Improved my Studying & Work Abilities
What do you like best about the product?
Notion is amazing! The AI writing assistant helps me to maximise the potential of my essays and create content calendars for my work as a social media manager!
What do you dislike about the product?
Could use a more expansive tutorial, but overall 10/10 reccomend!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to summarise large texts and brainstorm ideas. I utilise Notion as a grading system to help me find strengths and weaknesses in my writing and improve them.
More than a great note-taking tool - second brain and so helpfull
What do you like best about the product?
When you use Notion for the first time, it seems really complicated. But once you use the system more frequently, it's by far the most versatile note-taking/sharing app out there. The operation is incredibly intuitive and, after a "read-in time", incredibly self-explanatory. In addition, I find it super that Notion runs on Windows & Mac and on mobiles with apps. There is a large community around Notion which is also great. You can also use the free version to do a lot of things
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to complain about. A small design "bug" happened to me from time to time I created a new page and then selected a database, and then I could no longer return to the simple page type. This meant I had to create a new page and delete the old one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Taking notes from the web, copying links with the Notion link grabber, structuring and organising projects (private and business), Building knowledge management systems in projects. The most beneficial point is that it´s so flexible and available on many devices.
Notion AI is a really handy electronic journal that syncs across all my devices
What do you like best about the product?
There's a pretty good design to it. I really enjoy the UI/UX of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to know the shortcuts of notion without googling. Example, hotkey to open and close all "toggle" dotpoints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can ask it to write me summaries of meeting transcripts and give me good prompts based off the conversation.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion for everything, but mostly for my job and it's perfect to organise my tough and my workload. I am a content creator for multiple brands and it helps me a lot to write, to create and to manage my content calender. I also write a lot and take note during my meetings with bosses and clients, so I have everything in one place. I love the AI componenet it helps me when I'm laking inspiration.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I have not find something I dislike about Notion. Unless when I am working in a team I do not recieve the notification on my phone and I find tht annoying. I would love to get notionfication from updates made by me teams via my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is today the most perfect app to organize my content creation. Especially for social media, I can see everything I need to post, with the dates, the text, the budget... In one go. I use it now with my boss so that he can review my texte and I have his feedback immidiatly, it helps us staying on top of the content. Before we used to us message or email which was complicated and they were text that not always got trough, here with Notion it's easy, simple and faster.

Tasks and pages are integrated. Search function. automatic features like timeline views are great

The projects timeline view is great but doesnt segment into subtaks well. I want to sew subtasks in the colour of the main project

Amazing. It does more than I need.
What do you like best about the product?
Very well intergrated and very intuitive to use. I like the various pre-made prompts. I have been trying them all and they all work well. Hopefully they'll add more in the future.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the "make it longer" prompt in a paragraph add info already present in other paragraphs, making the text repetitive and forcing me to re-read the whole thing again and delete the duplicate info. Which basically defeat the purpose of saving time by using AI...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now keep everything in one place and organise my documents way easier. No folders, no formatting (thank you!!!!), no different copies of the same doc. And comments on every page. AND the ability to change template of every document based on what it evolves into.

I like the idea of gathering all my databases in one place.
Also, I can use it for various purposes by making pages consisting of Notion services.
Mostly, it is very convenient that I can access Notion with my laptop, iPad, and phone synchronously.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is sometimes hard to use, and I feel that I don't utilize Notion 100%. Regarding this, there is a little high wall for some people to use it for the first time.
I hope there will be more instructions and templates to use it.
The page theme is somehow limited, so I also want more fonts.

It helps me schedule; without Notion, I would use google calender, my diary, and my note app simultaneously, which is chaos.
However, I can only open Notion to manage my routine, study, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
AI has been the most helpful feature of Notion. It just makes my daily life more productive and efficient.

Limited mobile app and integrations. i am no able to use all the features in the app

It helps me to study better. Note taking, creation of study guides, proof reading ...

What do you like best about the product?
I love the linking and relation of information. I love how I can put most of my data in ONE place to run my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is often slow. I don't have access to the information offline. The search feature is clunky. I can't find my information as quickly as I could with Evernote
