Customizable and Collaborative Powerhouse
What do you like best about the product?
I like Notion for the freedom and ability to build a solution that meets my needs, even as they change on a given week or quarter. Its customizable solutions within the platform are really helpful, allowing me to take a template and turn it into something that works nicely. Notion also allows for some nifty MCP connections, letting me work from a place like Claude and update things on respective pages and databases seamlessly. I also find Notion super easy to use, especially since the team had already customized it, making it a plug-and-play experience for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it can feel overwhelming for counterparts. I'm a Notion savvy person, so it's easy for me to just jump in. I've used it for my personal life and at previous companies as well. I think for others, it can feel a little too overwhelming. But once you kinda get the buy-in, I think they convert pretty quickly and pretty easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to manage projects, organize insights, and coordinate teams. It creates interactive, collaborative documents that help assign tasks, set timelines, and use templates. I like its flexibility to adapt and integrate different solutions, allowing me to meet changing needs and streamline my workflow.
Notion: Our Team’s Single Source of Truth for Campaigns and OKRs
What do you like best about the product?
One place for everything: campaign briefs, content calendar, and everything from client decks to OKRs.
Notion has become the single source of truth for the whole team.
Notion has become the single source of truth for the whole team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to be more structured and better organized. Once you start dumping pages into it, it gets messy very quickly. Everyone who uses it has to put in the effort to keep things simple and follow the expected way of working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration and customisation
It’s made reviews easier, lets me edit in real time, and makes sharing documents straightforward. Overall, it feels more flexible than Google Docs or other options.

Notion 3.0 is a game change on top of a great product
What do you like best about the product?
I have used Notion on and off as a business user for the last 5+ years, they have continuously improved the product by adding new features with the new 3.0, bringing AI natively into Notion and across business platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing for Notion is often a sticking point for organisations that are not already embedded in Notion as they do not see the time they can save/value add from investing in this tool within their stack. Often, they choose to stick with their bundled platform like Atlassian or similar.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as my Second Brain, the addition of the 3.0 automations and buttons means I can make my dashboard themed and 'hide' backend databases in a way that I don't need to navigate multiple pages to see at a glance what needs to be done. This helps me be productivty, hit my goals and manage by Audhd symptoms.
Best-in-Class Customizable Knowledge Base, Supercharged by NotionAI
What do you like best about the product?
Its the best knowledge base platforms that allows for customization that I have used in my career. The added bonus of NotionAI really speeds things up. I use Notion AI everyday, multiple times a day and it has made my onboarding experience into a new job SO much faster. Support teams NEED this!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are unfamiliar getting ramped to Notion & taking advantage of all the things that it can do can feel overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I dont have to pay for Claude, I can use NotionAI and it pulls the information from a source that is verified (documentation that the company I work for writes). I also use NotionAI to write up documents, fact them against other documents that exist and publish right from the app itself. Also, a big fan of the project management dashboards that can be created. Im finding that Notion has all the tools that some of the biggest players in tech have and its in 1 package (Asana, Zendesk, Pylon, Claude, etc).
Intuitive, Collaborative, and Highly Customizable
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to use relational databases in Notion without everyone needing to be fluent in SQL. It's very powerful and is the biggest advantage for me. The UI in Notion is also just very intuitive and delightful to use. It provides all the power of building front-end and back-end applications using relational databases, wrapped with UIs and views to view all the data. As someone who is not heavily technical, being able to build tools to solve our internal problems at our organization with Notion is very satisfying.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're still struggling a little bit with the granular permissions. Sometimes we expect something to work for someone with a certain permission but it doesn't work like we'd expect. I'd also love the ability to set passcodes when publishing things publicly. Right now, either everyone needs a Notion account, or it's available to the world. I wish there was an option in between where we could publish things to non-Notion account users but still have an extra level of security with a password. Otherwise, I'm actually rotating published URLs to ensure things don't end up in the wrong hands of competition. Also, there's not a native integration with Azure DevOps, and we're waiting to switch to GitHub projects just for the native integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to organize projects and tasks both personally and at work. It provides a single source of truth, enhances transparency, facilitates collaboration, and makes information accessible. It's also great for using relational databases without needing SQL proficiency.
You Can Do Literally Anything—Databases Are Lifesavers
What do you like best about the product?
You can do literally anything there. The databases are lifesavers!
What do you dislike about the product?
Embeds and imports can be confusing, mainly if you're new to the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team a lot as an internal knowledge base.

All-in-One Organization Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Notion’s flexibility and all-in-one approach. It allows me to organize notes, tasks, databases, and projects in a single workspace. The ability to customize pages and create interconnected databases makes it easy to adapt the tool to my workflow. I also like its clean interface and the variety of templates that help me get started quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Notion is powerful, it can sometimes feel slow, especially with larger databases or complex pages. The mobile experience is also not as smooth as the desktop version, which can be a bit frustrating when working on the go. Additionally, some features, like advanced filtering or automation, could be more intuitive and easier to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me solve the problem of scattered information and fragmented workflows. Instead of juggling multiple apps for notes, tasks, and project tracking, I can keep everything in one place. This saves time, reduces confusion, and makes it easier to stay organized and focused. Being able to link pages, create databases, and visualize information in different ways also helps me plan more effectively and track progress across projects.
