Wish I knew it earlier
What do you like best about the product?
The community is the best thing, the milion beautiful and helpful templates from both users and the notion workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of right-to-left languages support, but hopefully they'll get to it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Notion both for my studies (a master's degree) and for work (a start-up like tech lab), I use it to help me track my lectures, assignments, meetings, tasks and simply everything work/school related. I also use it to help my write my academic assignments , the AI tools helps my in fixing my english and making things either fancier or easier depending on the context.

The freedom and capacity to create, build, track and note take. The AI inclusion is a huge win

Not a dislike but only limitation is some features not replicable from Excel

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create our own tools to our special needs. Notion is easy to start to use and easy to learn to take advantage of it. Our team feels confortable using Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, Notion can overwhelm you because it has too many features for a beginner. Some people in my team have had some difficulty starting, and don't use it at its best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that Notion AI is helping us to solve is to analyze and translate to Spanish the vast quantity of information that our team curate from the web to our purposes.
Notion helps make day-to-day tasks easier to execute and manage.

Notion is easy to navigate and use. It provides a wide range of options, templates, and other functionalities that you can quickly learn to use.

The one downside is the still missing functionality to open other pages and links in a new tab in the browser.

Notion's functionalities have helped us solve many problems we had before, including task management and product documentation. With the addition of Notion AI, we can now be more efficient with other tasks such as creating summaries, brainstorming ideas, etc.

As a Notion user for over 2 years before the advent of Artificial Intelligence and other new features, I can say that Notion is an excellent tool for project and task management. The integration of AI into Notion can be of great help in increasing productivity and efficiency at work. In addition, the platform's customization makes it easy to use and adapt to the specific needs of each user.
However, to make the most of AI and Notion to be more productive, it is necessary to have clarity in personal and professional goals. Consistency and discipline are also essential to achieving success in project and task management. What do you dislike about the product?
However, it is important to note that Notion is not functional when exporting to Excel. This can be frustrating for those who are not yet familiar with Notion and rely on Excel to work with tables and databases. Exporting a table or database to Notion can result in the export of URLs instead of the data itself, which can be a problem for some users.

Great Product for mutiple purposes
What do you like best about the product?
The AI writing assistant is great. It quickly provides whatever you need, especially when you are stuck and out of thought.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to say. I would be much happier if they could provide an AI writing assistant and a blank page for a minimalistic fee. Although, the current charges are still quite justified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not a very good writer, but this tool helps me turn my poorly written texts into meaningful sentences. It also assists with ideation.

I love Notion, there is a bit of a learning curve, but once you play with it enough to work out how it fits your needs, it is astonishingly useful and adaptable.

I would like the ability to mix up

Dealing with large quantities of diverse information. Synthesis of data. Extracting key findings. Crafting correspondence. Organisational management. Housing databases.
Notion has become the perfect AI tool
What do you like best about the product?
Notions implementation of LLM tech has been perfect. I use their AI blocks daily, and it's ability to manage sources for those chats is impeccable.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's got a bit of a steep learning curve and the integrations almost never work how i expect them to. I'd much rather have more control over how integrations port information into notion.

-easy way to get notes written and organized

What do you like best about the product?
A platform that prioritises order and systematisation of content, processes and ideas. And now with AI integration, I have an extra push to do more and better work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional blackouts or some slowness when trying to work with very long texts on a page... But I can also think that this is due to delays in my computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion makes it quicker for me to move on summarising content, adapting units of measurement (often from miles to kilometres, from Celsius to Farenheit, and vice versa), as well as extracting elements for SEO techniques.
I'm having an outstanding experience using notion for my business.

I don't like the price for having 2 members. Should be free as well
