This is quickly becoming any irreplaceable tool for me.
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest advantage to using Notion is its flexibility. We are able to build and grow our nonprofit, manage research, organize publications, and do it all with tools tailored to our needs, because we were able to build them with Notion.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most significant disadvantage that I can think of is the learning curve. While the UX is super efficient and easy to use, it took me a while to comfortable enough with Notion and its features to really build something bad useful for our work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping to streamline all of our work into one place. Since we work with many different students and interns around the world, having one environment where we can collaborate is vital.

What do you like best about the product?
1. I get the flexibility of designing my pages (My personal notion is extremely pretty!). At work it's a great way to collaborate on a project
2. I can organize subpages really well. Add to that all the available options to add widgets, tables, to-do lists and a lot more. Great way to have all the documentation at one place.

What do you dislike about the product?
A couple of things that can make it better:
1. Having locked mode in default with an edit option.
2. If table can work similar to excel, it would be extremely helpful. For example : I want to do all my calculation right within a Notion table view but it isn't how it works.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Documentation.
2. Makes it easy to share and collaborate on projects.
3. Entire KB is on Notion. Search option makes (for someone like me who's a new joinee) it lot easier to search.
4. AI writing assistance is super useful!

Chat GPT but the way I use it
What do you like best about the product?
Notion AI is incredibly useful. It's pretty much just chat-GPT but in the format that makes the most sense for what most people use it for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The indenting in Notion can be annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion can answer mulitple questions and write the answer under the questions. It can also format in markdown with tables callouts, etc. It can also read articles and answer questions about them.

What do you like best about the product?
It's fun and easy to use! I love using it for lecture notes and to do lists. It's very easy to use and I can easily colour code eveyrhing I need for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing it's amazing ! There is a little lag sometimes with the AI but that's okay !

What do you like best about the product?
I use Notion just about every day. I have integrated many different areas of my life, and I love how easy Notion makes it for me to access everything. I have recommended Notion to colleagues, students (I am a full-time professor) and friends. I will continue learning how to use Notion and improve my setup!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find it difficult to customize things the way I want them to be. While it is definitely possible I just do not know exactly how as I am still learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion helps me organize many areas of my life. I am a full-time professor and use this to organize all my classes. I am the program coordinator for Baking and Pastry Arts Management and have all my Coordinator links and duties listed. I also use this in my personal life for household things, goals etc. I am a content creator and recently hit over 400K followers/subscribers across my channels and Notion helps me track and organize all my content. I even wrote my first cookbook in Notion.
Finally, I use Notion for my Side Hustle and it has helped me grow my business.

I love that Notion can work with my squiggly brain and I can create sub-categories, views, etc., that work for me and how I think.

I wish I had anything to say but I don't
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notion is helping me to improve my writing and come up with new ideas for my personal LLC and full-time writing career. The AI writing assistant has helped me come up with witty titles and taglines, mock-up activity descriptions for travelers that help me see my work differently, and even crafting tarot spreads for the spring equinox. That last one was really unexpected! It's helped me to come up with social media posts and is especially helpful on the days my creativity feels a world away.

Notion AI is the best and most organized. I can get perfect summary of an entire article just by copy and pasting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't load images properly.

Notion can write and make emails better. As well as make a table with just few lines of prints

I like how customizable Notion is and that I can immediately turn notes into tasks.

I'm not sure how BEST to use it. I would like to integrate everything into notion - but its difficult as the only team member using it.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can easily store important policies and things in one place for anyone at our org to find. We can get creative with the various pages and styles, making it a pretty good one-stop-shop for all things for our remote workforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is norotieousot hard to manage all the info on this page. We wanted to eliminate a list of links, so now every Google doc has to be downloaded, saved to a desktop, and reuploaded to Notion. If the doc changes? Whole process again. Because anyone at the org can edit pieces of notion, we have no idea what is the most accurate or up to date item out there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't currently have an intranet so we're using Notion to fill that gap for now. It's working out okay but is hard to keep track of everything and since no one truly owns it or gatekeeps anything, it can get wild.

What do you dislike about the product?
Notion is a tool that can be deceiving. Its essential and friendly UX may not make you grasp its full potential and thus fall into the temptation to leave it because it is overrated by its users.
In reality it presents no small learning curve and once you start to level up you will realize its effectiveness and versatility.

It is giving me a lot of agility at the time to manage my personal and professional projects.
It has simplified task management, task mixing and the follow-up process.
It has also helped me on a personal level, improving the management of my agenda, to measure the time I dedicate to different tasks, and why not also on an organizational level.
