Decent app for notes and project management.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to organize notes and tasks within the app. The Gantt chart tracker for due dates is a cool feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to organize notes within project folders.

What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect of Notion is its versatility. The software is flexible enough to fit any user's situation. The Notion team also delivers consistent updates to improve the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
A minor downside to Notion can be its speed and initial load time. There are also a few edge cases of features that seem essential but have not been released yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of aggregating and making sense of knowledge. I haven't seen another software product that allows users to connect and search all documentsas effectively as Notion.
Best Second Brain Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion has been very helpful for building my second brain, managing notes and project tasks. The new Notion AI has also been incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much at all! Maybe more customisation with the fonts would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organising my project tasks, helps me stay organised.

GUI is a bit difficult to use, would like to see a more universal type of interface. (ie Word), better copy and paste functions as well as better import and export functions

I used it to write a business report, I task I dislike significantly.
I love Notion, and the new Notion AI feature.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way I can organize content with hierarchy through features like the toggle. I like the seemless desktop/ mobile app sync.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the database were more flexible and formattable like Google Sheets / Excel. The phone app has been a bit buggy recently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For work, documents that would be separate docs scattered in Google Drive, I'm able to have pages, and organize live/ WIP content the way I want. For personal use I like keeping track of personal financials, personal goals, project ideas, etc.
Very, very helpful tool
What do you like best about the product?
I use AI on Notion to take notes and summarize certain readings. It's a beneficial tool, as I typically have difficulty keeping up with note-taking, especially when things are moving fast. I usually bring in any resources that have been provided pre-meeting/class so Notion has a background on what I'm learning about, which it then pulls out when I have a specific question because I was only able to pick up on a keyword. I've also used AI to help me write outlines for meetings and essays, which is a super helpful tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI tool sometimes gets repetitive when you ask questions, and I sometimes need it to expand on information, which it just repeats what it's already said. I'm sure there's an element of lacking resources to answer effectively, but I was under the impression it could learn, so it's a bit frustrating when it doesn't seem to improve. You also have to be aware that it gives wrong answers or incorrect information with confidence, so always check any work. I usually go back to review my notes when the meeting or class is finished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By providing the ability to create an outline using inputs I've provided, Notion AI really helps my brain get moving in the right direction to start my writing and serves to unblock any writing blocks, or difficulties with starting an essay or prompt. As mentioned, it's also hugely helpful in helping me keep up with note taking where I'd usually lose track of important things because I am slow at note taking.

Extremely efficient A.I. tool that rivals if not is better than chat gpt
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is like my central hub for my notes and planning events etc, having an A.I. interstated into notion makes it so much more easy and helpful to flesh out my notes and add more complex information without having to search the Internet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe my one gripe with notion A.I. is that it doesn't provide up to date information on specific topics, for example I was writing about nzdep and asked notion A.I. to flesh it out regarding the variables and it was unable to do that accurately, however this is trivial compared to what it gets right.

Notion acts as my central hub for information and notes, I also use it to keep track of my dates and calendar events I especially like how easy it is to use and seamless integrates just the way you want it to.

What do you like best about the product?
It gives the freedom to document multiple sources. For example, Word was always good for formatting and providing very formal documents, but it always got me easy writing, planning and sharing ideas with my colleagues. However, Notion is different; it's easy and casual and makes work gets done fast
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing particular; however, if I can improve one thing, I would like to have more cover photos so I don't have to find myself. It's always good to have cover photos because it makes the page look nicer, but Notion currently has only a limited amount of photos, otherwise, I should find myself, which is a little annoying
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides me with many ideas and makes my documents very organized. Sometimes the most challenging part is coming up with an idea and fixing the grammar because my mind is free, and doesn't't care about anything else. I can purely focus on what I need to do instead of thinking about grammar or spelling errors
