Enjoy Notion AI a lot
What do you like best about the product?
Notion helps me to organise my work. i am a writer and without Notion I can't not imagine how to keep and organizr all my files snd writing. Notion AI upgrade my work to another level
What do you dislike about the product?
Some time it run quite slow when i change from English to Vietnamese and I have to turn it off and restart again. Other than that I'm happy with Notion and still use it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help me research and write draft. Help me create social post and help me write as well. Sometimes i was out of ideas to write and Notion AI help me with that. Wonderful assistant!

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for school. Notion AI is extremely useful for summarizing documents and generating potential test questions to help quiz myself. It is more powerful than using ChatGPT alone because it uses context within the document. I have told many of my peers at Cornell University about it
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion AI sometimes randomly does not answer and I get a frozen dialogue box in the corner. The error often persists after reboot which leads me to believe that it is a problem when calling the API
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize. At Cornell University, I am currently taking 23 credits which is well above the median courseload. I am in a situation where this is necessary and Notion has made achieving this much easier

It allows me to have a great flexibility in ways to organize my information. I really like the database function.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes updates were implemented before any announcement. For example, one time some changes were implemented for the sub-tasks in database, which cause a lot troubles with my fomular. I would like a headup before updates like this is implemented.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a phd student. I use notion to manage my personal tasks, organize documents and track progress for research projects with team members and use AI to help me wrtie my first draft of paper.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows for a lot of customization which I like because I am a very picky person. It helps keep my mind organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to log back in so many times, sometimes it has trouble updating with my other devices.

Notion helps me stay organized and really keep track of everything in my life all in one place. I've become more productive in all aspects of life.

- I can't repeat pages on my calendar. I have to add the page manually every week.
- It was hard to start a notion with a blank template because I did not know where to start or what I wanted

- Teaching me organizational skills
- I can stay on track with all the projects that I am currently working on. Additionally, I can place all the details of the project within each page in notion and organize it by status.
- I can create a page for each class I am in and take notes of what my professor wants on each of the pages for each class

Databases are a game-changer
What do you like best about the product?
Notion for knowledge management is just a cut above the competition. Databases are amazing for linking related information while also keeping things organized. AI is cool too.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's still a lot for me to learn with respect to how to use this tool most effectively. I'm not a power user yet but I could see life being much easier if I were one!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
AI is helpful for dipping my toes into a domain, when I'm not sure what questions I should be asking. Databases are awesome for keeping a knowledge base organized.

Since it is an AI platform, there need to me more introduction videos to explain what users can get out of it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I now have everything in one place. It has simplified my life and I save so much time on a daily basis because of it. I also very much appreciate the AI feature, something I use daily. When compared to the other AI chatboxes, Notion is faster, with more accurate information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Notion is a great app but if I had to pick out a downside, I think templates should be free for paying members and also when using notion AI, the question we asked should also be recorded above the answer.

Notion helps me with research. It summarises articles for me which save e a lot of time and also writes generic emails for me. My business performance has, since, increased.
Excellent tool to excel in any industry
What do you like best about the product?
I love the efficiency that Notion brings to my workflow. It saves me time and focuses the meetings that I hold with my team and clients.

Occasionally it feels a little bit complicated and I have to use the help forums for guidance

It helps with meetings and system calls to collate information and write fast summaries using AI. It has also been useful when it comes to formatting and brainstorming new ideas
A true productivity boost
What do you like best about the product?
Notion gives you the ability to create databases for anything, and most importantly, to relate the databases in different ways. That means you can create a graph with to-dos, calendars, notes, projects, references, files.... It is the best tool I know to implement David Allen's productivity methodology. And now with AI capabilities it is simply a true productivity booster.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve, but itpays off. Some text editing features are counter-intuitive or very different to traditional text editors. We would use it more as a teams tool if we could control notifications in more detail, for example if we could edit the subject of thr email notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of having to-dos, projects, referemces, in different places. With notion everything is in one place and interrelated, and sharable. For Work that means I get a lot more done.
