Excellent AI Assistant Support on Work
What do you like best about the product?
The "Improve Writing" function is the best AI feature I have ever used. It is simple yet powerful. I draft most of my writing in Notion and then use the "Improve Writing" button. It instantly corrects my grammar mistakes and provides reasonable ideas. I highly recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be a more user-friendly manual for the AI function. The pop-up AI selection function could provide more options to adapt to different situations, resulting in a more user-friendly experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Notion AI function can generate the necessary passage and provide a template result quickly. This can help solve the problem and provide me with the necessary information. I can easily amend the result to meet my needs.

Excellent user experience covers all of my needs, and keeps work organized and efficient.

Sometimes when you use Notion AI to improve writing on high-word-count content, it gets buggy and you have to highlight smaller sections.

With an AI tool integrated into Notion, I'm able to efficiently utilize the power of AI without having to switch between tabs or use scattered apps.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best aspects of using Notion is the fact that I can organize a huge variety of documentation easily. The tool has a lot of intuitive features as well, that help you structure your doc exactly the way you want it (insert tables, add attachments, etc). You can built easy to navigate guides, templates, databases etc. The AI feature is super helpful when writing documentation from scratch - it takes your idea and makes it better. For those days when you're in a rush and just want to get the thought out of your head, this is gold.

I'm missing a feature to track deadlines or progress of tasks, something that would instill accountability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion makes it super easy to glue a lot of pieces together and create the bigger picture. Its AI function supports than even better, helping you stay on top of your grammar, rephrasing sentences you're not happy with etc.

Very usesful to gather all the data of a company and also for personnal use. I like the fact that we can create quick links betweens pages etc. Compared to competitors Notion is more intuitive.

If you are not careful and keep your notion clean, it might end up messy and difficult to find your pages if you don't organize them well.

It solving the fact that I have many tools in one page. This allows you to write a lot of content but keep the page readable thanks to the menu function.
The AI function is also very useful to make life easier and to make tasks faster (summarize texts, correct spelling mistakes...)

I really llike the fact that theyve taken all aspects of progent managemnet account Lots of great organisation functions. Many integrations too which is great. AI works well but could do with some improvements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Itss not the most intuitive at times. I find myself using the guides online for certain functionality. Ai can do with some improvements.

Provides a centralised space for me and my team to share and colloborate notes, ideas, plans and to docuemnt project timelines in an effective and organised maner.

How Notion help us to collaborate. We use databases for documentation, roadmap, ticketing system etc. Its new AI is also very helpful for working in another language.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching for documents. We have a lot of pages and get lost very often. The notifications are also a bit messy. Creating roadmaps is also tough over time (when we create relations between database, we cannot add filters so when I link a ticket to a roadmap item, I got all my roadmap themes over the last 3 years appearing in the dropdown)

Notion is really helpful for collaboration within the company. We use it for our tickets, roadmap, to collaborate on projects but also to takes notes and write our content thanks to the new AI.

A Great Tool for solo entrepreneurs and students
What do you like best about the product?
I am a freaking techie and do use a bunch of AI tools in my day to day life and the best thing I loved about Notion Ai is I use it daily and the fact that my personal AI assistant is inside the app which i now use for literally everything notetaking to brainstorming and everything and the AI assistant literally makes it so easier to capture whatever I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love almost everything about notion but the one thing I wish it was possible would be to design the actual background of the page and regarding AI when I ask it to write something and make it longer it kinda sometimes just repeats the same things again and again so I have two copies of exact same answer

I am a solo entrepreneur and a full time student and also do a part time job so the Notion kind of works like my second brain which helps me to remember all my ideas and day to day activities and to do lists and also my uni stuff and assessments

A very versatile, powerful tool for everyday tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I can create fully customized databases that meet individual needs. After creating the database, the simple output function makes it very easy for me to share content with others. Best of all, Notion AI has completely changed my workflow. Now I can easily let AI help me preprocess or modify my writing to be more accurate and fluent. What do you dislike about the product?
I hope there are more adjustable settings for the appearance of the database, such as table width. In some cases, the minimum width is still too large. Additionally, a simple handwriting function would be helpful for learning and note-taking. Notion AI is powerful, but its detection of whether the content is ethical or legal can be too strict. Occasionally, I use some sensitive terms in my work and learning. However, at these times, the AI completely refuses to help me, which can be frustrating.

Due to difficulties with the computer system at my workplace hospital, I use a Notion database to record patient details. By configuring settings, I can quickly view the patient's diagnosis and treatment, and after setting up a formula, the database can automatically update the length of their hospital stay. Additionally, by using template settings in medical records, I can reduce the time I spend writing.
