What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Notion is its versatility to create study templates, routines, and better organize time. Now, with the integration of artificial intelligence, it has become an excellent tool for working.
What do you dislike about the product?
It bothers me that there aren't many courses to improve the use of the tool, since although it has a programming language, it is not very intuitive to configure. They should offer more training. They should also add more keyboard shortcuts or commands to activate functions or menus. In summary, they should add manuals and training so that it can be a tool for all types of users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolve points to improve decision-making on pending tasks. It provides you with tools to track work and helps you communicate with anyone in the world as an assistant.

What do you like best about the product?
We're using Notion for our engineering team and operation team from we started our company. From dev tasks management to expenses tracking or even customer database, Notion is the place for all of these. Super recommended for startups like us, you can save a lot of time and money to buy and learn multiple tools, because Notion can fulfill most of your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Notion app experience is not so great, it's too complicated to use on a small screen device. Really hoping that Notion team can put more effort into it. Everything else is just great from my experience.

We uses Notion for project management, technical documentation, expenses tracking, real-time meeting notes and private notes.
Quick Notes or Long Notes, A Great Tool for Notes and Writing
What do you like best about the product?
The organization of notes by subject, date, or anything else you can dream of. It's quick and easy to create a note and keep it, and just as easy to find it. It's easy to share notes between databases, or share it with others. Then, each page can be embedded within others, or upgrated with all sorts of great blocks like images, tables, calendars, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve can be a little steep if you go into it without knowing what you want from it. The templates are great, but they're hidden on other sites or not clearly delineated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping a large amount of information in the form of articles, news clippings, documents, and just simple notes. It helps to organize them and keep it all in one place that is accessible.

I like Notion AI. That is very very cool that this AI works with Notion elements and can create a tables or code examples, also it can highlight text. I like that Notion allows export page as a PDF.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can say that on mobile app sometimes not easy to select text and edit it, cursor always jumps... Also I worried about merging a table cells, for it's just a little problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I need to write a article for my blog I ask Notion AI for some ideas about the theme of article. Also I like to create workspaces with Notion elements for my projects for managing it.

With Notion, I don't have to switch between different tools, and it's easy to work with others, keep track of my progress, and stay on top of tasks. The best part is that Notion is customizable, so I can tailor it to my specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, when I use Notion AI on a specific section, it formulates something based on the entire page instead of just that one section. Also, whenever I want a straight answer, it thinks I want an answer that is already in the document. While this can be sometimes helpful, it can also may prevent me from discovering new information or coming up with fresh ideas.

Notion is a really helpful tool that has been helping me keep track of all aspects of my work. Notion made it easier for me to stay on top of my tasks, notes, and other important information. I've been able to make my Notion workspace fit my needs.

I have been using Asana to work on my memos and proposals, and I appreciate how its AI functionality saves me time. Instead of waiting for inspiration to strike, I can start writing, confident that Notion will help me structure my text in the best possible way.

I sometimes struggle with the slowness of Notion, particularly when working with large databases or pages containing many embedded files. Additionally, AI is not as effective in Spanish as it is in English.

I am able to organize my thoughts by dividing them into categories, such as main job, part-time job, and personal work. Additionally, I can keep track of my ideas, meals, subscriptions, and habits. As my current main job is in English, while my mother tongue is Spanish, AI helps me a lot with my writing. I love the idea that everything is in the same place.

I have some concerns about the security of my data on Notion. While I love the convenience of having all my projects and notes in one place, I would feel more comfortable if I had the option to store certain parts of my Notion database locally and encrypted, rather than in the cloud. If this feature is already available, I would appreciate it being highlighted as a useful tool for those who have top-secret projects or sensitive information to protect.

I use Notion to write down the phases of my professional projects and share real-time updates with clients and collaborators, and Notion has not disappointed me. Thanks to its customization, I found a personal formula for creating project pages that suit my needs. I was also looking for an AI assistant, and now with Notion AI, it's going great.
