Extremely comprehensive, easy to use, but I have some concerns.
What do you like best about the product?
Notion continues to provide excellent features. It has evolved, ranking it near the top of these kinds of applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion remains an online-focused product. It has offline capabilities, but there are limitations. Unfortunately, I have recurring instances where I need to maintain Notion content while offline. Its proprietary format is also limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion provides me with a single knowledge repository where I can store the diverse information I want to manage in a format that is easy to maintain and retrieve.

What do you like best about the product?
I love having all of my documents together. Being able to do my work and produce quality content and lessons. Also, being able to recognize patterns in my own writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to navigate and become accustom to the many different functions of the product. I'd like a more simplified version for users to get started with their own documents and dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping solve my lesson planning and keeping me organized. It's allows me to stay focused on my task and become more productive.

The ability to create and customize templates that fit my needs in different sitting.

The AI respons a bit slow sometimes, and if it can also provide the reference (resoures from), it would be great help to double checking the accuration of the answer from AI
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I personally love the notion AI, which provides so many different functions to help me improve my writing and generate new ideas. It saves me so much time! Additionally, Notion is perfect for building a knowledge base. It provides the ability to create and customize templates that fit different needs.
Notion's AI Tool is Seriously Impressive
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about this AI assistant is how smart it is when it comes to organizing my work. It suggests tags and categories for me that are totally relevant and that I would have never thought of myself. It's amazing how much time that saves me!

AI is very useful, but the need for payment could be considered a disadvantage, haha.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Notion can help me summarize articles. With the proper use of keywords, it can be very efficient.
2. Notion can generate standard application documents very conveniently. Although some minor modifications may still be needed, it can greatly improve efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use Notion on my desktop. Its functionality, user ability, and ability to combine all calendars, goal-setting apps, and file management out there is beyond amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed that when I try to expand a note or any functions for tracking, it doesn't have a button that's easy to navigate to my original content. I guess it's not desktop optimized? I have no issues on my mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It manages my entire projects (personal, academic, and work). It's a system that easily creates sub-systems of systems. When a product is designed from a user's perspective, it helps me navigate my chaotic thoughts, schedules, and files into one place.

1. if my friends aren't interested in how to use Notion, it's hard to corroborate our project.

1. They improve my writing more than English grammar and changed my sentence tone, and those made my relationship with my co-workers, customers, friends, and family better.

Notion is a powerful all-in-one workspace and desktop app that offers a wide range of features for organizing and managing tasks, notes, and projects. It is hugely user-friendly with a fantastic interface and intuitive drag-and-drop functionalities, making it easy to customize and personalize to meet individual needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notion does lack some basic functionalities, specifically when working with spreadsheets. It also has a pretty steep learning curve if you want to make full use of its features. It can seem overwhelming with so many functionalities, so it can take some time to learn and understand how to take advantage of all its features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is very flexible and easy to use for creating different types of content, including databases, tables, and boards, among others. It allows users to collaborate, assign tasks, and add comments in real time, making it an ideal tool for remote teams and freelancers. Individually, Notion is excellent at organizing anything. As it now includes AI, it's an all in one workspace, perfect for any and all needs.

There is a template for everything. The to-do lists helped me stay focused on tasks and manage where I am at for my goals. Notion AI also helped me improve my writing and showed me where I was lacking when it came to writing my reports and essays.

I wasn't initially sure how to use notion initially, and some of the pages were confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion AI has helped me take notes during lectures by summarising my dot points and even suggesting other resources I could look into. Their AI writing assistant also helped me offer words to improve my writing for my essays and was able to improve my tone to sound professional

It's not easy to export the text into a word processer.

It served as an essay polisher when I was trying to write an academic article. It's really easy for me to summarize a long text and get the grip in seconds.
