Almost like a second brain
What do you like best about the product?
All the notations, plans, budgeting and research all in one place makes it so convenient. Being able to easily access it all just trumps all the other separate notetaking apps, habit trackers, and calendars since notion does it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a slight issue with Notion on mobile, especially with the calendar and navigating across it. If the events on the calendar could be much easier to see without having to rotate my phone all the time, then it was solve my main issue with Notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to perform research quickly and explain complex topics in a more familiar way. This helps create an easier and more efficient way to handle more information and thus create a better workflow.

A very handy notepad on steroids. Helps to work better with information

It was hard to switch from Apple notes to Notion, because sometimes the lack of functions is also an advantage.

When working with multiple projects and structuring a lot of information
Easy to use wiki with additional PPM features.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a very easy to use wiki - don't have to be familiar with previous wiki work to edit or get working. The delighters are definitely the features like adding tasks directly into pages, either as tick boxes or even more standard tickets on a whiteboard (Agile Practitioners) and then be able to present it as a list, a board or even a timeline. Quick are easy. your wiki is now your PPM planner also!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. Easier than basic wikis in terms of editing, creating new content, brining in links, etc. Feels like it's been designed from the ground up to make it as easy as possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are expanding into AI writing. I've used it to kick off new content pages by asking it to write on topics, then going back over to amend based on what I was after. Helps productivity to get stuff up that quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Notion's clean design and its ability to facilitate collaboration with others. It allows me to customise my lecture notes and create a productivity system that best suits my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the table function on Notion had more features like Excel, such as the ability to write formulas and merge cells. This would enable me to move my entire system onto one platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is like a second brain to me. I use it as a note-taking and management system, as well as a writing assistant with its new built-in AI feature. This feature helps me summarise my notes succinctly and clarifies my understanding of certain topics that I didn't fully grasp at the time.

What I like the most about Notion AI is that it understands well about what I ask and it gives out precise answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It went down once when I needed it. But it doesn't bother me too much. I still trust notion AI a lot!

I'm in a job hunting process and it required a ton of writing which I can simply have the notion AI improves my writing for me!

Suped up excel all within a mega app. Loving the AI addon (Please work on improving reliability, availability, performance & add favourited actions).

What do you dislike about the product?
I live Notion but... The AI can let you down (not be available, & sometimes it's difficult to get the AI to format the document the same way it might have done another document previously even though you're using exactly the same command.
I wish there was an option for a quick notes button. Click the button a blank page or maybe a chosen template pops up. Whatever's written is saved in a quick notes tab or order of last edited and then then deleted or achieved after 30 days.
Often I'm in meetings taking notes and inputting data about a client, then the subject changes and I need to instantly start taking notes about a candidate. I don't have time to go through my side bar and reach my candidate note taking folder and I don't want to start entering information on the wrong page. A quick note function would be helpful for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy is to build something that is useful for you at the same time that it' might be useful for others. Also, the new AI feature has essen my work duties.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very often, but sometimes it bugs and I lose a page I have been working on for a while flouring the same session. Also, the AI/summary function sometimes summaries unselected stuff on the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me summarise large amounts of information. It's also amaaaazing to build and link databases. The filter function is great too and makes very easy to interrogate the content.
What other way to take and share notes with a team!
What do you like best about the product?
Note-taking with Notion is not only easy, but being able to share these notes and be updated in real time is excellent. Having the ability to secure your messages to only allow particular viewing and editing capabilities is top-notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only con is keeping track of who can access each page without a way to inactivate someone from all. In the event that there is a promotion demotion or other reason.

The way you can customize everything, and how the databases interact to give you a headquarters for all of my working files
What do you dislike about the product?
some days it takes forever to load and makes me question if i just lost all my work. I'm sure tons of people are also yelling for an offline mode - but that really would be a game changer for notion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the main reason i love notion is because it gives me multiple views for managing my tasks. I do a lot of writing, and simply typing /page opens a doc to draft notes WITHIN a sorted spreadsheet. it allows me to keep my work in the same place.
