Simple Platform That Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is simple and intuitive. Perfect for my purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss having more native integrations, so that we would depend less on Zapier or similar tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly communication problems. We solved them using an internal knowledge base within the company and a corporate blog.
Highly Flexible, All-in-One Workspace Solution
What do you like best about the product?
I really like Notion's modular architecture and its flexibility to build, which allows me to create solutions for different scenarios. I also appreciate the relational databases and the AI agent. These features make it possible for me to avoid hopping between different tools and centralize everything in one place. Notion also facilitates avoiding the loss of insights as it consolidates research and competitor comparisons, ensuring the whole company is part of the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automations considering different scenarios as, for example, email to external people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to map timelines, document product requirements, and track prioritization, avoiding tool hopping and centralizing insights. It unites strategy with technical tasks and keeps knowledge accessible to everyone, with flexibility in its modular architecture and relational databases.
Essential Knowledge Bank with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Notion gives me the space to clearly articulate my thoughts about the product and share them with my teammates even beyond the immediate team. It acts as a central knowledge bank for the company, capturing the product’s history, decisions, and learnings in one place. This makes collaboration easier, improves transparency, and ensures that important context is never lost over time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if Notion introduced better and deeper AI integration, such as smarter search across workspace content, automatic summarization of long pages, better writing and grammar suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion as a central knowledge bank for product decisions, making it easy to review past discussions and understand the evolution of the product. It also helps us create and document technical specifications, maintain architectural diagrams, and keep important product information organized in one place. This makes collaboration smoother and ensures that both current and new team members can quickly get up to speed on the product and its technical foundations.
Notion Call Summaries and Action Items Make Note-Taking Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it records the call notes and creates the action items for each person for easy tracking. I find myself revisiting call summary and notes often and it's helpful that Notion generates it all for me than me having to worry about writing down my notes. This also reduced the need to have other notetaker, I stopped using Otter.ai and Fathom ever since I moved my notes to Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
It often creates new random meeting pages that I have to later delete, like as soon as recording begins, a new page is randomly is created and shared with all, which I still can't track the source of, but it's not helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is solving my problem of having my notes, calendar, documents, action items, and transcripts all in one place, rather than using separate scheduling/planning tools, notetakers, or Google Docs/MS Word. It's easy to track them all under one tool.
Instead of having things all over the place, it's all under Notion now which saves the time of scrolling through different tools.

Very Organised and Easy to Manage
What do you like best about the product?
It is very organised, good and easy to manage
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Notion is that it can feel slow with large workspaces, overly complex for simple tasks, and too flexible sometimes leading to clutter instead of clarity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion solves the problem of scattered information by combining notes, tasks, documents, and databases into one organized workspace. Instead of switching between multiple apps, everything lives in a single system, making it easier to manage projects, track goals, and collaborate with others. This reduces confusion, saves time, and improves overall productivity by keeping work structured and accessible.
Centralized, Customizable Database Solution for Executive Assistants
What do you like best about the product?
I love Notion's databases because they've changed how I organize information for both myself and my clients. From tracking projects to managing CRM-style contact lists and recurring workflows, the databases, especially in table and calendar views, make everything feel centralized and customizable. I appreciate their flexibility, allowing me to build exactly what we need instead of forcing our work into a predefined structure. The toggle list feature is also great as it condenses everything in one place, making it easier for me to switch between categories while keeping things organized and not overwhelming. The initial setup was user-friendly and simple, which made it easy for a beginner like me to start using Notion and explore it without hesitation since everything is clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find setting up recurring tasks or recurring dates in table or calendar formats a bit challenging and not as seamless as it could be. I think a more intuitive recurring function could improve the database experience significantly. It's just hard for me to understand how to create that in a more simple way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion centralizes and customizes my project tracking, contact management, and recurring workflows, solving information overload and aiding organization for many aspects of my work.
Powerful tool with a bit of a learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for project management and document organization. It allows me and my team to manage workloads and assign tasks to our designers effectively. I appreciate that Notion is a powerful tool that can do a lot more than just project management. We like the table features and project boards, as they are particularly useful for our workflow. Additionally, we have it integrated with Slack, which enhances our team communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not very nice looking, and it is not the most intuitive just because it has so many features. To actually build proper pages that were customizable to us took a while since we had to spend quite some time learning how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion allows me and my team to manage workloads and assign tasks to our designers, helping with project management as well as document organization.
Notion: A Flexible, Central Hub That Keeps Our SDR Team Organized
What do you like best about the product?
Notion gives us one flexible, central place to run the SDR function – from onboarding and playbooks to 1:1 templates, event plans and campaign workflows. It’s fast to update, easy to structure around how we actually work, and removes the chaos of docs spread across tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can become messy quickly if ownership and structure aren’t clear, and it’s easy to duplicate content. It also isn’t natively tied into our core tools, so it relies on manual upkeep to stay accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps us standardise how the global SDR team operates – onboarding, coaching, processes, campaigns and enablement – in one shared workspace. This reduces ramp time, improves consistency across regions, and makes it much easier to scale and run repeatable outbound and event motions.
Easy-to-Use, Great for Collaborative Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Notion for its ease of use and the abundance of formatting options it offers, which allow me to present large amounts of information succinctly. It's quick to make documentation look nice, making the information more readable to others. The ability to document information like product functionality, create how-to guides, and collaborate on campaign planning is invaluable. Additionally, Notion has reduced the need for meetings by providing a single reference point for all project-related information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The formatting options within tables could be improved, and setting up database tables can be a bit confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion to reduce meetings and create a single reference point for all project-related information.
