Great tool, accessible, affordable and continuing to grow
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Notion makes brainstorming, developing, and refining ideas, plans, and content easy. I'm able to coordinate with my team and have my information displayed how I like. The new Notion AI features have been outstanding for brainstorming and summarizing content (and creating show notes from podcast transcripts), saving lots of time. (I also love how easy it is to select data and copy it to excel, or import back into notion.)
What do you dislike about the product?
* I get annoyed at the limited color pallet, especially for select lists.
* If I have a long list of blogs, adding a new row to a table view is clunky and jumps me around a bit, which is distracting.
* Sometimes, in larger tables it feels like I have to click a lot more to add a new record.
* The UI isn't as sleek as airtable, and I haven't figured out how to use relations between tables as I've done in airtable.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, it's revolutionizing how I create content and prepare it for posting - blogs, podcast show notes, etc. In the past, I've used it mainly for planning and coordinating projects with my team. And I'm starting to use it as a CRM for managing clients.

I feel a little bit confused about the structure. It's a little difficult to find the templates I need to use. I expect a clearer format. It would be great if it is easier to look for the templates.

I would only say that the AI offering should be priced better. It should either be bundled with the plus offering, or there could be some improvements on price. It would also be helpful if the AI was able to make suggestions (perhaps that could be a toggle), so that it can reccomened ways of formatting info

It helps me organise my notes, manage tasks effectively, track to do's, and more. The AI tool is particulary useful for summarising information, drafts, and formatting information.

i like almost everything about motion except for the fact that kt is not free. i like that it has many features and templates to choose from for a variety of different tasks that you need to complete.

i do not like that it is not free and the fact that the habit tracker template is so difficult to use

it is solving some planning things which makes it easier for me to put stuff together

The ability to organize my information personally and professional. I love notion to help me organize important topics and AI can help me create summaries or find more information.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to organize content with toggles or columns. I want o be able to organize everything using toggles and inside be divided by columns. Can improve the page design.

Helping me organize my personal information, taking notes, creating summaries of relevant information. I love notion is my second brain, the tools is a great add on for my productivity.
I've tried several project management systems over the years and Notion is by far my favorite.

I like the interface, customization, all of it. It's easy to use and the customer service is top notch. I use Notion daily to keep track of my life and my business.

I like everything about Notion. It's very easy to sutomize and build templates either from scratch or from available templates.

Notion Proves a Reliable AI
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is user-friendly and creates accurate, highly readable results. Notion outpaces what I have experienced with its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Thus far. I sincerely cannot pinpoint anything that I dislike about Notion. I am generally pleased.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am called upon to create a wide array of different types of content. This includes content on the "same subjects." Notion has been very helpful in generating new ideas, even when called upon to write on the same subject multiple times.
Best Product I have found so far to handle so much for my small business
What do you like best about the product?
Notion provides a place to put everything and then use the material to create training displays and visual assistance with training creation. We also develop software and the pre-development power of Notion is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
As I utilize Notion to create training pages, any disruption in database views or connectivity issues can negatively impact my client service. With that said, Notion is quick to solve these issues, so I am also able to get my clients quick communication on service interuptions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Notion, I had a terrible collection of folders and documents for training materials associated with complex government housing programs. Notion has allowed the ability to create a library of training that through relational databases allows me to link training to government citations from multiple housing manuals.

Customer service isnt amazing, can be quite slow to respond

Organisation and display of work- notion makes it so much easier to find everything in one space, which makes writing notes and essays much more straightforward
