Notion has changed my life!
What do you like best about the product?
It makes even a page of the most boring notes exciting because it's so customisable. Also the aesthetic of the app and website is perfect

Notion is quite difficult to use on ipad

What do you like best about the product?
I like notion as it is convenient and flexible and a space where I can bring everything together! The creative design options are endless, and the wide range of templates makes organizing my thoughts a breeze. I appreciate how easy it is to navigate and customize the templates to my needs. The AI feature is another standout aspect of this app. It helps me even with the listing of a to-do list. With its assistance, I can easily prioritize and manage my tasks, making it easier to stay on top. Overall, my experience with Notion and its features has been pleasant!
What do you dislike about the product?
Tables can be hard to implement and get track of, especially when you first get to use them. It was frustrating while I was a newbie to Notion, so I would have appreciated it if there was a how-to-use tutorial for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently started using this AI writing assistant feature of Notion, and it has quickly become an indispensable tool in my daily life. Whether I need to make notes for a presentation or find myself overwhelmed by long texts, this feature comes to the rescue. Firstly, the feature is simply remarkable. It mostly understands my input and provides relevant suggestions and insights that enhance my writing process, especially I need summaries of my class notes. One of the standouts is its usefulness for presentation preparation. When I'm brainstorming ideas or outlining my thoughts, the feature helps me organize my thoughts.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and I can classificate my notes easily. AI usually works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot upload photos and cannot work on them.Also I think templates are not enough, maybe app can show the way. AI sometimes do not work well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It works for me when writing some essays' and mail's templates. I use it for to do list also. it really helps me for daily tasks
AI Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
The remote team's capability to be updated with the work progress. I love the all-in-one place, no need to use multiple software. The team is structured and accesses all the information at once. And the last update with the AI Assistant is just great!
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit intimidating. I don't always manage to create a good document unless I use a pre-made one-by-one team member who's more expert than me in using Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say keeping the teamwork structured and keeping the info all in one place. I believe Notion is the one software that everyone in my company is using, despite the role and position. That is very powerful.

I would like the ability to have recurring (daily or weekly) tasks on my to do lists.

What do you like best about the product?
It's super fast and helps me a lot with correcting the grammar mistake. It helps me with discussing with myself the pros and cons of my notes :)

It makes mistakes and must verify how something has been written and how it is rewritten.

Extremely Dynamic
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to tailor it to what your needs and wants are. I've been using Notion for a handful of years and do so for work and personal. One (if not the one) of my favorite apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plugins can be a bit difficult at times. I've tried it both for work and personal and there are times that I struggle to get one to work or they don't have the option I'm looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to track our past notes, meetings, and performances for clients. We can see what we did for them, how it performed overall, and then plan our next strategy.
Notion is a great way to organize information.

That the blocks sometimes behave a bit funky.

It's helping me to organize information. That's super helpful for private notes, but also for company information I need to share/work with.
Amazing & Flexible Knowledge Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I am a product manager who is required to write how-to and feature-planning documents daily. For large and small teams, I have found Notion to be an exceptional tool for organizing our knowledge. Thanks to its entirely flexible document heirarchy, it allows me to build very complex and straightforward documentation sets. It is easy to keep updated, share with my team, and share externally.
Lately, I have been testing out Notion AI and have been rather impressed. When ironing out how a new product might look, Notion AI recommends things (intentionally or not) that encourage thinking outside the box. It also does a fabulous job of making my writing more concise.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I have found Notion to be bad at. I have noticed that when I introduce new folks on my team to the tool, they sometimes have difficulty understanding how to find content and arrange new documents.
Also, sometimes there are challenges and limitations in formatting documents. However, this isn't a deal breaker! It is much better than other tools I have tested.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping our team to organize documentation, standard operation procedures, and product requirement documents. We lean heavily on its integration features with other tools like Whimsical and Google Docs to serve as a one-stop-shop to finding all business content in one place.
Fantastic 2nd brain tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notion helps reduce the cognitive load of switching between tabs because it is all in one place.
The flexibility of the tool is endless.

The only thing I struggle with is working in two areas at once.

Notion is keeping all of my files in one place and allowing me to have a central place to interact with clients, organize thoughts, and content.
