a single view, which is quite beneficial during Zoom calls when sharing my screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been a learning curve to add new drop downs on a page. It's also annoying that things filter by alphabetical order by default. There are some times when I am planning "April 2025, May... June... July... August" and the page automatically filters to "April, August, May..." It would be nice to have a button that lets you decide HOW you want something sorted. When the side panel opens to create a new page, I wish I had the option to add a new property rather than just adding it to the old one. The setup was pretty difficult. It was a learning curve compared to Monday which is very intuitive. There's more functions in Notion, just takes longer to figure them out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the visibility issue by providing access across projects, helping our team track project statuses and collaborate efficiently. I appreciate its visual roadmap and progress indicator, which help in managing multiple projects without overwhelming details. Its easy for stakeholders to use the tech, too which is a perk.

I enjoy the ease of set up using Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find a lot of the team just end up setting up notion boards, then just leaving it and not doing anything with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clear sharing and communication of information
